Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No hot water during our stay, when I informed the front desk, they told me they’d let maintenance know about the issue. The website advertised restaurants. Both restaurants were completely closed. They do have a little sports bar. I did walk over and check out the World Series score and MNF. The bartender never even looked up from her phone and ask if I wanted a drink. They do have a small Starbucks on site but good luck getting the barista to look up from her cell phone and even try to even take an order. The place is old and worn down and should not advertise things that they don’t offer. Didn’t see any rodents, but that’s probably because of the plethora of rodent traps inside and outside of the property. Plenty of parking. The only employees that spoke to me were the front staff and check in and out. Every other employee in the building, whether it be a bartender, barista Casino worker not one looked up from their phone when I was walking around the establishment.

No power the first day we arrived wasn’t able to do anything much and then was told they had a swimming pool on the fourth floor but instead it was at the fourth tower and it was not close but when we got to the pool it was outside and locked up they didn’t tell us it was locked up and closed. I just feel they should have said sorry about the conscience of all the mishaps for your stay and offer us a discount for the stay and or a voucher of some kind to come back at a discount price for another day. But nothing very disappointing
