Check in seemed easy enough. Asked for our vehicle information since we indicated we were parking a car. When we went to park, half of the parking lot was coned off because they said they were having “construction”. That left no available parking spots and we were told if we parked where cones were that we were at risk of being towed, but could park on the shoulder of the road in front of the hotel. Mind you, it’s a pretty busy road. We asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else since this wasn’t delayed to us prior to checking in. They said they couldn’t give us a refund. We took our chances and parked behind the taped off area (no way I was parking my new Audi on the shoulder). Oddly enough, the next morning we go to leave and all of the cones and tape were GONE! It’s like they were never there. Ridiculous. And staff was so ignorant towards us. Hopefully they get their construction done because it definitely needs it! Hotel shows lots of sign of wear and age.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos shown. The exterior doors are all broken and anyone can get in, one of them was completely hanging as the bolts had came out. The breakfast was not edible. The room smelled and was not clean. Wouldn’t stay here again and they are charging a premium price for a questionable sketchy hotel.

The property is an older hotel that has not been maintained or renovated. Staff did the bare minimum to perform their assigned duties. Beds / frames are cheap. Walls are thin. Bathtubs had rust spots. HVAC heater when turned on briefly smelled like it was burning something. Flooring was uneven. We made it about as quick a stay as we possibly could.
