Hotel has been renovated but all of the doors look old and the bathroom door was missing a chunk by the handle. Both entrances we used had steps. The other one I saw also had steps. Breakfast was okay. No individual milk cartons and limited choices compared to other hotels.

It seems to be a new hotel. The elevator wasn't working so we used the stairs which seemed to be an incomplete afterthought. Other than the stair situation it was a nice place

I had some issues after booking through the wrong website. Alexis was extremely polite and supportive in helping me resolve this issue. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. The suggestion I have is to place a card key lock on the outside of the fire escape door on the side of the building.

The lady working at the front desk had nothing but meth heads staying in there we asked for a room facing the parking lot and she said they were under renovation. They were being painted, but it was a lie because we seen nothing but drug addict and prostitutes come out that side of the hallway the sinks were overflow. The food was trash in the morning no good food. They don’t have a elevator, but it’s two floors. They don’t accommodate the people there unless you’re drug addict or prostitute.

My stay was very uncomfortable. The pictures upon booking were not the pictures of the hotel we got. The room was obviously poorly cleaned. When cleaning the shower lots of dirt was removed and there was pee stains on the sides and bottom of the toilet. The bathroom is the size of a sardine can. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable staying at this hotel. I will never stay her again.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. We were on a family trip. The sink stopped up. The room smelled terrible even after I sprayed Lysol, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, my key card stopped working every day, and powdered eggs every day are not my definition of breakfast. I will never stay at a sleep inn or choices hotel again

Usually with these roadside hotels, one is just hoping for clean and quiet. This Sleep Inn was so much better. The building looks pretty new, it was super clean, the staff was friendly and pleasant and everything was so easy. It's a great spot!

Good value as compared to others in the surrounding area. Comfortable bed and bedding. Updated bathroom and furnishings. The bedding was too heavy and it would have been good if a lighter cover would have been an option. Don’t stay near the end of the hallway near the outer door if you value quietness.

nice bed, seemed super clean in the room. my toilet wouldn't quit running after a flush for a good 10 minutes, i was really concerned it would be like that all night. there was also no bathroom but i think i got a handicap room for some reason like i chose the wrong one. wifi also didn't seem too fast. the front desk guy was hard to understand but otherwise friendly enough. i didn't get up in time for breakfast to comment on that and the coffee was otherwise ineffective but it was free

Very clean room with King sized bed. Shower, tub, seat combo. No microwave in room, but one in breakfast area available. Decent sized fridge (no freezer). Breakfast did include sausage and "eggs", fruit, and yogurt which was surprising for the room rate.

The sliding bathroom door was off track and you get stuck in bathroom every time you use it. so you would need someone on outside to help you wedge it open. NOT good if i were to have been trying alone.

Bathroom door was a pocket door and the top backer was broken causing the door not to be able to be closed. So we had to use the bathroom and take a shower with the door wide open. Also there were only 2 wash clothes left for a 3-night stay of 2 people in this room.

The location was very quiet, just off the interstate and on a two-lane state highway, but traffic on the latter was low and not noisy. We were able to walk to a restaurant (Waffle House) across the latter highway with no risk.

Very clean room with King sized bed. Shower, tub, seat combo. No microwave in room, but one in breakfast area available. Decent sized fridge (no freezer). Breakfast did include sausage and "eggs", fruit, and yogurt which was surprising for the room rate.

I was looking for an affordable night's sleep after a concert in Athens. It met expectations. There were a few small things that keep it from an excellent rating, but not enough to keep me from choosing this hotel in the future. There was hair left in the bathtub and the sausage and eggs at breakfast were not high quality. Still worth the price.

We've stayed at this hotel often, as we travel through Madison quite frequently. It's just a one night stay and it meets our needs perfectly. The property is very clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the ac works well. Recently I've noticed some issues with maintenance though. The bathtubs drain very slow and this time, the bathroom sink was spraying water all over the counter and the pocket door was pretty beat up and scratched all over. Other than some of the upkeep issues, it's a comfortable place to stay.

I booked this trip because of 8.4 "very good" review. This was far from a 8.4 stay. We were in room 106. First off, no bathroom door! You do your business with a full length mirror in front of you where anyone in the room can see you as well! The tub/shower was very slick - be careful. The room was damp and heavy feeling even though the AC was on the whole time. Bed was comfortable. Hall to room was dirty & needed vacuumed/cleaned. Continental breakfast was very basic and only 1 person working the front desk & breakfast area. Tables were dirty. Would not recommend.
