It’s unfortunate that our stay wasn’t the greatest. We felt the room could have been cleaner and the floor felt dirty and kind of sticky. We had to wear socks or our shoes all the time. There were not enough towels or blankets to accommodate us. Should have been a lamp on each night stand and more usb ports/ outlets in general available closer to the beds. We stayed two nights and were at the hospital from 5:30 am until 8 pm and housekeeping never came in our room. So no new bathroom amenities at all. A bit disappointing for us but they can definitely do better for their future occupants :)

THE FRONT DESK STAFF THAT CHECKED US IN WASNT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL AND WHEN WE CHECKED INTO A OUR ROOM THERE WERE DIRTY TOWELS BEHIND THE BATHROOM DOOR AND THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS WET IN FRONT OF THE TUB AND TOILET DIDNT FULLY TRY TIL THE NEXT MORNING. ALSO, TOILET PAPER ROLL WAS EMPTY. BREAKFAST BUFFET DIDNT HAVE ANY THING LIKE BACON SAUAGE OR EVEN SCRAMBLED EGGS ONLY CEREAL EGGS YOU HAD TO COOK IN THE MICROWAVE. ALSO DIDNT SEE ANY MUFFINS TOAST OR BAGELS. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

There were no towels in the room and was not informed about this. I was charged a 100.00 deposit on a room that was disgusting. The shower had mold on the bottom. Tge blow dryer did not function at all. There were grease spots on the desk, dried up black beans in bathroom. It is the single most disgusting room I have ever been in. I left after 5 hours.

It is being renovated but regardless spiders in the bathroom. The building had very little staff working. The sheets were clean but stained. Just not a great experience overall and would be hard to justify coming back
