We came down as a big group for a ride at nearby Ray Rocks off road resort. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was super clean. The two minor complaints we have: no coffee maker in the room and the coffee at the continental breakfast is hot garbage. We went to the burger king next door for coffee! Other than that, nice and clean, plenty of room for multiple pickups/trailers to park, and the closest lodging we could find to the off road park. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ray Rocks!

Our room was very musky smelling really needed airing out and windows sill had bugs all over they never cleaned it - beds were very hard. There also was not much breakfast with hardly no restraint within 30 miles they need to have more than muffins and cereal

The room was not clean upon arrival. Trash left in drawers, stains on comforter and stains on desk and no trash liners in any of the trash cans. I understand wanting to “go-green” and eliminate waste, but when confined to a room, guests are going to have trash that they need to properly dispose of. Also one of the lights in the room was not working. I will say the staff was accommodating and called me within an hour of leaving to offer a comp towards a future stay, which was appreciated.

Rooms smelled like mildew. Everytime the AC kicked on it smelled like urine for 15 seconds. The toliet had not been cleaned and there was feces on the exterior. Black specks came out of the sinks when used. Also the smallest pillows known to mankind. King size bed with 2 half-queen sized pillows.

The hotel is better than expected. As the only hotel in a very small town, they had amenities that I didn’t expect them to have. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and well kept. And I have to give a big thumbs up to their showers. Seriously. I have never had that good a shower in any hotel. The water pressure was fantastic. I’d stay here just for that.

This property allowed me to do my business in the area with complete onvenience. The overall condition of the property was just fine, and the staff was uniformy friendly and attentive...my only "small gripe" with this property was the lack of sufficient electrical outlets in the room. Most of us travel with multiple devices which need recharging, etc., and this property is likely older and not updated in wiring.

The owner wants to be "Green" and it inconveniences the guests. Microwaves and coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. I don't know if they keep coffee brewed 24/7 in the lobby but I know I disliked having to leave my room to go downstairs to heat up my food. There are no trash bags in the trash cans as another effort to be "green". I just stacked my trash on the edge of the dresser which the maids could simply wipe down. If I put it in the trash can the maids are required to wash the trash can. I was here only 3 months earlier and enjoyed my stay. Will look at stay somewhere else the next time I am around.

Was okay overall but the place is looking a little old and could use a remodel. The continental breakfast was pretty basic. Many other Hotels have a hot breakfast for the same $100 room price. But this Super 8 is the only option in Richmond Mo. So you only get what you get.

Booked the room on 12-6-2024. Everything seemed to be fine got the confirmation email for the reservation the day before we were to arrive. There was even an option for early check in the day before which we took. When we arrived at the hotel they claimed to have no record of our booking and no rooms available. Other friends who booked at the same hotel also had problems with thier reservation.

There are so many options for food around it, and a walmart directly across the street in case you have to grab something while out on the road. The room was so clean and the floors had been shampooed earlier that day so it smelled great! The breakfast was quick and easy grab options which are great while traveling with children. Overall we loved our stay!

We came down as a big group for a ride at nearby Ray Rocks off road resort. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was super clean. The two minor complaints we have: no coffee maker in the room and the coffee at the continental breakfast is hot garbage. We went to the burger king next door for coffee! Other than that, nice and clean, plenty of room for multiple pickups/trailers to park, and the closest lodging we could find to the off road park. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ray Rocks!

The room was a bit out of maintenance and it felt very moist despite that, the staff was great and for a place to lay your head at night, this place is just perfect. One thing we did like, was the morning sun coming in the window!

This was my 2nd stay here and planning to stay again in the future. Continental breakfast is still quick and filling with a variety of choices. Maybe biscuits and gravy would be a welcome addition. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the brightly lit parking lot. I feel very safe staying here.

Staff were excellent at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast choices were modest, coffee was pretty good. Our room was convenient and spacious. Needs carpet cleaned to remove stains and bathroom needs to be re-caulked.
