While the hotel itself was good, the parking situation was atrocious. We spent nearly $500 for two nights just to have to park on the side of the highway… that was extremely disappointing.

Had to make a last minute change in plans, and this hotel was available at a slight premium over many other grossly overpriced hotels in the general area (more towards Sequim) during peak summer. So we were very grateful to stay here at much better rates. Parking was a little annoying with all the oversized pickups and other commercial vehicles in the lot and small spaces so it felt crowded. Lots of roadway noise since we were facing the highway. Balcony window was incredibly dirty. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast but appreciated that it was offered. Beds and pillows were comfortable and got good rest. Overall glad we found the place but do wish we had other options since it was a pleasure trip.

Wifi was very hard to connect to, it kept dropping off, and wifi password changed daily. Had to contact front desk to get new password. Water was brown, and water main broke so we did not have toilet or shower second day.

Property did not look like pictures at all and Very unclean. The parking lot felt unsafe. People gathered around their cars drinking and smoking pot. We didn’t feel comfortable exploring the hotel. The wallpaper was falling off the room walls, The floor smelled like dog pee and cigarettes. It was supposed to be non-smoking. Paint was chipping off the wall. The only window opened up to a a wall with water pipes running through it and a gutter. We stayed because we arrived so late and didn’t have another place to go to. The smell made us all feel sick in the morning. We left right away in the morning. The amount they charged will get you way better hotels that are truthful about their accommodation.

The hallways to the rooms are dark and smell of stale smoke. There are also many visible and poorly patch holes in the hallway walls. My room smelled like stale smoke and it was a smoke free room. The shower grout had mold as well as portions of the ceiling. The bathroom ceiling had cracks in it as if something had fallen through it at one point and was never repaired properly. The balcony door was very old and near impossible to open and close. The bedsheets were very clean and the carpet in the room seemed newer. Overall it’s just a place to land for a short time.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. All the hallways, elevators and common areas smelled awful! A strong urine smell throughout the area. The parking lot had several homeless individuals as well as several wrecked vehicles. The homeless individuals were scouting vehicles during the late hours. Completely unsafe! The room was also in horrible condition. The AC unit did absolutely nothing for the room and the room was incredibly hot for the entirety of our stay. The bathroom had mold and water stains on the ceilings. The staff was incredibly rude when we asked for extra towels after room service failed to clean our room three different days! Would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hair in bathtub... we checked in late. Had to get my kid showed, he wanted a bath but no! and to bed. There was sooooo much gross black hair in the tub... if they didnt notice that... What did they clean. Offered to move rooms.... but across the hotel and well i am sure its going to be the same in another room...everytime i have stayed, its the same thing . Gross. Something dirty ... lazy staff. No managment room checks. Why pay more for less...

I had the bad luck of staying when the hotel was short staffed, which they let customers know by leaving a note under the room door and more annoying than that, they were having the parking lot resurfaced with asphalt. How do I know that it was asphalt? There is a layer of litte flecks of it over the entire surface of my car. Everyone park on X side the first night (fewer spaces and asphalt everywhere) and then move to Y side the next night. The breakfast was the usual carbohydrate-fest complete with eggs of various styles. In fairness the woman who staffed the breakfast was both lovely and efficient. Although the room was clean, the hallways had a combined scent of wet dog with lingering odor of stale cigarettes. I won't be staying there again.

Great property. Nice view if you pay for CITY VIEW though it’s not of a city. Freeway, trees and a few far off lights. Beats the view of the parking lot and the cemetery on the other side though. Checked in on 10/10 about 3 to a great guy at the front desk. Also had a great breakfast each morning and the woman who handles the breakfast is wonderful. Thanks to these two, sorry I didn’t get your names to give you proper credit. Only complaint is with the water pressure in the shower. Worst of any hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

I thought it would be a much nicer motel for the money I paid. A little creeped out that desk clerk wanted to copy my wife's ID, much less mine. In my hundreds of stays across the country, this has never happened. Bed sagged very badly. Heater barely worked. Bumped it up to 86. It got to high 60s at best. Parking lot poorly designed. Have to walk through standing water to get to your car. Staff seemed nice. Motel was clean. TV worked.

The bed were really noisy, the bathroom door had black mold on it, the walls of the room had brown stains where the wall paper met, the balcony door needs repairs or replacing as it is heavy to move. The balcony also doesn’t look very safe to be on.

The facility has good appearance and was clean. Shower valve is old a worn out. You can’t get a sweet spot and it’s either cold or hot. Would have still rated a 4 until I slept in the bed. Nightmare. Squeaky and horribly uncomfortable.

Front desk people were very nice. Housekeeping did not do there job. When got to room I found in bathroom that I did not have towels or shower curtain and Kleenex had to request all of this and I was tired from a long day at it was 730pm.

After several minutes a poorly groomed, unprofessionally attired (you could clearly see her butt cheeks and crack above her jeans) extremely unpleasant person with all the charm of a snake. When her manager appeared Taylor) she had a child in tow making me wonder if it was a day care facility or a place of business. The room was not clean and certainly not ada compliant. I’d never stay again

Arrived 30 min after check in time and room wasn't ready, came back 2 hrs after check in and someone else's room wasn't ready who was trying to check in. Room has coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Only one toilet paper roll for 4 people. Room was dingy and outdated with peeling,dirty wallpaper. The molding was hapzardly put up, the balcony looked and sounded unsafe with no screen to not let bugs in. The breakfast was subpar, sugar ants all over the table we sat at. The only redeeming factor was very nice front desk ladies at check in and out.

Arrived 30 min after check in time and room wasn't ready, came back 2 hrs after check in and someone else's room wasn't ready who was trying to check in. Room has coffee maker, but no coffee cups. Only one toilet paper roll for 4 people. Room was dingy and outdated with peeling,dirty wallpaper. The molding was hapzardly put up, the balcony looked and sounded unsafe with no screen to not let bugs in. The breakfast was subpar, sugar ants all over the table we sat at. We checked in an just before 4 pm and were informed (along with several other guests) that our room was not ready yet, even though check-in was at 3 pm. I asked what they were willing to do to make up for this and i was told they could not discount the room because i booked on Expedia. Best i could get was late check-out. Room is nice, but there is quite a bit of noise from other rooms and the surrounding area. There have been "sketchy" looking people every time we've been out to the parking lot coming and going. Obvious drug activity on and around the property also. Decent, but I don’t think we'll stay here again.

The breakfast was good. They put out small amounts at a time so the food was warm. All the electrical to the heating units in our room was on the outside of the wall. There was holes in the bathroom wall where something use to be hung. There was hair in the shower when we got there. The area didn't seem very safe. Lots of broken down homeless vehicles

I loved how it’s located away from the busy downtown/ ferry terminal/ noisy business area. The hotel room was quiet. And I loved how well the breakfast foods have been prepared and served. The hotel staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful.

The room was exactly what I needed and the location of the hotel is convenient to the highway. It is noisy due to its proximity to the highway but the heater in the room covered up the road noise at night. Breakfast was good. The hotel itself is quiet and guests were respectful of one another.

Property location was very convenient. The room views shown on the sute are misleading. That street view shown is likely taken from the break fast area. Unfortunately our room view was the parking lot but at least the trees blocked seeing the huge cemetery across the street. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast area was very nice. Housekeeping left something to be desired but overall it was an enjoyable stay for the price.

Great property. Nice view if you pay for CITY VIEW though it’s not of a city. Freeway, trees and a few far off lights. Beats the view of the parking lot and the cemetery on the other side though. Checked in on 10/10 about 3 to a great guy at the front desk. Also had a great breakfast each morning and the woman who handles the breakfast is wonderful. Thanks to these two, sorry I didn’t get your names to give you proper credit. Only complaint is with the water pressure in the shower. Worst of any hotel I’ve stayed at recently. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Very happy with our stay. Parking lot was a little weird but the room was great. Quiet and clean. Breakfast was simple but tasty - bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffle maker, hash browns and cereal. Overall happy with our time there for the price.

Really appreciated the breakfast. The gym is very small with just a treadmill and one machine (no free weights), but the tread has a pretty view. Big fan of the breakfast. The room was spacious. Appreciated the microwave and the fridge

Rooms are down a long hallway so hard to get to. If your room faces the freeway it’s noisy. Elevator and ice machine out of service. TV only worked sporadically.

PROS: Really good breakfast; real scrambled eggs (not powdered), delicious bacon, potatoes, buscuits & gravy, etc. Dining area has nice, generous seating with a great view over the trees. Decent rates. CONS: Weird decor in the lobby. Tripping hazards where stone flooring meets carpet. Staff all take their smoke breaks right next to the main entrance. Exposed WiFi routers & cables everywhere. Crown molding falling away from the room ceiling. Beds short-sheeted, pillows lumpy and flat, and box springs VERY creaky and noisy.

Toilet was dirty, couldn’t see out the windows, there was still painters tape on the wall, wallpaper was bubbling, bedside table was dirty, bed was squeaky, cracks around the slider and ceilings. Very run down. Over all, a very disappointing place to stay.

Solo traveler with dog. I was told the pet fee was $50/night and then handed a paper that listed it as $35/night and was to initial. When I mentioned it said $35 they said that was an old form. So they printed a new one and changed it to 50/night and had me initial. Then they said they needed a $100 incidental fee for damages the dog might do and it would be returned in 3-5 business days. I don't believe this was listed on the website. Clearly they have pet only rooms as mine the furniture was dirty and worn, the A/C did not work, the door to the balcony would not open, and the toilet was not cleaned. The area they had for pets to do their business was very small with dead grass and covered with poop. They list the facility as "smokeless" but shortly after arriving I was able to smell cigarette smoke coming in from a surrounding room. I will not be staying here again. I would have been better off at Motel 6.
