Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas-Red Rock/Summerlin

Excellent accommodations. I just wish that there was a hot tub along with the pool.

Traveling with my elderly mom plus my two dogs. The property is clean and conveniently located off the highway and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the free breakfast was great!

They were in the middle of a renovation.

I love this hotel and stay here often. The staff is so friendly, the room is always clean and there are always plenty of towels. My favorite stores, food and a low priced gas station are close which adds to the desirability of this hotel. There is also a work-out room and warm pool!

Later check-in was helpful, wide parking spots and they let me do a noon checkout NC after I got back from an early job.

We arrived around midnight and when we got into the room the remote control for the TV didn't work. The staff changed our room for us and we didn't have any problems after. The hotel was doing renovations and the laundry was not available, but overall I was very happy with my experience. The continental breakfast was good.

The property looks new and clean. It's quiet and close to shopping center. There's plenty of parking spaces. The floor, furniture, and bed was clean when I checked in. I left in the morning, back around 3:30 PM, and room was how I left it. Cleaning lady knocked on door around 4:30 PM to clean. I told 'em not needed any more. I need to rest. It shouldn't take that long to just tidy up the room. They must be short of staff. I hope it does not persist. The air conditioning unit turns on quickly to the thermostat, but the temperature of the room did not seem to change. the air seem to be direct from outside, and thermostat show same temperature after 1 hour of turning on the AC. It must be centrally controlled. Looking closely at the AC unit, the vent is dusty. There are debris inside where the air is blowing into the room. I just have the AC unit off the whole time. Don't want more dust circling in the room. How would it feel in the summer when outside is 115 degrees? The breakfast is continental with fewer items offered. Not as many type of pastries or fruits, and the waffle mix was thick that even dispensing into the cup was not easy. I hope improvements are coming.

Housecleaning doesn’t know what they’re doing. Showers, glass, toilet, sheets. Nasty!!!! Soiled sheets, feces in the toilet, Smokey room, dark yellow lighting. It was like I was at a low level motel - microwave and sinks haven’t been scrubbed. The aC unit was falling a part. I was thoroughly disgusted for this level hotel. Pictures were taken. We couldn’t stay here. We last 5 hours and left - We checked out before we could legitimately check in.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The property is also well maintained.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas Summerlin was a good option for what we needed. We needed to be close to Summerlin and wanted something affordable. Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable enough. The morning breakfast was good -- typical for a Hampton Inn and plenty of breakfast for us. My only two complaints are: 1) The carpet in the hallways was dirty and in need of cleaning. 2) The walls are pretty thin. We could hear everything in the room next door and down the hallway. For the second night I bought ear plugs at the Target nearby and I was able to get much better sleep than the first night.

Loved the location to surrounding shopping and food. Hotel was clean, very comfortable and staff was helpful and very nice!

Hallway carpet was filthy. Our room carpet was wet and they didn’t have another room. They said it was just cleaned.

This property could be nice if it was managed properly. It has a nice breakfast buffet, the rooms ar of a nice size and in a nice area, but that’s all that it has to offer. Our rooms had mold growing in the shower, the floors were sticky in front of the bathroom sink, and the sink was clogged with hair. Some of the staff were awful! We arrived at the hotel at midnight after traveling for over 13 hours. The front desk agent was snippy from the beginning. I handed her my credit card and I asked before she ran it if it was ok to use that particular card. She assured me that it was and charged my card the over 800 in fees. A few minutes after she ran my card she informed me that she had made a mistake and that she couldn’t use that card and would have to return the money to my card or cancel the reservation. I explained that it would take 3 days for the money to show back up in my card and that would be leaving me stranded, she actually looked at me shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well, nothing I can do.” I was furious and said that we would just sleep in their lobby. She proceeded to call Expedia while I tried to get Expedia online, and her coworker called the police! Fortunately we finally got someone on the phone at Expedia that told her to honor the card since she had already run it. It was an hour of back and forth, and the entire time their attitude was not my problem, don’t care if you are out in the cold. The last time I ever stay at a Hampton Inn.

Very nice and clean hotel.

We checked in early before housekeeping was done with other rooms. There was a smell in the room and fragrance was sprayed in the halls after we checked in but it did not help our room

Room layout was a little awkward. The beds were a little too firm for my tastes.

Late night check in was an experience. Not the most friendly. Also the water pressure was very low

I was on a business trip and stayed here, then WiFi was down for 4 days! Then I requested to refund for the rest days in my booking and the front desk manager refused it, which totally doesn’t make sense. If you advertised having WiFi then

I stayed at many Hampton inns, and this one was a complete catastrophe not being able to sleep all night because of paper, thin walls, people arguing, and walking around above me and next to me. For two nights of the Four. I went to the front desk and complained about it. They moved my room but I told him I want an adjustment to my bill and they said they could do nothing because it was a third-party booking which is Expedia.

Internet not good for working there.

The room was clean. The water pressure and temperature wasn't great. In all fairness, I was on the 4th floor. The front desk staff was friendly as was the person running the breakfast both mornings.

Rooms are big and clean. Minor annoyances: 1: lights in room are dark and dim 2: pillows are terrible and flat 3: dogs allowed and neighbors dog was barking randomly 4: walls are thin can hear what neighbors are doing to one another

The gentleman working the desk in the morning of my departure was the most rude agent I have ever encountered. I made a simple call down to the desk asking for 15-30 minutes extra time to check out. I was told the property is sold out and needed to get out of the room asap and hung up. Immediately after he hung up I looked online (including their direct website) and all sites I looked at showed availability. Because he was so rude, I took my business elsewhere. I will not be returning.

The front desk was having problems with their computers but I wasn’t acknowledged, welcomed or greeted! When I approached the 2 nd person at the desk I was told that she hadn’t signed in and she woiuld call me if she could help me. When asked about security, checking parking, or anything else the answers were No!!

The hotel staff was able to accommodate our early arrival. They were all very nice and friendly.

Never have we been treated so rudely and with such an avoidance to provide any customer service by this hotels staff. The night clerk could not have been more rude and then declined us checking into our prepaid room because we asked for his managers name. The hotel management then refused to refund us our money when it was there employee who wouldn’t let us check in. Worst experience of our life. Would not recommend anyone stay here.

The evening/ night reception staff’s behavior was not good.

The stay would have been above average, but 2 things happened that stood out to me: -Getting a couple of complementary bottles of water for the room seemed to be an issue, and -I was reminded more than twice about booking the room through a third party--which influenced the treatment I got, apparently, and not necessarily in a positive way.

The staff was excellent even though they had to work thanksgiving day. They were nice and friendly.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last year and the service is always great, room is always clean and the breakfast is perfect.

Wonderful caring staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My Dad felt light headed and passed out in the lobby. He fell backwards and hit his head on the tile. They were quick to act and made sure he was able to get immediate medical attention. He came back from the ER 5 hours later and they were very eager to offer any help necessary. He ended up booking one more night.

The property was is a fairly busy area. Very close to freeway, but no freeway noise. Lots of food and shopping close.

Convenient location, still close to LV Strip (15min drive) but away from the crowds. The rooms are nice, breakfast is good and with plenty of options and the staff was super friendly!

The location was great if you have plans away from the congested Strip area. Easy freeway access,and plenty of dining options. Breakfast was plentiful each morning and rooms were meticulously clean. Staff was friendly.

Location is right off the high which is very convenient. There are shops and restaurants close to it in case you need something. Breakfast was splendid and the customer service at the hotel from all the staff was great. Hotel is about 15-20 minutes from the strip and airport. I fully recommend staying here.

Simple hotel well located easy to get to The Strip by car and other destinations.

Very good location, easy access to everything, many restaurants around.

It’s a different stay compare to the big resorts near the strip. No smoking for me to worry about because there is no casinos. Our room is big, roomy. And breakfast has vary kind of stuff.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, they even had a couple of waffle makers to make your own waffles. Room was very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, pleasant, and helpful.

The Summerlin Hampton Inn was very clean, the staff was friendly & helpful & the breakfast was great! They had more choices available than most - delicious scrambled eggs, not overcooked, country potatoes, bacon, toast, bagels or English muffins, fruit, make your own waffles, oatmeal, OJ, good coffee, & more. We would also recommend the nearby Blueberry Hill restaurant, good home style cooked food, generous portions & reasonable prices.

The hotel location is great but it is showing its wear and tear. My room door had problems closing smoothly, the AC is loud and ineffective, and in general, the room looks worn out. The breakfast is the embodiment of cost-cutting, very few options, including day-old muffins, scrambled egg powder mixed with too much water, and inedible oatmeal.

Everything was great except the eggs for breakfast, no taste.

Was a topical Hampton Inn property. Detail finish was not great. Floor was not completely level and transitions were not as expected. Exterior had lots of drive and could not use roll aboard suitcases on the outside of the property. Breakfast food offering was poor.

It served its purpose and breakfast was provided.

The Studio King was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. Breakfast was delicious and menu changed daily. Definitely will be staying here next time we’re in Vegas.

Joann, who prepared and set out breakfast, was a delight. Everyone of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The excellent breakfasts really jump-started our days.
