As others have mentioned the light switch at the door controls the outlet between the bed. Light has to stay on to use the outlet (CPAP). Additionally, we chose this location for the laundry facilities. They have 2 washers/dryers, 1 was out of service and the other sat unused with wet clothes in it. Had to find a local laudromat.

The parking lot was full of semi trucks at 11pm making it difficult to park. Outside there were guys hanging out smoking Marijuana at night. Also, upon arrival we tried to check in at noon but were told that checkin was at 3pm but for $25 we could checkin at 2pm. It was not a good first impression. We tried to use the printer in the "business center" but it was broken. The room was satisfactory.

The parking lot was full of semi trucks at 11pm making it difficult to park. Outside there were guys hanging out smoking Marijuana at night. Also, upon arrival we tried to check in at noon but were told that checkin was at 3pm but for $25 we could checkin at 2pm. It was not a good first impression. We tried to use the printer in the "business center" but it was broken. The room was satisfactory.

Everything was great. We come to this hotel at least once a year. They provide complimentary breakfast which rotates, they have a pool, gym, laundry room, and computer with printer for your needs along with lots of restaurants nearby. There is also a gas station within walking distance for your last minute late night snacks. Also, free parking.... There is ONLY one ice machine and that is on the first floor by the gym and laundry room... Everyone that works here was very polite and available when we needed them. When we arrived on Friday 4/19, they were having the carpets cleaned (awesome to actually see this). The floors are absolutely clean (my son spilled water on the floor and i cleaned it with a towel and was NOT black). I do wish they would add garbage bins on every floor maybe by the elevators to minimize trash in the rooms especially when you have a family but not a reason to complain or remove stars.... We have been going to this same hotel for the last 3 years and will continue to. See ya in April 2025!!!!

This hotel is dog friendly and right near the highway. Large parking lot was great because we were towing a boat. Lots of grass and can walk the dog on a sidewalk. Hotel itself is nice but everything was one step away from needing repair. Our desk chair was falling apart, toilet seat was loose, faucet was loose, hangers didn't move correctly, ice machines broken. It is a shame if those repairs would get done hotel would be really nice.

The area was nice. Free breakfast 6-9am daily if you were awake in time. Coffee,tea and oatmeal 24 hour. Crackle Barrel gas and route 95 1mile from the hotel. Pool had great hours and pizza could be delivered right to pool area and hotel no charge. Did say daily room service but not true. Every other day. We did have a refrigerator and coffee machine in our room which was great.

Overall aesthetic of the hotel was nice - had decent impressions off the bat aside from the construction workers hanging outside blasting music from their vehicles (not a warm welcome). Figured that would be the worst of it. Had to ask for an additional set of towels and a pillow for our family of 4 - apparently there were no extra pillows (sidebar: pillows were super flimsy). The remote for the TV had no back; just a piece of tape holding the batteries in place. The bedside lights would not turn on without the entrance light near the bathroom light being on. To top it off, we found two small roaches in the room during our stay, causing us to ensure we shook all of our clothing out upon leaving so we didn’t take home any unwanted critters. I’m typically pretty lenient on less expensive hotel stays - I get what I’m signing up for. But I was honestly a little disappointed considering that this hotel otherwise looked clean and pleasant to stay at. Will not be returning.

Was there for a one night stay. The room was immaculate as were the rest of the common areas. Bed was very comfortable with great pillows. I travel with a service dog so the surrounding area is also important to me. There was plenty of area to walk my dog. Best of all the price was reasonable. Would definetly stay again

The room was okay but the black out curtains didn't block out anything. Light came through from outside in the night. The doors creaked so much that i thought i was in a horror movie. And it wasn't even our door ut was the door next door. Our closet door aldo creaked. Our iron was so bad the surface of the iron was completely scraped off. Should gave thrown that away. Toilet was so low i thought i was squatting to sit on it. The air conditioning monitor was lit with a blue light all night and would not go off. I could go on.

It seemed nice at first walking into the lobby. But that is where it ended. Entered the room and the pillows on the beds are an absolute joke, they were the tiniest pillows I’ve ever seen. Even 3 barely made for 1 normal pillow. The mattress was extremely spring and both me and my friend woke the next day with intense back pain. They didn’t rest the clocks and there was an alarm set to go off at 5 am that woke both of us up. Not to mention they allow animals there and directly across from us a dog was barking the entire night! Absolutely ridiculous. The water pressure was dismal and the overall stay was an absolute 1 star in my opinion. Would never stay here again.

The front desk clerk when I checked in was very rude as if I had woken her from a nap. I was rather disgusted to arrive at 10:35 to find the doors lock and it took 28 minutes before this clerk arrived. She then greeted me with attitude instead of kindness. The room was not much better. We had a light pole directly in front of the window and the shade did not keep the light our. I would not recommend this hotel in the future.

This hotel was average. The thing that I disliked was that we weren't told that the side door leading to the pool area was broken so we went out and got locked out. Good thing I had my cellphone in my hand because I had to call the front desk to get her to come and physically let us back in. It was at this point that we were informed about the broken door, which we should have been told upon check in. When i called to tell them i was locked outside in the pool area, I was immediately put on hold for about 5mins and I know thats a short time but anything could have happened and i was never asked could I hold on

The front desk clerk was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and stylish. Traveling alone there was a lot of lighting in the parking lot so I felt safe.

looks like the area isnt fully developed yet. Im sure when other resturants / business's move in it would help. When on vacation, Its always nice to have a bar-resturant close by.

Very relaxing and quiet. Rooms and service area wad very clean Breakfast was better then expected waffles hashbrowns,sausage,toast ,plus always everything was good. They also had your everyday things for Breakfast and they changes you meat everyday to something different.

Service was horrible , WiFi which was free with my stay barely worked , water pressure in bathroom was horrible , housekeeping took all day to service my room after having to call front desk to ask to have my room cleaned . Front desk was not knowledgeable at all when it comes to payment process and adding different forms of payment onto reservation. Breakfast was included in stay but it was horrible … watery eggs and some sausages that were looking real suspect . Really unpleasant stay

Hotel is the middle of a big field with an adjoining parking lot full of tractor trailers with flood lights on full blast all night. Breakfast sucked and toilet in my room backed up

On arrival, TV remote had a large piece of yellow tape on it holding it together and it did not work. Called the desk and they brought another taped-up remote which worked. Breakfast layout was nice, but potatoes were dried out and egg-cheese omelet was tasteless. Coffee was good, though. No ice machine anywhere in building; they had a plastic bag of ice in the office area. Staff was not friendly, but helpful. The workout area was clean and nice looking, but did not have time to use it. Probably will not use this hotel again.

Place looked little run down from outside ALOT of semi trucks in parking lot lobby was clean staff was very nice pool had alot of bugs n pool chairs cushion faded n torn. Room was basic 😕 had switch rooms on 2 night we had hardly any water pressure in shower which was surprisingly for hotel but 2nd room was cleaner but same water pressure breakfast was convenient but eggs were nit eggs cold n tasted like blah potatoes were good. Overall not bad but wont be back due to over grown grass outside n numerous semi-trucks didn't feel rel

Very nice building. Front desk was exceptional. The mattress and pillows are rough. It's bizarre, it seems like it's the only place that corners were cut. Otherwise perfect!
