M Star Hotel Covington

There was no cold water in the shower or lavatory. I was not able to shower

There was no one staffing the hotel for check in. None of the phone numbers worked to contact anyone. I got another hotel and I guess I just eat the cost. Don’t book this hotel.

Property looks abandoned -- no onsite office, broken blinds, trash on grass and in parking lot, feral cats prowling the parking lot. Some rooms have been renovated inside, and I was lucky enough to get one of those (after requesting). The interior of my room was fine for a one-night stay. You have to go up the hill to another hotel to check in, etc. Staying here longer than one night was out of the question.

While it was a little one the cheaper looking side inside the room the location was amazing
