Staff was very nice. Room was clean and quiet. Parking lot was all torn up.

The restaurant on site was closed which wasnt advertised. The ice machine wasn't working and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty (which of couse you don't really notice until you're in the shower.

This property has really been cleaned up! We usually stay here for our horseshoe tournaments in Belleville. Super nice people, right off highway, and close to everything in minutes. Could use a little better breakfast. Only waffles or cereal. Bagels, bread and bananas, but at least it’s something.

4/11/2024 We were hoping to get home, but travel was slower than we had hoped for. We wound up in Belleville to get a bite to eat, fuel the van, and assess traveling in the dark. We wound up here because it had the only rooms available in the area. It started off okay, the rate was reasonable, the night clerk was nice. It went downhill after that. The parking lot is gravel and generally full of holes. The door to room 141 doesn't need a card key as it doesn't lock. The shower 🚿 sprays over the top of the curtain, and the tub drain stopper wouldn't let the tub fill. Two stars 🌟 🌟 PS, we went to a Quality Inn south of Ft Worth, TX, about a week before this stay and spent $10 less and had none of these problems. Now, there's some actual value.

Motel was reasonably clean but old & worn with an effort to update. Bed & pillows were good. Entry door was missing manual latch to lock but knob lock worked well. Quiet, well lit area. Parking lot very rough with many pot holes. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The Hotel was much improved when compares to earlier stays. Upgrades ro bathroom and carpets was a welcome sight!

Great budget friendly motel that allows dogs. Room was pretty nice, comfortable bed, shower was great along with all the built-in shampoo, body wash, hand soap and lotion dispensers. The smell of incense in the lobby was a bit overwhelming and I wish the let fee was $10 a night instead of $20. Other than that, will stay again!

The evening staff is very hard to understand. The breakfast was not as good as I thought it would be. Was easy to park the truck and trailer.

There were bugs all over in the room. The room was very musty smelling. I refused to stay but was still charged for the night because it was not cancelled the previous day. I booked another hotel. Do not stay here! I will be fighting the charges.

The room was nice, but the floor hadn't been mopped in a long time, had to clean the floor myself twice in order for it to get clean. Other than that, everything else was clean and convenient, right off the highway.

For the price paid, I should not expect to find dead crickets (2) on the floor of my room. It is NOT a busy motel - we were the only guests - so you would think that the first room offered would at least have a vacuum cleaner run before being reserved. The room was warm so I turned the AC on full - it only got cold well after we had fallen asleep. Finally, no power outlet on the right side of the bed so I couldn’t charge my devices overnight at bedside. There was an outlet built into a light across the room, but that turned off with the light. The sole available outlet was on the opposite side of the bed, directly above the baseboard.

Really nice place to stay. The breakfast was limited but did include waffles, which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable, and it looks like the whole place recently got a facelift. Everything was super clean, and as we were leaving, we noticed housekeeping already stripping the beds.

Positives: parking by room, comfortable bed, friendly staff at 10:30 pm check-in, quiet room with fan running Negatives: Odd musty, onion-like smell in room until AC has been running a couple hours. Carpet not clean and left dirt in my socks.

Terrible experience. Do not stay here! I have included a picture of the toilet as it appeared when I checked in. You can see it could not have been cleaned within a week. I showed it to them that evening, but was exhausted and asked them to make sure it was cleaned in the morning. The next morning when I left the room, I contacted the front desk and confirmed that they would have the room completely cleaned by the time I got back at 2 PM and was told that would be no problem. I also put a maid service requested sign on the door. When I got back, the room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and when they came to the room, they argued with me about cleaning the room, because they said the maid service sign had fallen off the door and that made them think I did not want to be disturbed despite the fact that I had specifically asked them to do it. After 10 minutes of them arguing with me, they finally agreed to clean the room. To add insult to injury, that night I was lying on the bed and a cockroach crawled across the bed. A picture shows the dead cockroach after taking care of it. When I went to check out, they told me they wouldn’t be able to reimburse me for my stay because I had paid online. They said they would figure out a way to reimburse me and contact me when it was done. After a week, I called back and asked about the refund and they hung up on me. Once again, do not stay here!!!

Bed was comfy. Bathroom was partly remodeled but dirty sink and sink was also leaking. Dead spider on bed frame and was dusty. Had to turn AC unit down as low as it would go-61 to get room comfortable. Door definitely needs a seal on it because you could see daylight

The room looked exactly like the pictures on line. Check in was easy, no surprises. Pet fee was 20 dollars, very reasonable. The area was very quiet with our room overlooking a serene corn field. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stopping spot. The room was spotless, really comfortable bed. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave. Being tight on the highway e expected some noise but was really quiet.

The room was updated and in good condition. The room had a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bed was comfortable although I feel like more pillows would be better.

Driving across the country I booked a room here for a few hours rest. Was not looking for anything extravagant, just a warm clean bed to sleep in. Checked for bugs like I always do, found a bug between the blanket & sheet. What looked to be dry blood on the top lock of the door. Expressed this to staff on duty and decided to relocate. Staff disregarded my concerns and made false statements to Expedia employee, refused a refund and denied issues altogether. All around disappointing attempt at a decent rest after 14 hours of driving.

The motel was closed as well as the adverted restaurant. It was in the middle of no where and deserted. Not a safe place for a woman traveling alone. The outside drive was littered with grass and weeds an indication there had been very little recent traffic at the motel.

Very convenient and nice if you need to stay in Belleville.

Breakfast assortment was not good for a diabetic. No protein all carbs and sugar .
