Ignore everyone’s negative review on this property! This hotel was perfect for me and my family. The breakfast in the morning was good. The rooms were clean. It’s a very cute intimate place. I didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel. They had a nice courtyard my kids can play basketball and my husband and I relaxed by the bonfire pit. We had a great stay and everything is near by. Oh and the pool was also clean and it’s NOT A FAR WALK. I don’t know why some people wrote that. Smh it’s like how it would be in any condo. It has its own designated section ( main building) which is literally a few steps from your room. I highly recommend staying here.

Great stay. Only issue was elevator out of order but staff offered to help with bags if need be, which was appreciated, but wasn’t necessary for us. Continental breakfast staff was very friendly & helpful with to go containers right around 7 am as we had to be at a volleyball tournament at 7:30. Will stay again if in the area.

We had a wonderful first night. No issues with our check-in, the front desk clerk was very attentive. However, unfortunately, our second night was much less enjoyable due to the noise from the room above. It sounded like rolling thunder as children were jumping off the bed, running around, and yelling, which disturbed the peace. On our check-out day, we were woken up at 6:00 am by the same noise, but thankfully, we were leaving that morning. While we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, this issue significantly impacted our overall experience.

We stayed at this property multiple times for the past few years when we picking up or dropping off my college students. This hotel suite is large and the price is reasonable. It is comfortable to stay and convenient too. We often walk to the Thai restaurant near by for dinner.

My room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lot of nice features that I didn't use, like a cooker. There is a generous dedicated workspace. The bed is wonderfully comfortable. There is no street noise; my room looked out on a lawn and trees. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast; edible and convenient. The staff were nice.

Perfect checkin. Very professional, hospitable and quick (Crystal). Clean room, good size with all the amenities. Great to have a full size frig. Free Breakfast adequate. Our toilet overflowed but when contacted, they came and fixed it immediately including cleanup. Really important for a hotel service when you need it! Very professional and great stay overall. Would come back.

It was great service and great value! We stayed there for two weeks. I was there on business, my husband was vacationing. The staff is the best! Everyone at the front desk is super nice and the kitchen lady was the sweetest! The breakfast menu is very nice and fresh. Different fresh fruit, greek yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, boiled eggs, varied scrambled eggs and proteins, good bread assortment and toppings like cheese and spreads. Nice coffee and tea 24/7. They had free candy or snacks late afternoon. The facilities are nice and clean, fire pit is great. The rooms are comfy and well equipped. Stuff works well. Only issue we had was a bit of signal breaking up on the tv. A smart tv would be a nice to have. The carpet on the hallways is a bit dated but makes no difference as everything is clean and well kept. The other visitors seemed like nice people.

I was concerned when I attempted to get help connecting with the internet. I did what I could on my own. I then contacted the hotel staff. They told me that what they had instructed me to do was what they had told other clients so they didn't know how to get me connected. It was an unhelpful response. I later figured it out on my own.

The property itself is an older building. However, the rooms are immaculately clean and well taken care of. Sondra (front desk manager) was AMAZING to deal with. Very friendly to deal with and made the check in process smooth and simple. If you stay here, take a very short drive to the Moose Preserve Bar & Grille for a great dinner!

The property was fine. There was a pervasive smell, not necessarily bad, but just an ongoing 'takeout' food smell throughout the building. The check-in building was completely separate from the rooms which was strange, and meant that to get to and from the pool you had to walk outside. The staff were tremendous, incredibly nice, helpful, and cheerful! The area surrounding it was definitely run down, and very few food options.

There were spiders and ants in the room. Breakfast would run put before 9AM. Coffee in the breakfast area was cold. The toilet was dirty when we entered the room.

we would definitely stay again. We had a two bedroom, two bath room. Perfect for our family of 5. Gave everyone some privacy. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning and had alot of options. Often breakfasts like this lack in the protein department but this breakfast had bacon, eggs, quiche, yogurt. Very satiating!

This is a nice, clean hotel. Staff was friendly. It was a quiet comfortable place to sleep. The place has a complementary breakfast that is okay. Lots of choices but if you are there for the eggs and sausage you may want to go out for breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The fire alarms went off 3 different times through the night meaning you got no sleep!!! The last time was at 4am scared me waking up to that noise. Couldn't go back to sleep. Breakfast was cold and nasty!!!

Both of our rooms had a really strange odor - almost a mix of stale cigars, body odor, chemicals, mold, and mildew. We arrived late at night and were unable to change both of our rooms because the hotel was at capacity. We endured our stay and were happy to leave. The rest of the hotel was ok.

Frequency of room cleaning and emptying trash inadequate. Lighting in rooms very poor. Seating in living space was very low (as though designed for little people) and seating was not comfortable. Beds were ok but space in bedrooms of the suite was very limited. We experienced a major water leak into the ceiling of one of the two bathrooms of a 2 bedroom suite. This soaked the bathroom and made it unuseable for one day and workmen coming and going to partially deal with this was very inconvenient. The ceiling was still not repaired after 7 days of the 2 week stay. I requested a call from the manager to discuss a comp of at least one day for the major inconvenience but was never contacted. The dishwasher in the small kitchen did not nearly adequately clean the dishes and we had to do all dish cleaning by hand and used the dishwasher rack only for storage after hand washing dishes. There was not adequate dish soap and we finally purchased more locally. The only bright spot of the stay is that the staff members were friendly.
