We have only one negative comment. Paying for parking is a pain. One has to use a 3d party, download their app, then the 3d. party wants a copy of a credit card to keep on file (makes future pmts simple and easy) (right). This makes no sense when the property could collect the fee at check-in or add to room price first time around. Add in the fact the 3d. party adds a transaction fee (granted it is only $1.00) (not the amount but the absurdity of the whole thing) We do not object to the parking fee, just the way it is handled. It takes a certain amt. of dollars to operate such a facility. Keep it simple.
