Biggest issue is no elevator in a 2 story building meant dragging 2 bags up and down stairs. Staff were very friendly but no elevator was still an issue.

The rooms were clean and the service was fine but the overall impression you get is slightly negative. They still have covid mask warnings on the door and a covid “cage” around the check in desk giving the place a slightly seedy feel. The clothes washer was broken which was critical for backpackers. The dryer was working but there was an unfriendly sign warning people not to ask the front desk for quarters to operate their dryer. But still the rooms were clean and I got a much needed night of rest. Better than a hostel? The rooms definitely, the breakfast and laundry service definitely not.

At check in clerk sent us to a room that the beds were unmade, bed linens in the floor, and the room had not been cleaned. I went down stairs (no elevator) clerk gave me a different room, but went upstairs to check to see if I was telling the truth. No ice or vending machines even though signage indicated a specific area. Labeled storage door adjacent to guest rooms was unlocked open.

Check in was bad. Ask the clerk if there were any accessible rooms for my father, she said no. Now saying that you would have thought when she told us she would have said no elevators. All rooms available were on the second floor. AFTER all checked in was when we were informed there was no elevator. My father uses a walker. Wasnt easy!!! 6:45am, no coffee!!!! NOT happy! Rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water for showers and beds were very comfortable.

Not hiker friendly. No refrigerator in room. No ice machine or vending machine(s) in the entire motel. No washing machines to do laundry. No laundry soap to at least wash clothes in sink. Hand held shower head had nowhere to hang it so could not stand under a running shower.

This motel has no elevator. No way to know this from the literature. The stairs were unsafe for me. I was not offered another room on the ground floor. The TV did not work. The switch for the bedside light was not reachable from the bed. I will never return to this property.

Roomed smelled of strong cleaning solution, but floor seemed sticky. Tub faucet could not be turned all the way off. Staff said they could have the plumber turn if off harder, but it would still drip. Found two ticks on me within 12 hours that I do not believe I brought in. Staff said they could not have been in the room. Overheard someone else complain of roaches. We moved to another room that seemed somewhat cleaner. When the coffee ran out, staff said "Do you really want more coffee?" Only three small tables for breakfast diners. Mediocre breakfast selection. TV & Wifi cut out about every 5-10 minutes.

the property was terrible, the room stunk like mold and mildew, the floor was damaged and repaired with blue tape, the staff was not interested in the guest. There is no elevator and I was handicapped and on the 2nd floor, we got there right at check in time and they said they could not move our room. COULD NOT WAIT TO LEAVE!!!!

The staff was very helpful. The TV in my first room didnt work, so they moved me to another room. The Dish Network TV system is not good. The picture kept freezing and it would change channels on its own. Strange. The walls are a little thin and I could hear the shower in the next room. The bed was comfortable and clean. I would stay there again.

I have stayed here before and there has been much improvement. The room was clean, updated vinyl flooring (last time my room smelled like pets due to the smeel of the rugs) and the beds and pillow were very comfortable. My only complaint was the noise. The walls were so thin i could hear the man or woman in the next room snoring. At 8 am I was woken up by slamming doors and the house keepers were already vacuuming, not exactly what i want to hear on my vacation. Also plumbing maybe old everytime you turned the shower on a screeching noise sounded and the tub was clogged and filled with water. Breakfast was mediocre but to be expected, there are lots of other options near by.

Clean rooms , nice staff, air conditioning was good. Only thing was the tv wouldn’t turn up or down , and I asked for new remote the front desk said they would come check it out and never did but over all it was nice.

I booked through Hotels.com, including the need for pet friendly accommodation. When I arrived at the property, I was told I did NOT have a pet-friendly room and that the facility was not aware I was bringing a pet. They increased the cost of my stay by $40 and were basically rude about it.

I had the nerve to ask the lady for a different room instead of the one at the stairs/door which I know to be loud from previous stays. She gave us the worst room in the hotel. Bed facing a blank wall. TV on side wall. We had to sit sideways on the bed to watch TV. There is one very uncomfortable desk chair. Couldn't plug things into bad wall outlets (cords just fell out). Bathroom with sink with no counter at all. We've stayed here a number of times and had nice big rooms. This one was tiny. Double bed not even a queen! Horrible. She didn't care one bit that night or the next mourning. Never stay here again!

When we arrived to check in. There was no one at the front desk, we waited closed to 20 minutes. Another guest arrived, she had the direct phone # so she called. The night desk person answered the phone. He was setting in the back with headphones on and playing videos games. So he never heard us come in or knock on the glass window. We had request a first floor room in advance. He told us we couldn't have a room on the first floor because they were being painted. He ended up allowing us to have a 1st floor room. When he was putting in my info he didnt save it. I had to give him my info again then he mixed it up with the other guest he had just checked in. Very unprofessional. The day staff was very nice and helpful. This was the 2nd time we had stay there. May be the last.

Everything exceeded my expectations, the hotel staff was super charming, the ladies at the front desk were very friendly, the hotel was very quiet and very clean, the attention they gave us made us feel at home. I don't have any photos, but everything is exactly as described in their information. Everything was great.

our room was very quiet, the hotel is centrally located for what we wanted to do in Franklin. A plus was a Tesla destination charging station in the parking lot next to our hotel which was a pleasant surprise.I would recommend this hotel

For the money, this was a very nice hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the Ingles grocery is very nice and very close.

The property was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed our stay overall, and for $65 a night you really can't beat it. The room was smaller, which we expected given the name of the hotel and the price, but they utilize the space very well and it feels nice and roomy. Our only complaint was that the walls were very thin and we could here our next door neighbors tv and their conversation pretty easily. It made us not want to talk too loud in case they could hear us easily too. The continental breakfast was excellent, and included a waffle maker, silver dollar pancake maker and plenty of fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, cereal and more. We will definitely make this our spot when we visit Franklin for our non-camping trips in the winter. You really can't beat it for the price!

Bathtub very slow drain water leak from the bathroom sink. Heat light did not work in the bathroom. There was a barking dog that woke us up at 5:30 AM both nights no ice machine Sun. morning no juice. Monday morning thought I was getting orange juice. It was apple juice breakfast choice very limited no hot breakfast.

Very clean with super friendly staff. Continental breakfast was very good with a variety of options. Wish it would have been more quiet. After check-in we tried to take naps before the show started but on the second floor it was very noisy as they were still cleaning rooms. Regardless I would definitely stay here again.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast area was clean and had a good variety. Stayed in a suite and it was roomy , clean with a fridge , microwave and 1 cup coffee maker . Linens were clean and crisp. Towels were soft and clean. Couch could use a good steam clean. But we were ver6 pleased with our stay.

Worst hotel. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles. Shower didn’t drain. Only 2 towels in the room when we had 4 people. Fan on ac didn’t work Definitely needs some TLC. Staff check in wasn’t very friendly. Was telling her about the traffic how terrible it was on 75 didn’t even care it was like I was talking to the wall.

Room was very hot when we arrived and air conditioning unit was very old and struggled to get cold to start with. Otherwise stay was good. Beds were comfy. Not much selection for breakfast.

We brought food in the room and ants invaded it. We destroyed the food and asked for bug spray and my husband told them it was our fault. I don’t agree! When we got there, our door didn’t lock so had to lift the door to get it to lock. When we got back to the room around midnight, we couldn’t get into our room. The very helpful gal at the front desk tried many keys and finally called the manager so we got the door open. She tried to move us but couldn’t get into another room and the shower was broken in the next room. We locked it from the inside and stayed and it was fixed the next day. The towels were brown stained and looked like they were used to clean a car. We were told they were clean, I certainly would not put those towels in for guests. The room was cleaned well except for the ants that were there all 4 days and the staff was very nice.
