Very clean nice room, we enjoyed our stay overall. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the onsite places, the food wasn’t very good and of course was very expensive for what it was.

We enjoyed our stay at the Homestead. There was construction being done, but they had golf carts available with drivers to take us from our room to the parking lot or pool or wherever we needed to go on site. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was I thought we were getting a balcony room, but the balcony was really the hallway outside the front of the room, which to us was a walkway, not a balcony! We were looking forward to a private balcony out of the back of the room! We question them, but none of the rooms with the balcony in the back were available, which was disappointing. If you closed the drapes inside the room, it felt claustrophobic and dark! We did enjoy the swimming pools, beautiful landscaping and the hot tubs. We also found time to swim in the crater, which was really fun and a must if you haven’t tried it before. The main dining restaurant wasn’t open yet, but we did have breakfast & snacks at the milkhouse. Mostly we ate offsite at other locations nearby. We will have to try it again after the complete remodel is done.!

Beautiful property my biggest complaint was we went for a relaxing trip paid more for a patio to sit and have coffee in the am but the amount of carts they have driving around is outrageous there was 6 most of the time around us and driving around constantly it was loud and distracting from the beautiful ambiance. Also the trash truck comes and gets the dumpsters at 7 am more then once a week which is way loud and close to multiple rooms, they need to be moved badly. Beautiful pool space warm and relaxing. The property is under construction which honestly wasnt any of the issues. Seems like the staff can't walk anywhere without carts they needs to minimize them drastically i was forced off the sidwalk multiple times while walking to the milk house or pool because carts need to pass. I would love to bring my family back one day when construction is over but they really need to make staff walk more and get rid of multiple carts i mean we walked all over the property its not bad to do. Also the balcony isnt worth the price add its a long patio walkway with just chairs added nothing private. Alot of money for a chair outside your room door
