Lobby door latch didn't work properly and would only stay open with a spare key card slipped between the door frame and jamb. First room I was checked in to appeared to have just been vacated after months of occupation: food smeared all over inside of fridge; cigarette butts in the sink, toilet bowl coated with mold; water covering the floor from the sink to the door; a child's basketball jersey covering the smoke detector; beds in disarray; no towels. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk attendant, who assigned me another room that had also not been cleaned (used towels and bedding, though marginally cleaner otherwise). I returned to the office to ask for a refund, was told it was my prerogative if I didn't want to stay there and I would have to contact Expedia for a refund. Worst facility I've ever seen in the US.

Do not stay here. First room they gave me had a gaping hole where the air conditioner was. No blankets, no bedding, and no pillows. The second room they gave me was even worse. Besides not having anything on the beds. The remote was missing, no running water in the toilet. Whcih also was missing the seat. I The beds look and were auper uncomfortable. They were stained with questioning spots. Then as it got later it seemed like it was drug deals going on all night. Lock your toom because i dont t hink the key cards make a difference.

There's a reason this costs under $50. If you just need a bed to sleep in, it will do. The desk help was very courteous and ready to try to make things right. But, lots of things need to be corrected - like: tv didn't work, toilet filled so slowly, no pillow cases or towels... They are trying to renovate, but need at least a few rooms that are really ready for customers to use.
There's a reason this costs under $50. If you just need a bed to sleep in, it will do. The desk help was very courteous and ready to try to make things right. But, lots of things need to be corrected - like: tv didn't work, toilet filled so slowly, no pillow cases or towels... They are trying to renovate, but need at least a few rooms that are really ready for customers to use.

Beds are weird, It was cold and the heater in the room did not work. TV did not work and not a remote anywhere. Front desk was a bit weird....altered?? Didn't experience any one in the lobby that was not lodging a complaint. Really run down!!!!!

Filthiest hotel I've ever seen in my life. Trash everywhere. Guessing the housekeeping staff quit, because there was a bunch of trash piled up against the housekeeping door. Garbage piled up by the vending machine. People smoking meth in the parking lot. Broken glass where someone had obviously broken into a car. It appears to primarily be a homeless shelter and I feel real sorry for the people that were bringing a baby crib in at 1:30 in the morning. I was booked in here sight unseen by Expedia after they'd screwed up two other reservations that night. When I opened the door to the room, my first thought was I was in the wrong room, because there was a pile of trash next to the trash can and the beds were unmade. Pillows missing from one of the beds. Absolutely filthy. I didn't look at the bathroom, just standing in the doorway was enough. I told the night clerk I wasn't staying and I wanted a refund, and left without even having another reservation, it felt that dangerous. The picture in the listing bears zero resemblance to what my room looked like. The night clerk said they couldn't authorize the refund without the manager's approval and the manager wouldn't be back til Wednesday. This was Saturday. After not hearing anything back, I followed up again with Expedia (now 10 days later), and the hotel stalled again. Finally they refused the refund. Terrible experience, misleading pictures. Grimy, filthy, dangerous. Do not stay here.

The room was so dirty and no sheets that we immediately left and found another hotel. The smell walking to the room was horrible. I knew it was cheaper but didn’t expect that. We didn’t stay any longer then 3 minutes in the room. One pillow that looked like it was rubbed in mud. Shane on this place.

There is nothing good to say about this hotel. It was disgusting the sheets were used and there were used personal things in the toilet. The room had never been cleaned. When i asked for clean bedding they said they didnt have any and thay all the rooms were like this.. i endedbup getting my deposit back and was told to ask for a refund because this happens all the time. 10/10 do not recommend.

The only good thing was the restaurant beside the inn. The inn itself was dirty, unfinished, run down, stained sheets and towels. I think that those responsible from Expedia should check the places before recommending them for booking.

This property was very shady and unsafe there was blood all over pillows and bed , room smelled like dead bodies. There were roaches and meth heads everywhere this property should be condemned! Thank God Expedia reps were easy to work with and have refund for this stay. Me and my girlfriend lasted 3 minutes in room before booking somewhere else weather we lost the money or not.. anybody who reads this please don't stay here for your own safety

This place was terrible... the sheets, and towels were nasty. Had to ask for more and even those were nasty, the beds were boxsprings on a frame, the ac didnt work, was told to just open the window instead of giving us another, we were on the fround floor of a not so great part of town and no screen in window. Even for the price it was awful.

Check-in took an unusually long time, as if the clerk was on something. The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower tub. Wi-Fi was completely nonfunctional (it took about 3-4 minutes to connect to the access point, only to get a message that the access point had no Internet connection). All these issues were observed within the first ten minutes, and I decided to abandon my reservation. I usually let one or two bad things slide, but not that many! Clerk didn't even attempt to argue the point (he was now outside, using his vape). I should try and fight for a refund, but I accept the money is gone.

I cannot explain how terrible this room was. There was an actual hole in the wall where the AC unit should have been. The lock on the door did not function. It was absolutely disgusting. We checked out immediately and did not spend the night.

My entire stay there was no telephone service television didn’t work and the bed literally is a seesaw. When I arrived I told the staff of the problems said she would get me another room upon waiting hours no change when I asked the clerk I was told the manager herself said no to a room change smh

I sent message through Expedia, I was HC and needed a room were i can park at the door. I get there and the put me in the breeze way, not near parking. Then I could not get into the room, came back to office and told them, someone responded with master key, still would not work so he took me to a room on the outside where i could park by the door, how ever this room had basically old cots. Light weight collapsible frame with a thin mattress on top. The AC unit was missing from the wall leaving the wall exposed to the outside through the vents, you could see through it and insects and hot or cold air could fly right through. Then i discovered with all of that, there was no microwave or refrigerator. That was enough for me. I just left.

Check-in took an unusually long time, as if the clerk was on something. The key I was given was filthy (food and dirt on it). I was not shown where my room would be, but I was able to find it easily enough. Curtains were far too thin to ensure room would be dark. Refrigerator had not been cleaned in a long time. BATTERY OPERATED smoke alarm was not present. Sink had been cracked and patched (observed this when cleaning key) Cobwebs, cockroaches, and multiple old cig burns all over shower tub. The first room offered the toilet didn't work. The second room the door key didn't work and staff had to let me in every time I left, There was no TV and no towels or hot water. I was told that I didn't rate a refund because I was given a double even though I booked a single but was given a double because the single had no working toliet.

I did not stay! The door wouldn't lock & could be opened from outside with a push. The deadbolt didn't work & the refrigerator was hot. They said they would not charge me as i wasn't there for 10 minutes. Where is my credit? I still see a charge on my credit card.

Asked to switch rooms because bed wasn’t made and room was dirty. They says they can’t switch my room but would bring up new sheets and pillow. Needed pillow and sheets for bed. Called a bunch of times and they said they would bring it up. Next time they said will bring up after shift change. That never happened. Called and asked again. No body answered. Go down to front desk and nobody in there and nobody will answer. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Had requested 2 queen beds. Room had 1 full bed. Was told they no longer have queens. Entire property was terrible including the "manager" who smelled bad and was greasy, dirty, unprofessional!

There's a reason this costs under $50. If you just need a bed to sleep in, it will do. The desk help was very courteous and ready to try to make things right. But, lots of things need to be corrected - like: tv didn't work, toilet filled so slowly, no pillow cases or towels... They are trying to renovate, but need at least a few rooms that are really ready for customers to use.
There's a reason this costs under $50. If you just need a bed to sleep in, it will do. The desk help was very courteous and ready to try to make things right. But, lots of things need to be corrected - like: tv didn't work, toilet filled so slowly, no pillow cases or towels... They are trying to renovate, but need at least a few rooms that are really ready for customers to use.

This property was very shady and unsafe there was blood all over pillows and bed , room smelled like dead bodies. There were roaches and meth heads everywhere this property should be condemned! Thank God Expedia reps were easy to work with and have refund for this stay. Me and my girlfriend lasted 3 minutes in room before booking somewhere else weather we lost the money or not.. anybody who reads this please don't stay here for your own safety

This place was terrible... the sheets, and towels were nasty. Had to ask for more and even those were nasty, the beds were boxsprings on a frame, the ac didnt work, was told to just open the window instead of giving us another, we were on the fround floor of a not so great part of town and no screen in window. Even for the price it was awful.

Filthiest hotel I've ever seen in my life. Trash everywhere. Guessing the housekeeping staff quit, because there was a bunch of trash piled up against the housekeeping door. Garbage piled up by the vending machine. People smoking meth in the parking lot. Broken glass where someone had obviously broken into a car. It appears to primarily be a homeless shelter and I feel real sorry for the people that were bringing a baby crib in at 1:30 in the morning. I was booked in here sight unseen by Expedia after they'd screwed up two other reservations that night. When I opened the door to the room, my first thought was I was in the wrong room, because there was a pile of trash next to the trash can and the beds were unmade. Pillows missing from one of the beds. Absolutely filthy. I didn't look at the bathroom, just standing in the doorway was enough. I told the night clerk I wasn't staying and I wanted a refund, and left without even having another reservation, it felt that dangerous. The picture in the listing bears zero resemblance to what my room looked like. The night clerk said they couldn't authorize the refund without the manager's approval and the manager wouldn't be back til Wednesday. This was Saturday. After not hearing anything back, I followed up again with Expedia (now 10 days later), and the hotel stalled again. Finally they refused the refund. Terrible experience, misleading pictures. Grimy, filthy, dangerous. Do not stay here.

They offered us two rooms that were available. Both rooms smelled of smoke and there was a very strong fowl order coming from the rooms. We decided to leave and lose the money if that is what would happen. We were planning on going to the Machine Shed for breakfast( restaurant next door) but this did not happen since we didn’t stay. Hotels. Com should not offer this hotel to travelers. It gives them a bad name of how the condition of the hotel that they are offering.

Let’s start with the room ambiance. The walls were decorated in what I can only assume was a historical mosaic of bodily fluids, mystery footprints, and grease stains from the Reagan administration. You couldn’t lean against a wall without sticking to it like a postage stamp. Then came the wildlife tour. Forget normal hotel pests—this place had a microscopic ecosystem so advanced they were practically paying taxes. We discovered species of multi-legged horrors that haven't even been cataloged in an encyclopedia yet. One of them crawled across my pillow, looked me dead in the eye, and whispered “rent’s due.” As for the bed? Absolute luxury... if your definition of luxury is a prison cot from a maximum-security county jail that was stuffed with gravel and old phone books. To top it all off, the room had a bouquet. It smelled precisely like a sewer pump that the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles host a wild underground rave in every single weekend. I was woken to roaches in my bed, crawling in my hair, my beard, and body. When I got home I put my garment bag, shoes, laptop computer into a garbage. There were a dozen or more in the bottom of the garage bag. This was a damn Roach infestation and got the hell out of there.
