O hotel tem um lobby e uma cozinha muito agradáveis, mas minha experiência foi bem ruim. Fiquei 9 noites e houve vários problemas: funcionários da limpeza pareciam sobrecarregados e apareciam em horários irregulares, o vaso sanitário ficou vazando água durante toda a estadia apesar de eu ter pedido conserto, e a recepção foi pouco prestativa até para ajudar com táxi. Também me deram informações erradas sobre o horário de checkout e não pediram desculpas quando mostrei o horário correto que estava impresso no quarto. O ar-condicionado é centralizado e não esfria o suficiente. Normalmente eu nem deixaria avaliação por problemas assim, mas, considerando tudo isso, daria 1/10.

We have received a room with a very noisy door - it was really hard to open it since the wood in the door was too swelled. The real issue began when we have asked to change the room, The staff wasn’t really helpful, it took them 3 days to be able to offer us a room of the same standard. This used to be another owner and name to the hotel - Numa - and unfortunately since the owners changed there is a bit of decline in the service offered. No soaps for handwashing, no complementary water (instead you can use a water machine located in the lobby) I really wish this hotel will ramp up the service level - otherwise it is still a very good value for money with decent location.

A really nice and modern hotel in the great location! Walking distance to many great restaurants and cafes, flea market with fun shops, and a light rail train that takes you to the major tourist places in TLV. About 15 min walk to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful, great breakfast with lots of salads, eggs, veggies, and freshly baked breads and pastries. Comfortable mattress and spacious rooms. It’s my 3rd time staying and it never disappoints!
