The young that checked me in was friendly and knowledgeable.

Just a one night stay, but was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Nice property for the price, breakfast choices were good, area seemed safe with lots of retail options nearby.

My room was clean and had everything I needed. The continental breakfast was amazing!

I enjoyed my stay overall and would consider it again if in the area when comparing with the reviews of other area hotels. Just bring ear plugs, which I explain below. Positives: Clean room, pleasant staff, comfortable bed, fitness room, complimentary coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby, coffee/tea in the room, breakfast. Not so positive: Pool was closed for maintenance - that was disappointing as I specifically packed a bathing suit for an indoor pool in the winter. Also, the walls of the room are PAPER THIN!!! I could hear my neighbors having a normal conversation and their television. Neither seemed to be extra loud. Then I woke up in the middle of the night and I guess they sleep with their tv on. So I laid their listening to their tv. Again, didn't seem to be blaring. Just lousy construction. Luckily it was only for one night.

we had the neighbors next door fighting, arguing, throwing things, loud tv into the early morning hours, I had to call front desk twice the first day at midnight and 4 am and then next night at 2 am for them to come and make them stop. I had terrible sleep, breakfast was low average. indoor pool was closed, and it wasn't cheap
