The room was clean, but the toilet was struggling and ultimately stopped up. The pool was an uninviting green color. Customer service personnel were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast bar was great! The water has a peculiar taste which comes through in both tea and coffee. Overall, it was a decent stay.

Horrible stay. Triee to take a shower shortly after checking in. No hot water. Chalked it up to being 5pm, maybe everyone showered recently. Got up at 4am for work, still no hot water. Also no working phones in rooms. No way to call front desk. Informed them and they told me "none of the rooms have woking phones because they are doing some update? I'm sorry but that makes no sense. I also can confirm that there is not a single light on in parking lot after dark.

This was a lesson in you get what you pay for. I am glad it was only 1 night! The beds were hard, the bathroom was not very clean. The elevator was a little scary! The door did not stop for the luggage cart- my husband had to back it out or the door would have closed on it. Glad it wasn’t the kids. The employees though were very friendly!

The shower didn’t get hot and squealed throughout, and the king mattress was hard and worn. The hallways and elevator had a constant odor but looked clean throughout. Overall an average to slightly below average stay.

We found the rooms and breakfast area, reception area all to be very clean. It was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the high way. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Usual "budget" places are lacking, but this place wasn't. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a nice quiet place for a weekend get away. This time though, the bathroom was not as clean as the last time. There was hair all over the wall behind the door. But all in all we will stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable BUT, the thermostat didn’t work. The temp was set for 72 degrees but it was so cold in there that our noses were running. The heater finally started to blow hot air after I set the temp to 80. Also, the shower water was tepid at best.

Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable, which I don't say lightly. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was quite adequate, and I was delighted to find scrambled eggs and Cholula hot sauce. The only thing I would say was lacking about breakfast was orange juice--they only had sugary juice drinks. Coffee was okay. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient, and price was very reasonable. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

The place was technically clean, they could do better. Everything was so old and outdated and beat up. The room was big. The water from the shower smelled like iron and had the weirdest taste. It was not the worst place to stay for the price and just for a night. It definitely needs upgrades

Front desk was awesome, check in a breeze. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the highway. The truck traffic alllllll night long was very loud. Breakfast was adequate, place was clean, however no sleep gets a poor review.

The woman at the front desk was horribly rude (I’m being very nice about) it ruining the entire stay. One of the beds was broken the furniture looked like they were pulled from the dump continental breakfast was pretty much the worst thing I’ve ever ate. the elevator was past its inspection expiration date by 2 years. That should tell you a lot about the rest of the hotel the entrance had broken down vehicles everywhere a horrendous sight.

Properly is good .. but interior of room can be bit more better with respect to furniture. There are a lot of options available for portable furniture especially from Ikea which is cheap too. Staff was great and helpful. Especial thanks to the guy in morning taking care of the breakfast and keeping everything ready since 6 am. Thank you

We arrived and there was a problem with our room. The staff however went out of their way to solve the problem to our satisfaction. Problems occur, but how they are handled makes all the difference.

Good stay overall Pros: Value Convenient location. Good breakfast Elijah at front desk was amazing. Cons: Had booked 2 rooms. At check in requested them in same vicinity and was told that all rooms were already set so they couldn’t accommodate the request. Felt like that could be an easy switch and request to accommodate. Towel quality is terrible. Can upgrade these.

I purposely booked at a pet friendly place. Upon arrival, I was told there were no more pet friendly rooms and I could not stay there. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere with a handicapped husband and 2 dogs.

GENERAL MANAGER WAS VERY VERY RUDE!! Scolded 2 little girls for having a pool noodle on a marble table & then continued 2 scold 2 grown disabled women for having their drink which was a styrofoam cup on the table at the pool (sign said no glass) it is like 100 degrees outside and like a sauna in the pool area and you can’t even have a styrofoam cup or plastic bottle of water at the table…we were told the tables are made for sitting…sorry I thought the chairs were made for sitting!

I called four times to let them know that we will be late checking in the first three times the Rude gentleman on the phone just hung the phone up and did not want to hear what I had to say.and told him that we had vehicle issues. It will be doing a late check in. We check in so late at 4 AM in the morning. Had my credit card that I used to make the reservation. The card reservation was made under the same card as the credit card yet they wanted $100 cash because my employee name was not on the Credit card. Even though the name on the credit card and the employee’s name was on the reservations list made by the card holder. They said they were trying to keep theft down. if that’s the case they wouldn’t let them check into the room. Even though my employees name on his company uniform and name, Match the company name on the reservations and credit card. So my guys had to dig out of their pockets $100 Which was very frustrating after spinning 21 hours on the road.

From my expectations great. Breakfast decent, scrambled eggs and sausages. Also waffle maker. Right on the interstate, but not to noisy, I slept fine. Lights on the parking working. Nice pizza place close by, not much else.

Liked that it was next to a diner, but diner had very limited hours. Parking lot was very dark - lights were not working. Got there at 8pm on a Sunday and asked the person at the desk for recommendations for food, and she kind of laughed saying not much. So not very helpful. She could have offered some milk for us to have cereal from the breakfast bar. The back door was not locked - should have had to use key or go around. So I did not feel very safe between that and the dark parking lot.

Great place to stay when you're traveling. Very easy to get to and right off the highway. It's very convenient to get gas and we got some great takeout at J & S Pizza II And Italian Restaurant, which is just a short drive.

Convenient right off highway next to store open late. Clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast for free. Nice sheets.

Clean rooms. Quiet ac and heating unit. Affordable prices. Very good breakfast. Clean swimming pool. Ample free parking on the premises. If you are in the area for visiting the Vraj temple, then this hotel is10 minutes away from the Vraj temple in Schuylkill Haven. Also this hotel is in the middle of Dorney Park and Hershey Park. Around 50 minutes to both places.

Clean, pleasant staff, & decent breakfast. No food within walking distance nor any options for late night eating. Other than that, great option for a night or two stay. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was very clean and bed was very comfortable, which I don't say lightly. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was quite adequate, and I was delighted to find scrambled eggs and Cholula hot sauce. The only thing I would say was lacking about breakfast was orange juice--they only had sugary juice drinks. Coffee was okay. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient, and price was very reasonable. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

We arrived late after a show, but check-in was prompt and polite. The lobby, corridors, and room were all clean and in good repair. The bed was nice and the sheets and pillows were clean and comfy. Breakfast was great! Coffee wasn't great, but it was unlimited. I had the egg-and-potato mix with Cholula hot sauce, sausage links, toasted English muffin, a mandarin, and a blueberry bar. Yum!

The tub was dirty when filled jacuzzi up with water all kinds of trash and filt came out of vents. I paid extra for jacuzzi for my wife and we couldn’t even use it! Breakfast was cold eggs and run out of sausage by 7:30 and we sat there for 45 minutes and no one refilled it. The gentleman fixing food has gloves in which he was carrying a vacuum cleaner and never changed gloves when he was replacing coffee. Very disappointed in this placw

This trip was not as smooth as all the others, this is the fourth time we have stayed at this location - we like it because it’s close to the event we attend. They had no hot water in the whole hotel - we didn’t get in until late on Thursday and had to take a cold shower, I went to the front desk on Friday to inquire and switch rooms, they were accommodating to switch the rooms but said the water wouldn’t get much better, they now had put up a sign about the problems with the hot water and that incoming guests could cancel their reservations without penalty. We were scheduled to stay until Sunday but checked out Saturday and they did refund us for the night.

Rooms are old & dingy. NO HOT WATER. FOR 4 DAYS. Grass overgrown. Outside perimeter of hotel was dirty. Trash. Cigarette butts everywhere. Over Night desk staff very rude. Cleaning staff were wonderful.

I left a day early as there was NO hot water. After 2 days of a cold shower I needed a decent shower with hot water. Informed the front desk and was informed that they only had 1 hot water heater working which kept shutting off so I informed them that I would be checking out. I was still charged and paid for all 3 nights. When going to the front desk there was rarely anyone there

The bath water was cold and never barely warmed at all. Also water had brown tint and smelled like sulfur.The jets in the tub didn’t work very well at all. There was only a bed and a desk chair in the room. I asked housekeeping for some new towels and trash bags and they never gave them to me . Had to go provide my own . Tv in room had lines going down the screen so was hard to watch. I was extremely disappointed in this stay.

Not really worth more than 3 or of 5. Room was n nice but not really cared about. Looks like the area is pretty much at it's end. Good if you need to stop on the highway for a night. Regularly not a vacation destination.
