Not the best hotel I've stayed in but was clean, quiet, and sufficient.

Breakfast was good. Rooms were somewhat upgraded- not the cleanest place. Had to wipe down the bathroom and sink with bleach wipes.

Room was just ok. We normally don’t stay at hotels with outside doors but with the pic on the website. You couldn’t tell. There were no towels in the room and the room had been smoked in. They had covered the smoke alarm up with tissue. The bed had all kinds of noise and you didn’t dare walk barefoot in the room because it was so chipped up.

I booked this stay on 12/08/2025 just for them to tell me the day of (when I called them - they could even have the courtesy to call me) that somehow they were over booked and their manager had said the room would go to whoever got their first. The hotel was 45 minutes away from the venue/concert I was attending so I opted to not drive out of my way and book somewhere else. Then I STILL get charged the room fee + $100 cancelation fee. Call and talk to the manager, Helen, today who tells me that she never told her staff that and no one told me that info = no refund. 1. Why would I want to drive 2 hours just to get a hotel somewhere else, get there at 2am, just for fun?!?! 2. This IS being disputed with my bank. 3. Possibly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I would NEVER suggest anyone trust their booking with this location!! If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would
