La Quinta by Wyndham Kansas City Airport

Terrible experience with dirty room - switched our first room because it was so bad, we found other peoples personal items and floor was sticky. Hotel had a bad smell everywhere, pool area was dirty. Didn’t even trust having breakfast there

Staff were all polite, room clean. Nice place to stay a few days.

Do not expect tye staff to help.

Location was good. The beds and vanity area were clean, two of the three beds were comfortable. Most all other surfaces needed cleaning including the walls, floors, curtains and most importantly, around the toilet. If most of the city wasn't already sold out and we didn't just needed a place to sleep, we wouldn't have stayed. I had to clean areas myself before I was comfortable using the facilities. Didn't stay for breakfast, so can't comment on that.

The cleaning needs to be better there was stains on the wall in the mirror for what i pay i expected something nicer we went to the pool no towels at all the breakfast area was not bad at all
