I didn’t like not knowing that we had to pay to park there after we paid all the money to stay there. They also did not make sure we had clean towels or any of that kind of stuff.

They charged me an unexpected $270 deposit a week before my stay, then overfilled me on check in. When I check out two days later, they claimed the mistake would be fixed -- a full day later, it's not. They refused to provide an accurate receipt at check out. Hard to tell if it was a genuine mistake or outright scam. Hotel was generally dingy and my room was poorly cleaned. Hotel pool was "under repair" (I didn't care, but check before if it's important to you) and the couple checking out before me apparently had an even worse experience.

For the price, I would pass on this hotel. It’s in major need of updates/fixes. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, bathroom door was patched with caulk. Breakfast? We passed. Staff was very friendly and it’s convenient to restaurants and I-75.

we were very disappointed that the pool was out of service. when I booked the room I had no idea that we wouldn't have a pool to swim in. yes I could have cancelled but then I would have taken a chance of not getting another room somewhere else. we were only there for 1 night for a baton competition but the same competition is there every year just an FYI

The staff was friendly, offer good suggestions when asked, check in was easy and were pleasantly suprise with nacho social event. Breakfast quick amd easy with pleanty of your typical hotel choices . Hotel was over all clean, but you can see the age of the hotel. Renovations are under the way, but not inconvenience.

We had a 3 night stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable especially the pillows one of the pillows was about 2” inches thick. The staff were very nice. The hot breakfast was ok, if you like Turkey sausages and biscuits and gravy you will love it. They had scrambled eggs everyday and bacon on one day. The pool was cold, but most indoor hotel pools are cold. Overall good stay and would come back again.

Hotel had a smell which seems to impact our allergies. Sink in bathroom would not drain properly. Even garbage bags were not put in cans. We were travelling and only slept a few hours and left so not a big deal. Price significant for that quality. Staff were lovely to though.

The property was near a lot of stuff, restaurants, shopping, hardware, etc. My reservation needed to be changed and they corrected it with out a lot of hassle about it. The breakfast had a variety of options. i was impressed with the Turkey sausage not being over cooked like most people do. Variety of spices like cranberry, seeds, graham cracker, etc.. for use with oatmeal or yogurt. The room was not thoroughly clean, paper on side of bed and by head board the bed sham was dirty. The heat worked great in room and everything was functional in bathroom. The microwave and Refrigerator was greatly need and appreciated. Requested extra towel sets and they were warm when brought to the room. Every staff member i came across was friendly and personable.

The rooms are noticeably outdated, both in decor and overall ambiance, including an unpleasant lingering odor throughout the hotel. The bed comforter was visibly soiled with what appeared to be food and blood stains, which was extremely concerning. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable, with exposed springs that made it nearly impossible to sleep on without layering several blankets for cushioning.

I typically have good luck with Marriott properties but this hotel was sub par for them. It was filthy and the mattress was terrible. If we weren’t in a pinch I’d have cancelled. It felt like they slapped their name on another lower tier hotel.

Need to check air filters more often. My ac filters were plugged. I removed, cleaned, and reinstalled them myself. Keeping the filters cleaned will definitely help with longevity of equipment.

Our stay was good. The room had a king bed. It had a desk chair. It could have used a lounge chair or sofa also. The breakfast was poor. There was no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs.

The first night stay was kind of uncomfortable because the air conditioner was pretty noisy. I ran it enough to cool off the room and then turned it off. It got pretty warm, but it was OK. The next morning I asked if they had another room and they immediately looked and found that the room right next-door was empty. I just walked to the next room and that room was perfect. Very friendly staff. We even had Tornado sirens going off during the night. The staff handled it well even though it was their first time. The guests all met in the dining area and we were told the plan in case there was an emergency. The area around the hotel has plenty of meal options and things to do. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Cincinnati so it’s close enough to visit the city.

I requested an upper floor room and got stuck on the first floor. I also requested to not be near the vending machines and ice machines and they were right outside our door! We spent 2 nights there and our room was never made up. I don't mind reusing towels, but the least they could do was make the bed - and if they weren't going to make up the room - they could have let us know. I don't know if this fiasco - bottom floor with the vending and ice machines right at our door - was done on purpose, but we are done with this Fairfield Inn.

The last minute we were put in another FairField hotel 15 miles away. We bought insurance policy from Expedia; we hoped this would prevent this. They said they were over booked' I will not likely to use Expedia again!!!

Although a little date to in Warren, a nice, comfortable and reliable hotel with nearby, walking distance, dining and amenities. Very friendly staff!

The first night stay was kind of uncomfortable because the air conditioner was pretty noisy. I ran it enough to cool off the room and then turned it off. It got pretty warm, but it was OK. The next morning I asked if they had another room and they immediately looked and found that the room right next-door was empty. I just walked to the next room and that room was perfect. Very friendly staff. We even had Tornado sirens going off during the night. The staff handled it well even though it was their first time. The guests all met in the dining area and we were told the plan in case there was an emergency. The area around the hotel has plenty of meal options and things to do. It’s about 30 minutes outside of Cincinnati so it’s close enough to visit the city.

Right off 75 Dining and shopping very close. Nice and quiet. What I want in an overnight stay Expedia directions were wrong. Might want to put hotel address in before we did.

The property was near a lot of stuff, restaurants, shopping, hardware, etc. My reservation needed to be changed and they corrected it with out a lot of hassle about it. The breakfast had a variety of options. i was impressed with the Turkey sausage not being over cooked like most people do. Variety of spices like cranberry, seeds, graham cracker, etc.. for use with oatmeal or yogurt. The room was not thoroughly clean, paper on side of bed and by head board the bed sham was dirty. The heat worked great in room and everything was functional in bathroom. The microwave and Refrigerator was greatly need and appreciated. Requested extra towel sets and they were warm when brought to the room. Every staff member i came across was friendly and personable.

Our stay was good. The room had a king bed. It had a desk chair. It could have used a lounge chair or sofa also. The breakfast was poor. There was no bacon or sausage to go with the eggs.

For the price, I would pass on this hotel. It’s in major need of updates/fixes. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, bathroom door was patched with caulk. Breakfast? We passed. Staff was very friendly and it’s convenient to restaurants and I-75.

The staff was friendly, offer good suggestions when asked, check in was easy and were pleasantly suprise with nacho social event. Breakfast quick amd easy with pleanty of your typical hotel choices . Hotel was over all clean, but you can see the age of the hotel. Renovations are under the way, but not inconvenience.

We had a 3 night stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable especially the pillows one of the pillows was about 2” inches thick. The staff were very nice. The hot breakfast was ok, if you like Turkey sausages and biscuits and gravy you will love it. They had scrambled eggs everyday and bacon on one day. The pool was cold, but most indoor hotel pools are cold. Overall good stay and would come back again.

Our toilet was broken. When I flushed, water exploded from the tank and covered the bathroom floor with water. We could not flush the whole night. No other room to put us in. Breakfast was awful. Bananas were almost completely black. Eggs were the fake, liquid eggs. Coffee terrible. Couldn’t open the orange juice bottles.

The hotel was under renovation, this was not disclosed prior to booking the room. Our room had a hole in the floor next to the bathroom, TV and AC didn’t work properly, among many other issues. We left before our stay was to end.

The hotel was under construction without my knowledge. The pool and fitness area were under construction and blocked off. The hotel lobby, hallways, rooms, and parking lot were in various stages of construction. Our first room had ac that was not working and an overhead lamp that was not working. We asked to move to a room with working ac and we were accommodated. The new room had working ac, but had no bathroom overhead lighting. Instead, a lamp was plugged into the bathroom as a source of light.

They dont tell you the place is under construction. Pulled into the parking lot to find 2 huge contractor storage containers. Keep those in mind, they'll be back later in the story. The lower moldings were removed from the walls in the hallways. There was some kind of plastic strip laid down the middle of the hallway for you to walk on. THERE IS NO POOL. Lady behind the counter says Marriot has refused to remove the pool photos from the website for over a year. My shower had no shelves. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash were in squirt bottles on the floor of the shower. No thank you The room itself appeared clean, but when they misled you from the beginning, can you really trust the cleanliness? Remember those storage containers? Well one of them caught fire. Fire dept came and basically tossed the entire contents of the container onto the parking lot. What a mess. Contractor cleaned it up by putting up a couple of cones and driving away STAY AWAY

They were trying to reconstruct a hotel that should have been torn down and the whole place was in disarray. Smelled bad, Old mattresses piled up out front, old toilet seat not connected to the toilet, the front desk not answering the phone so I want down to the front desk seeing a note saying, pick up phone and call. So I picked up their phone and called and the front desk phone rang where I was standing and nobody came to answer it! No different from when I called from the room. People came in and a few minutes later walked out.
