I would’ve liked to know that the pool area was under construction, while we could swim it was so dusty! Dust covered everything! And the construction crew left several nails in the pool that my husband and granddaughter dove down to collect so they wouldn’t hurt anyone. The room had ants, and we were lacking a shower curtain and had to ask for it. We chose this hotel based on reviews. I wouldn’t choose it again.

Elevator broken and on 3rd floor. Sheets had not been changed. AC batteries had to be changed. We had to take care of all problems because one person to service a full hotel. Unacceptable. She did the best she could. Customer behind us had prosthesis and no elevator.

The property is run down. Needs serious updating. Breakfast bar was sparse because of busy weekend. Not our fault!! Pancake maker broken?? Window shade in our room was broken. No curtain?? The bed was clean appearing and comfortable.

I have been to numerous holiday in express’ over the years, and in multiple states. I pick this particular hotel “chain” because of the consistency. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. I don’t expect a 5star hotel, but this particular location was dirty. The hotel room floor had pieces of food all over, hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, was out of Kleenex, the fitted sheets were not attached to one Queen bed, and the duvet cover had dirt foot prints on it. The hallways were equally dirty, so it doesn’t appear to simply be “I got a bad room”. The overall hotel seemed consistently kept in poor overall condition. I’m not one to complain to staff, I’d rather just not stay there again. But I did find this hotel worthy of a poor review. Other guests were also complaining to one another during the continental breakfast- which was on par with other holiday inn express hotels. I won’t stay there again, and I would not recommend it to others.

The entry and bathroom floors were very sticky. Lots of deferred maintenance as the soap and shampoo holders were not fastened securely to the wall. Electrical outlet unusable in bathroom. Drain and shower, not fastened to tile flooring thus slippery and dangerous.

This hotel used to be a Holidsy Inn, it is updated and looks good on the surface but the first room we got into had a bad smell and the air was very damp and musty. I checked the air conditioners filters and they were clean. So after running the AC for a couple of hours the damp and musty air did not improve. The phone was not plugged into a phone jack and I couldn’t access the wall phone jack to plug it in. A lamp was also not plugged into a USB jack and there was not one available so I couldn’t turn on the lamp either. There were no towels of any size in our bathroom but some left over gold fish crackers and an in opened bottle of Fireball from the previous guests were found on the floor. We changed rooms and it was much better but I couldn’t figure out how to keep the fan on the AC on to run continually. The bed squeaked with the turn of your head so I didn’t sleep much that night. Breakfast was a nice surprise as it was very good!

The former Holiday Inn reopened. Some things can't be fixed quickly. Some of the bathroom layouts are tight. The rooms I've been in have dings in the walls and some of the lights don't work.

Hotel room was reasonably clean and comfortable. We arrived around 4:30 pm, well after regular check in began, but our room was not ready. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for the bed to be made. Manager did give free beverage and snack as conpensation.

We spent one night to attend a relative’s 80th birthday celebration.we had to change rooms for one of the two we had due to cleanliness of the room as well as the ac not cooling the room. They were very accommodating. My only issue is for hotels.com. I’ve never been charged more than the hotel itself charged, but hotels.com profited by $106.74 I’ll never use that site again. The hotel charged $294.34accirding to my receipts for the two rooms. Hotels.com charged my credit card $401.08. The rooms were nice, but not as described by hotels.com. They described a very nice extra living space with all the kitchen amenities included there. That space also included a small sofa which ours did not. The bathroom had a lovely shower stall but no separate tub as described. I requested a refund but was denied. They told me the hotel was sent an email telling them to charge me the $401.08, but the hotel had no such email. I’m certainly not happy with this at all.

We have stayed in this location before when it was a different chain. As for the building not much had changed. It was clean, quite and very easy to get in and out of.

Overall hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The shower curtain rod was broken which made it hard to keep the curtain closed but was able to take a shower still. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I felt safe staying here. Right off Turnpike 44. Very easy to find.

Clean, classy, professional. Facility needs signage off the freeway and better signage and lighting on'site. Also grass around property needs trimming and landscaping.

The room had a foul smell, the shade was full of holes & the remote did not work. The shower was full of mildew. The ice machine did not work and the pool was “out of order” Breakfast was oK

Breakfast area was disappointing. Ants were on coffee bar, with ants IN the coffee creamer dispenser. Attendant was in supply room on his phone. Ate breakfast at other location in town the next morning.

I have been to numerous holiday in express’ over the years, and in multiple states. I pick this particular hotel “chain” because of the consistency. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case here. I don’t expect a 5star hotel, but this particular location was dirty. The hotel room floor had pieces of food all over, hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, was out of Kleenex, the fitted sheets were not attached to one Queen bed, and the duvet cover had dirt foot prints on it. The hallways were equally dirty, so it doesn’t appear to simply be “I got a bad room”. The overall hotel seemed consistently kept in poor overall condition. I’m not one to complain to staff, I’d rather just not stay there again. But I did find this hotel worthy of a poor review. Other guests were also complaining to one another during the continental breakfast- which was on par with other holiday inn express hotels. I won’t stay there again, and I would not recommend it to others.

The property is run down. Needs serious updating. Breakfast bar was sparse because of busy weekend. Not our fault!! Pancake maker broken?? Window shade in our room was broken. No curtain?? The bed was clean appearing and comfortable.

This hotel used to be a Holidsy Inn, it is updated and looks good on the surface but the first room we got into had a bad smell and the air was very damp and musty. I checked the air conditioners filters and they were clean. So after running the AC for a couple of hours the damp and musty air did not improve. The phone was not plugged into a phone jack and I couldn’t access the wall phone jack to plug it in. A lamp was also not plugged into a USB jack and there was not one available so I couldn’t turn on the lamp either. There were no towels of any size in our bathroom but some left over gold fish crackers and an in opened bottle of Fireball from the previous guests were found on the floor. We changed rooms and it was much better but I couldn’t figure out how to keep the fan on the AC on to run continually. The bed squeaked with the turn of your head so I didn’t sleep much that night. Breakfast was a nice surprise as it was very good!

Very surprised by this property…in better condition than others nearby. You can tell they are making and keeping it up and very nice overall. Only hiccup is breakfast starts at 7 so didn’t get to try with travel plans, but would happily stay here again when in the area.

Elevator broken and on 3rd floor. Sheets had not been changed. AC batteries had to be changed. We had to take care of all problems because one person to service a full hotel. Unacceptable. She did the best she could. Customer behind us had prosthesis and no elevator.
