Great customer service. The room was a little beat up, but it was fine. The TV did not work.

Above and Beyond — Twice in One Stay! I booked this hotel at the last minute and really appreciated the reasonable price. When we arrived late that evening, the office was closed but had a number posted to call. I hadn't realized until after paying for the room that the front desk had limited hours. I place that issue with the booking company, not the hotel, since the reservation was accepted after those hours. The owner answered my call right away, understood what had happened, and drove to the property to help us in less than 15 minutes. I was genuinely impressed by how accommodating and friendly he was. The hotel may not look particularly impressive at first glance, but don't let that fool you. Our room was very clean and well maintained, and my partner and I were able to get a comfortable night's rest. The property and surrounding area were also very quiet and peaceful. The service impressed me again the next morning. I accidentally left something at the front desk when we checked out and didn't even realize it was missing. The hotel called me later that morning to let me know and kept it safe until it could be picked up. From accommodating our unexpected late arrival to looking after something I left behind, these folks went above and beyond. That kind of personal service means a lot, and I would definitely stay here again.

There was no knob on the bathroom door. We never found a remote for the tv, but while we searched for it we found one nightstand had a broken drawer and the dresser had one drawer installed upside down. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. It was for one night and the rates were very cheap. All in all I’m not mad.

Quiet little town.

The room was clean. Had fridge and microwave. No coffee maker but there is a store with coffee cart across the street. The owner was friendly and very helpful. My first night, I was cold and couldn’t get the heater to work. The next day when I asked about it, I was told there are switches on the wall when you first come in that activate the plugs for the heater and the refrigerator. I suggested they put labels on those switches so people would know. All in all, it was comfortable, clean, convenient location for me and affordable.
