The Ivory, Suvarnabhumi Airport

客室はいつも綺麗です。シャワーの湯量も大幅に改善されいつ使用しても満足でした。

The hotel is conveniently located beside Lat Krabang road and you'll have but a short walk to nearby malls and dining places. And it's just a short ride to the airport. Stays for one or two nights only Guests should mind that the place isn't really very soundproof. This especially applies to the bathrooms which have just a small window in the space to the adjacent one. You will hear your next door guests having showers or flush toilets. At first when I discovered this I thought someone was in "my" bathroom. There are also big ventilation windows in the bathrooms and if both guests open their bathroom windows they can see each other and possibly even sneak through the windows to each other. Else the staff was good and most things served well.

The room was clean and 24 hour front desk with lovely staff. Shower worked well as did everything else, it was one of the only tvs that actually turned on and wasn’t fuzzy on our e tire month long trip. Comfortable bed big enough for my husband and I along with our toddler. My 6 year old slept on a trundle type of bed which was great for him. We paid 500baht to check out at 5pm instead of 12pm which was great for our 9 pm flight. The area is fabulous there is a bigger mall within close walking distance and a smaller small with lots of restaurants and a grocery store, there is a small street market close by at night. They were doing upgrades and warned us about the noise but we didn’t hear anything. The property is well mantained.

the ivory is a simple, but very well managed hotel. staff is very friendly and helpful, wifi is very good, close to the airport. close by in a walking distance is the paseo mall with lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and starting late afternoon a typical thai night market with lots of vendors and food stalls. in short: a perfect accommodation for a night or two before you fly out of bangkok.
