The property is just 2km from Thônes and 12km from the Aravis ski resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod, making it a great base for a winter ski holiday but also a great base for a summer holiday with 15km from Annecy's lake. Inside, there's a great choice of communal spaces - let off steam in the games room, enjoy a drink in the bar area, enjoy a quiet conversation or a book in the mezzanine reading nook or watch a film in the TV room. Of course you can all get together to eat around the dining table! With four bedrooms (two en suite) and a third bathroom, there's plenty of room upstairs too. Children will love the bunk room for six, although it's equally suited as a family room. Children need to be supervised in and around the pond (around 170cm deep). The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure.
