Alles prima, Pool besonders toll. Aber das Essen für Kinder war teuer und nicht gut. 25 Euro für eine Portion Nudeln mit Kondensmilch. Ich bewerte nicht den Zugang zu Disney Land. Das war natürlich eh toll.

Tolle Parkplatzmöglichkeit und keine zusätzliche kosten. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Leider hat da Personal nicht berücksichtigt, dass wir zu dritt im Zimmer waren, es wurde alles für 2 Personen ausgelegt, 2x Tassen, 2x Hausschuhe, 2x Wasser. Minibar war am 1.Tag incl. Die Badewanne ist sehr klein zum duschen hat man wenig Platz. Das Buffet Restaurant ist leider nicht mehr so toll wie es vor ein paar Jahren war, nicht mehr so viel Auswahl, vorallem am Frühstück Buffet, nur eine Sorte Käse, keine Avocados, keine Zwiebeln usw. Trotzdem ist es ein Besuch Wert, sehr schöne Einrichtung.

Excellent si on met le prix (qui est un peu excessif). Parking facile, magnifique hôtel, piscine propre et sympa. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c est. Peu de personnages dans l hôtel. Emplacement top. Permet de se poser et de profiter pleinement du parc.

Cons: The hotel was lacking that of your traditional 5 star hotel, the service was average, you felt more of an inconvenience asking the staff questions than the normal service you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Information wasn’t freely given and we had go down to reception multiple times (not sure if our phone didn’t work or they just didn’t pick up) to ask questions on when the pool was open, when breakfast was served etc. The breakfast was one of the worst paid for breakfasts I have had, it was on par with an airport breakfast, there was not much choice and the options there were bland. There’s a lot of non guests always walking through the hotel which is expected but it kind of makes it feel crowded and not relaxing, plus it’s a little bit awkward when you’re heading to the pool in robes and you’re in a crowd of people Pros The proximity to the parks was ideal, it’s connected to Disneyland park (there’s a special guest entrance only for those staying in the castle rooms) and a short walk to the studios park, it was handy for going back to the hotel for breaks in the day The rooms were lovely and quiet and the bed was really comfortable The pool was nice and provided a nice break from the business and walking all day. There was a sauna and hamman in the changing area that could be used We had drinks in the fleur de lis bar that were lovely and would recommend going there for a drink

Wir haben zu viert eingecheckt, aber das Zimmer war für 2 Personen vorbereitet, es fehlten 2 Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Die Regenschirme muss man in diesem 5* Hotel bezahlen!!! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! Einmal wurde vergessen unser Zimmer aufzuräumen und sauber zu machen. Wir haben reklamiert, dann wurde abends alles sauber gemacht. Pool war viel kleiner als abgebildet.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and a relaxed vibe. Great access to the park. Brilliant opportunity for character meets. The pool and leisure facilities were spotless and very well equipped and very quiet during the daytime. We moved to another Disney hotel and the hotel took care of moving our luggage for us.

Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring. The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition. Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, gute Erreichbarkeit. Kleiner Mangel am Gepäckservice weil Gepäckstück nicht gefunden wurde und im Pool Bereich, da dort sehr glatt ist, hohe unfallgefahr und keine ausschilderung. Disneyland Park und Studio sehr gute Attraktionen und viele Geschäfte

Quelques détails indignes d’un 5 étoiles (gel douche vide, pas de décapsuleur pour ouvrir les bouteilles du mini bar, peignoir manquant réclamé plusieurs fois mais jamais apporté) mais la magie opère et le fait de résider à l’entrée du parc est très agréable. Le tarif ne vaut cependant que le plaisir de nos enfants. À faire une fois mais on ne renouvellera pas l’expérience.

Lage, Lage, Lage - direkt neben dem Eingang des Parks gelegen ist es perfekt für Famillien mit kleineren Kindern, die mal eine Pause am Nachmittag einlegen wollen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, demnach ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

An outstanding hotel offering the very best family experience, with top class service and amenities. The reception area is beautiful, staff were very attentive and eager to assist guests on arrival. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The hotel is perfectly positioned for easy & fast access to both Disney parks. Spoilt for choice in terms of dining options. The only negative comment is the price - expensive. Also, room service menu was very limited.

I’ve been to Disneyland Hotel in US and Japan as well and the Paris one is by far the best. The decor is so elegant not to mention its size. 2 wings with Royal Buffet right over the Disneyland entrance. The Parks are literally right in front of you 5minute walk and Magic hour was wonderful and lines very reasonable. We arrived 15 minutes before Magic hour and was 25th in line. The attention to detail of this hotel too notch. We got superior family room and it was so spacious and roomy with high ceilings. More than enough room for family if 4. Excellent stay. Would definitely return. We only had 2 nts and didn’t get a chance to try their spa

This hotel is conveniently placed and is the closest to the Disneyland parks. You can walk to it from the train station. The bedroom was very large but the bathroom was surprisingly small, with difficult access to the bathtub/shower.

フロントにはたくさんスタッフがいて、チェックインや荷物を預けるのもとてもスムーズでした。インターネットの接続も部屋の広さも快適です。交通機関は駅がすぐそばにあり、駅にはコンビニやスターバックスなど少しの買い物や食事には困らないです。

i was really dissapointed about the time it took to bring my luggage. Almost 90 minutes. After we asked they said another 30 minutes. THEN again we jad to remind and ask them. I feel if it was goingvto take so long they should have told beforehand

Ausgezeichnete Lage! Die Zimmer Preise etwas überteuert. Das einchecken verlief etwas zu langsam, das Zimmer war erst um 15:30 bereit! Wir haben zu viert eingecheckt, aber das Zimmer war für 2 Personen vorbereitet, es fehlten 2 Bademantel und Hausschuhe. Die Regenschirme muss man in diesem 5* Hotel bezahlen!!! Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! Einmal wurde vergessen unser Zimmer aufzuräumen und sauber zu machen. Wir haben reklamiert, dann wurde abends alles sauber gemacht. Pool war viel kleiner als abgebildet.

Did not like being booked into the wrong rooms (2 rooms) - Receptionist issued 2 rooms that were already occupied, and after much deliberation, discussion, delay and aggravation, 2 alternative rooms were found but they were the other end of the hotel. GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastisk opphold, personalet var så hjelpsomme, hyggelige og oppmerksomme. Vi reiste med to små barn som begge hadde en magisk opplevelse, mye takket være de hyggelige personalet. 10/10 opplevelse. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Nydelige rom som føles rene og hygieniske. God og avslappende atmosfære på hotellet, selv om det samtidig er svært barnevennlig.

The stay was ok and location for parks obviously perfect! For the price you would expect something more than ok though. Was left the feeling there wasn’t enough value for money. Especially room service was wildly overpriced.

Lage, Lage, Lage - direkt neben dem Eingang des Parks gelegen ist es perfekt für Famillien mit kleineren Kindern, die mal eine Pause am Nachmittag einlegen wollen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert, demnach ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich.

Alles prima, Pool besonders toll. Aber das Essen für Kinder war teuer und nicht gut. 25 Euro für eine Portion Nudeln mit Kondensmilch. Ich bewerte nicht den Zugang zu Disney Land. Das war natürlich eh toll.

The hotel is amazing, staff are excellent and so helpful, breakfast is overpriced and the hot ? items were warm but the staff are real professional, a real fairytale hotel which I would recommend to everyone, I liked the fact you have to show your magic pass to enter the hotel which makes it feel even more exclusive

Wonderful stay at The Disneyland hotel. The biggest perk is definitely being so close to the parks, with a private entrance into Magic Kingdom. We ate at both restaurants in the hotel, and both were outstanding

Loved the bed and pillows were v comfortable. I would provide bottled water each day as that was needed for night time not just on first night. Great access to the park and nice to go back and chill out to break the park day up. Could put a few vending machines about as could not find it. The food was really good especially the evening meal in the Royal Banquet. We saw 5 characters which was fab. The breakfast was ok, a bit confusing as to who pours the coffee and tea so ended up helping ourselves as it was buffet style but that side of things needs firming up. The breakfast selection was good/ok but only 2 choice of sausages either chicken or plant based. I’ve had much better for breakfast at other places including chefs who cool omelettes etc there and then. However the evening banquet selection was exceptional and a very enjoyable experience indeed.

Poorly trained dining staff especially room service. Didn’t know menu. Clumsy in spilling our breakfast once delivered and then having to wait over 40 minutes for new food only for eggs to be raw. Complete shambles. Then was over charged on room service bill for ice cream. I asked manager to call me on mobile as we were going out. They instead Called room. We were not in. Then they turned up at our door at 12.30am midnight !!! Idiots. To top it off there was a huge fly in our ceasar salad. Didn’t surprise me as at breakfast in the restaurant at €45 each I went to pick some watermelon and a fly flew off it! Overpriced and bad food. Expedia I am looking for compensation!!

We had the best time of our life at the Disney Hotel! The place is like a palace, elegant and gorgeous. We met so many Disney friends, Mickey/Minnie/Donald/Goofy as well as princesses Belle and Ariel. The buffet is definitely 10 out of 10 amazing, with beautifully crafted desserts. The room is spacious with custom pillows to order for our enjoyment - wow on everything! We will definitely be back!

Room was large, clean, nice. A bit less disney than i imagined for disneyland and for price. Expected to see some characters around really nothing. Had to "book time" with a princess and was not told at start, but we managed to get last open space... that was memorable for the daughter and wife. Breakfast was good although the staff an entrance were bit formal and annoying to my feel. we arrived at 9.30 and i had some questions about allergies were made to wait with a condescending tone a bit. Given some book of allergies which is AMAZING that its all documented but spent 20 mins trying to pinpoint what food is where in list instead of enjoying breakfast before checkout so food was nice overall but my experience of having to browse slowly while all family basically done was not fun. Maybe Put logos/nums on food tags instead? Entrance area v nice but again you enter hotel.. people there ask you to check you are from hotel. To me felt a bit passive aggressive (eg not 'welcoming but checking') as if i dont look the part.. although they relax when they see you are. Anyway hotel is nice, location is top and most staff (maps, checkin/out and luggages etc) were v nice as was food overall but other staff were a bit condescending to me and I expected more disney feel and characters (just 1 character n only if booked). Wont hurt you if mickey said hello during breakfast 10 mins it is disney I ASSUMED i would see a mickey!! Still, nice place for sure and top location!
