Check Window!! We had a first floor room. The windows are the old sliders with a small plastic clip. There was some "activity" in the parking lot so I checked the window and it was unlocked!! Most Red Roof Inns have replaced these old style windows with permanent safety windows. On a postive note to Red Roof Inn, they are still accomodating to pet owners who travel with their fur family members. Thank you!!

Although it is a bit of a hike from the turnpike, the price was really affordable and the staff was truly kind in allowing us to check in early (in time for a Zoom meeting for my job). No elevator, however. The room was in good shape, and the hotel is super close to lots of shopping and dining options. Smell of cooking in the hallway probably not to everyone's taste (!)

Although it is a bit of a hike from the turnpike, the price was really affordable and the staff was truly kind in allowing us to check in early (in time for a Zoom meeting for my job). No elevator, however. The room was in good shape, and the hotel is super close to lots of shopping and dining options. Smell of cooking in the hallway probably not to everyone's taste (!)

I paid $900 at this property for a four night stay. There was no breakfast. There was no elevator. There was no iron or ironing board. There was a roach in the bathroom. The service was good and the staff friendly. I kick myself in the rear for being so gullible. I will not make that mistake again.

The room smelled terribly of pet odor. There was dog hair on the box springs and the mattress pad was torn. Needed some additional cleaning if pets are going to be welcome. We didn’t have a pet with us - not sure why we had a pet friendly room.

Not sure why it got so many good reviews on Expedia. It was okay, but nothing special. Floor of room was sticky but everything else was clean. Quite a bit of noise from I-69 running close by. Woken up twice in the middle of the night - first time by people in room above sounding like they were moving furniture and dropping heavy items on the floor for several minutes. Woken up second time by desk clerk walking around lobby and talking on the phone. My room was right next to the lobby. Wouldn't stay there again.

Everything about my stay was excellent. Friendly and professional check-in took about 2 minutes. Bed was super comfy, everything worked, room was very clean. Special shout out to the cleaning staff. I slept so comfortably that I did not wake up until housekeeping knocked at my door at checkout. I poked my head out to say how sorry I was and that I would be out in 5 minutes. I was greeted with big smile and the man said, Take 10 minutes, no problem!" I expected to be greeted with crankiness, and rightly so. But instead he chose kindness and friendliness. And he went the extra mile by graciously giving me extra time. People like that definitely make the world a better place.

Check in was easy, room was clean and quiet, but 2 complaints: 1. No breakfast, although there are restaurants nearby. 2. The bed felt like a piece of padded plywood set on top of a set of box springs. Ironically, it felt like the same setup as one I slept on at a new Red Rood in Corbin Ky. If Red Roof is building or upgrading their motels with this type of setup, I'm going to have to look at other options going forward.

Well kept basic hotel, facing the highway in a typical highway exit off ramp "neighborhood". More comfortable and updated than most Red Roofs and other budget hotel brands. Close to typical fast food options just off the highway, so food is nearby. Note, the rear of the hotel faces the highway and exit ramp a few dozen feet away - that might make for more noise than you'd like(we were there on a quiet holiday weekend).

Had a great experience just know there’s no breakfast and that isn’t that big of a deal since Walmart is just across the parking lot! Taco pizza from a few blocks away delivered so we were good!!!!

Check in was easy, room was clean and quiet, but 2 complaints: 1. No breakfast, although there are restaurants nearby. 2. The bed felt like a piece of padded plywood set on top of a set of box springs. Ironically, it felt like the same setup as one I slept on at a new Red Rood in Corbin Ky. If Red Roof is building or upgrading their motels with this type of setup, I'm going to have to look at other options going forward.

We booked a room and arrived late in the evening, as we were traveling. We saw on the website and in paperwork, upon check in, that smoking was not allowed and also there is a charge if one did smoke. We were pleased with this, as we get sick from being around smoke smell. We checked in and went to our room, late and ready to sleep, to find that our room had been smoked in. It really smelled strong. We called to the front desk and the man told us there were NO empty rooms and had not options. We were so tired, we tried to sleep. We both woke a few hours later not feeling well from the smell in the room. We also passed taking a shower there, because it was stained which made it look so dirty. We needed sleep to drive safely, however, it was not a well spent $100. Very, very disappointing.

This was our second time staying here. The hotel is basic and no frills. We love the price and location. You can walk to Walmart, Applebees, Culver’s, and many more options. The room and hotel is very clean. The staff is pleasant and helpful. They have coffee available that was just fine to start the morning.

The staff were very friendly and mostly helpful. The room was very clean. Beds and pillows were old , lumpy mattress and not very comfortable. Towels were thin/worn and washcloths thin and dingy-grayish. No coffee in room. No breakfast of any kind. The music/TV in lobby or room next to me was too loud well past midnight.
