Four Points by Sheraton Memphis Southwind

The room was clean, however the bed is not very comfortable. It would be nice if they would spring for pillow top mattresses. The only real issue I have is when they start the cleaning early in the morning, the washing machine they use sends of a high pitched noise every 15 seconds. It’s located on the 1st floor but I could hear it in my room. It made it impossible to sleep. I spoke to a staff member who said that management is aware, but haven’t done anything about. Avoid rooms 209-213 if like to sleep past 7am.

The room was clean, the staff was great the heat and air was operable and the breakfast was great.

Clean/spacious room. Very friendly staff. Air conditioning worked very well!

Safe area, nice size studio, great amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

everything good except they ran out of garbage bags. no fresh sheets in the room for the pull out couch.
