Americas Best Value Inn Lubbock East

Property is older, but it was clean.

Pics and reviews online not close to reality. Rooms smelled really bad and body fluid stains everywhere. Watched drug deal from room next door to ours. Could not stay in room, had to find other accommodation elsewhere, but front desk refused refund. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

Waited 10 mins to talk to sone about checking in. It was 30 mins from current check in time and was told had to wait until check in time. Finally got checked in and then keys not working. Went to front office twice to get them to work. Finally the maid had to get us in room. The hotel doesnt have enough staff. They were friendly but just seemed unorganized and short staffed. We were there for a very large concert so the hotel should have been prepared.
