In Room 107, the shower system was functioning poorly, the shower curtain was torn, and the bathroom floor lacked proper drainage, causing water to overflow. Additionally, there was a periodic hammering noise originating from the refrigerator, as well as extreme exterior noise from heavy truck traffic. In Room 155, Upon arrival, there was a noticeable odor in the room. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor and unstable, frequently disconnecting and failing to function. As a result, we had to rely entirely on our mobile data. The handheld shower was inoperable, and poor floor drainage again led to water accumulation. The bathtub has mold. The air conditioning system failed to heat or cool the room, and the ceiling had visible patches that were beginning to peel off. Furthermore, exterior highway traffic noise was extremely loud. When I attempted to call the front desk regarding these matters, I received no response and had to walk down to the reception in person. Additionally, the ongoing construction on the premises detracts significantly from the comfort of the accommodations. Finally, I found the quality of the breakfast to be average. On the other hand, the parking lot was convenient, folks at the reception were friendly

Beware: property makes you put down $100 deposit that they don't give you back. Very dirty rundown motel. They steal from their guests to pay for their renovation. do yourself the favor and go spend a few more dollars and go up the road to Red roof inn.

This place deserves a 0! The moment we walked in the lobby the women at the front desk was very rude no sense of customer service at all. We walk into our room it was disgusting, very dirty and on top of that it reeked of cigarettes. Our room was in the very back of the building. The building is under construction so a lot of the hotel doors were wide open beer cans left on the floor. It definitely did not feel safe staying here!

It’s unfortunate that our stay wasn’t the greatest. We felt the room could have been cleaner and the floor felt dirty and kind of sticky. We had to wear socks or our shoes all the time. There were not enough towels or blankets to accommodate us. Should have been a lamp on each night stand and more usb ports/ outlets in general available closer to the beds. We stayed two nights and were at the hospital from 5:30 am until 8 pm and housekeeping never came in our room. So no new bathroom amenities at all. A bit disappointing for us but they can definitely do better for their future occupants :)
