We asked for extra pillows and a hair dryer and they didn't have any. The outer door to the refrigerator was dirty. The bed moved when I sat on it and almost fell. There wasnt a side chair to sit on only a deak chair. No coffee pot or shampoo/ conditioner. The rug in the hallway was stained and the continental breakfast was nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins and packs of oatmeal. No fruit. The soft drinks in the vending machine were $3.80! One of the handicap spots had another spot in back of it that made it hard to back out of. Staff was not friendly and barely spoke English. I would not stay there again.

A fruit-grain bar and hot water is not a breakfast (if it was even available during the stated times of availability). Not servicing the room for the 3-day stay is deplorable. One way access to and from the hotel off a State Route was never clarified nor warned. The windows to the outside world look like they had not been cleaned in years. The service desk (on different occasions) was either: slow, unhelpful, and downright unprofessional (and sometimes all three at the same time). The sound of running water through what (I could not locate the source) was annoying and constant. Extended Stay = Extended Hell. Never again. Lesson learned.

At time of Check-in blonde lady didn’t acknowledge, suite was ok, it was not updated , rugs were stained We were supposed to have breakfast next morning All they have was coffee, envelopes of instant oatmeal to prepare with hot water Not what we expected

Personnel accueillant. Pet friendly pour 25$ la nuit. Je ne m'attendais à rien vu le prix mais chambre spacieuse et propre. Cependant, odeur d'urine dans le corridor, il faudrait retirer les tapis. Déjeuner très de base. Il faut payer pour le wifi. Le lit était confortable et drap propre, c'est l'essentiel!
