Not bad, but no great . I say below average. Hotel didnt have reservation so i had to call my travel agency. However the weird part is that i had wait outside the building becuase they keep the front door closed even during the day. I reserved non smoking, they gave a smoking room . The front desk guy just doesnt care for customer service.

It was ok, but not the cleanest and it's a bit run down. THey don't let you walk into the reception, makes you feel pretty unsafe dealing with them through the window from the outside.

Overall, not to bad a bit more than the other hotels. Did not get the room I wanted. The staff are not friendly people. They, lock the doors to the office and talk to you via a small whole in the window no matter what time it is. The house keeping knock on the door at 10am allot of people would like to sleep in.

Only hotel we have ever been to that didn’t let you in the lobby. Little window to do your check in and such. Also bed linen was very very shabby. Toilet was loose and moved around

Our non smoking room had cigarette burns on the bed comforter and smelled of residual cigarette smoke. Rust on metal items in the bathroom. Toilet wouldn't flush entire bowl of water. Toilet paper was 1/2 ply at best. Oh, and you check in through a slit in the front door, they won't even let you into the main lobby while they run your information

It was ok very close to UTA. Ice machine broken. Location sketchy. It’s more like a last resort just needing a place to stay. If you ask for towels you have to give the used ones or they won’t give you any. I’ve machine was broken

I was placed in a room where the floors were dirty, but the worst thing was as I got out the shower there were 2 roaches behind the bathroom door. I got some clothes on quickly, as I was calling the office a small black bug was spinning in the middle of the floor , the lady moved me 1 room over and guess what?? Yes more roaches. Will never stay here again

Very unprofessional. The maids clean the sinks and showers with the toilet bowl brush. Witnessed this. The last day, I was in the shower and they tried to come in at 8 am to "see" if I was checking out or staying because they had to make a room cleaning list. Also had to bleach the shower walls before use due to black mold.

The management is the worst. Room service, take dirty towels, fold them and put them back as if its washed. They are nasty people. I told the management, and they did it the next day. Disgusting and unsafe. Rooms nasty, hair everywhere on towels and sheets from the previous customers. They must refund my money and pay for this Disgusting mistake.

Feces was left in the toilet and the bathroom was filthy, stains on the wall that looked like blood, dirt and grime in every corner. The sink barely flowed water making it difficult to brush teeth or do anything. Walls are paper thin so I heard every word the person in the next room said or yelled. No blanket for the bed, just sheets. No "do not disturb" sign for the door and housekeeping did not speak English so they were in the room every day weather I wanted it or not. I didn't have high expectations given the price but this was worse than expected. On the positive side, the front desk was nice and the AC worked well.

We stayed at a motel 6 in Arlington, tx and the room was horrible. There were bugs in the light fixture, the door barely closed, no latch, couldn’t lock it, TP inside peephole, mold everywhere, rust on the fridge. Cigarette holes on the covers, towels were yellow and holes and missing vinyl on the floor. The rr didn’t look clean, the remote was chewed up, it was horrible!

Towels look like they cleaned the sidewalk with them. Toilet has a thick fungus look around the rim. Mildew on shower tile. Altogether a very nasty motel. Would definitely not recommend.

Well I have to start just pointing at the fact that this motel has no interest in fixing any of their problems and to every complaint respond it with a template. That is why I'll follow my complaint with the City of Arlington and the Health Department. Asking why they don't do anything about this menace to the health of their clients, visitors of their city. This Motel 6 in Arlington is, by far, one of the most dirty motels I ever been. Not only the poor state of the room but a disgusting surprise under the sheets. A big stain of pee, vomit o who nows what (see picture) A door with no lock in a place evidently unsecured.. An smell that make you trow up Pillows that are not clean after many uses Cover sheet with holes An many more surprises like bugs crawling on the walls I feel that these people don't deserve a second chance a d the Motel 6 Corporation should take their Name of it before they get a big lawsuit. Meanwhile I really think that I need a refund of all the money I paid to be in this horrible place!

The bed was dirty, the bathroom was dirtier than anything I have ever seen in a motel/hotel, disgusting. It seems it had never been cleaned; I don't even want to remember. Staff with an attitude, too, but the dirtiness was beyond the pale.

The bed sheets were full of cigarette burns. Towels were very old and worn. The bolt to the door was missing and there was an odor in the room. We just needed a place to sleep but we will never come here again.

The room was a single bed (King) and had a couch in it (I'm assuming it may have been a pull out). The room was very clean, but minimalistic. There was no place to hang clothes, we had to hang them on the shower curtain rod. The walls are also very thin. We heard neighbors talking, showering, etc. Other than that it was fine. Nothing fancy, but worth the price.

I got a king bed room , non smoking. Walked in and it stunk like smoke , ash tray on table and 10-15 holes in comforter from cigarette burns. Comforter was stained and so were bed sheets. Clumps of hair all over floor. The "black out " curtains did nothing sun came through the window at 6am.

The tv did not work. I called the front desk and asked them why they said the last guest set a code. I asked them to move me they said they couldn’t. The towel looked like the had grease all over them. Terrible place

Nothing was pleasant or even nominaly decent with this hotel. No blanket just a thicker than normal sheet. Furniture was falling apart and had a sticky filth on everything. No hair dryer. No coffee pot. The property doesn’t have a coke machine as pictured. There’s no ice. The rudest check in process you could ever imagine. They don’t let anyone in the lobby you have to check in and out through a mail slot in the door. We booked two nights but left after the first night because it was so bad.

I came in and I normally rent here at this motel 6 quite often and when I came in to check in for my reservation I was told that they were not able to use my identification in order to retrieve my reservation so now I have to wait five to seven business days before my money could be refunded although he already had the money and although he's already known me as a regular customer I will not ever go back and rent with that stuff of the unfriendliness and the professional today have show me

Evening Front desk guy is not helpful and is very rude. Room AC was broken, light fixtures broken, no padlock on entry door, no padlock on adjoining room, it was a nonsmoking room and it stunk like weed and cigarettes, linens had cigarette burns and the refrigerator didn’t work. Immediately after checking in I went to the front desk to request a new room. Reasons stated: safety, smell, cleanliness, Ac and lights not working. I was told that was one of their best rooms and nothing else was available. This was a blatant lie on a number of levels. First off there were other available rooms and I have stayed here multiple times and this room was significantly lower quality than the other rooms I have stayed in. I know it’s a no frills motel but you can treat your customers better.

SO, this hotel is in an alright part of town. Its near my main office, so I decided to give it a try. I assume its in a dangerous part of town, enough that they no longer let anyone in the front office, and chalk it up to Covid... using it as an excuse. There was quite a bit of loitering, some loud 1 am aurguments, loud sex a couple of times in the next room...(working person?) Over all, an average stay for price. Hotel room was clean, shower was great. Bed was comfortable enough. Staff friendly, only spoke to them at check in and check out.

The property was conveniently located near UT-Arlington, the location of an industry training I attended for two days. My room was clean and quiet, and the room had comfortable pillows and good water pressure. Most of all it was affordable and well-located.

The outside area is very sketchy. The walls do not block sound and we heard a guy coughing all night and pooping in the toilet, I hope he is okay because it was all night long, there were sketchy people loitering on the stairwell and outside & I did not feel safe here even carrying a gun. The hotel staff were unhelpful they would not let me change my room, everything about this place was awful, the police ended up showing up last night too, the beds were littered with dirt, all around terrible stay, the showers leaked, and the room smells like smoke and garbage

Close to Globe Life Park. That was our reason we stayed there. On the other hand, the Yellow stop trolley was supposed to be a stop at that Motel 6. We never saw them stop there, and took a look at their website and it said they don’t stop there. That lead to some confusion.

I would think that any hotel that carries your corporate name should be held to a standard of excellence. Motel 6 is not known for being the fanciest or nicest but they are usually clean and I feel safe. It wasn't either of these things.

The area seemed off with guests working on cars in the lot and people just kind of hanging out in front of the office. The room was nice sized but definitely dated. Room smelled clean but the sheets were a tad dirty. Again, for the price, not too bad.

Very convenient location, close to ATT Stadium which is the reason we were there. Staying for only one night so we figured it couldn't be that bad.....we were wrong cause it was. Looks like the pic but 40 years later. Same bedspread from back in the day when they took the pic. It was very worn and torn and thin. Sheets looked slept in and we were very hesitant to sit on the bed. We covered it with our own sheets. Pillows were dirty and stained. We did not use them either. When we got back from the game at night and got into our room someone knocked twice on our door. We did not open it of course and they eventually left. They must have seen us arrive. It was myself and my daughter so it was a scary moment. Bathroom was "clean" and so were the towels and I was grateful for that. Walls and doors were very dirty. Absolutely needs some tlc. I will never stay there again....its the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Check in and check out was quick, thankful for that as well. It is definitely not a safe place to stay.

There are plenty of restaurants but none of them serve alcohol! It's really weird.....Rooms clean and neat but outside walkways and parking lot could use some work.

Wasnt allowed inside to handle my reservation. Had to work through a hole in the glass. No breakfast and couldn't even get a plastic fork to eat with. Very unprofessional.
