One thing the bed was comfy .. did not like the fact I was offered to pay for late check out when I paid it staff member came to my door and said we could not due to his cleaning person was there and if we didn’t leave she wouldn’t be able to clean it mind you the entire motel was pretty much empty so I didn’t understand why would it be so inconvenient for 2 rooms to be occupied til 1pm checkout which I was paying for .. would not recommend this place not to mention it needs a major upgrade reminded me of the bates motel

Room 121 has bed bugs!!!! It was a double suite. My husband slept in the bed next to the window. He kept feeling like something was biting him woke up with bite marks all over his neck and shoulders. My little one and I slept in the bed when I woke up noticed a red bug on my pillow and got up and we got our things and left. Thank God my baby didn’t get and bites. The rooms were nasty the was hair on the lamps. We brought our own lysol and bleach wipes to wipe down everything in the beginning. We needed a place to lay our heads for the night but never every again.

When booking, I was given the choice of a smoking or non smoking room. I chose non smoking. When I checked in, I signed paperwork stating no pets, no smoking etc. upon opening my room (103), a very strong smokers room smell overwhelmed. Then walking to the restroom, multiple bugs crawling around in bathtub. No strainer or stopper was visible, just strait drain hole. Went back to office and they changed me out to room 220. Room was hot and I noticed AC was unplugged. I plugged it in, with evidently no way to control it. After cooling down, the stay was pleasant enough.

The tap water was just horrible. Beds were OK. The air-conditioner blows air and very little of it up under the window drapery. No cool air circulates. Rather it blows down to the floor and cold air sinks any way. So the room was uncomfortably warm all night even when it was in the 50s outside The unit was rattling and noisy. We did not sleep well The staff was less than friendly.

This was a nice property. I was here for 2 nights & the room was very comfortable. It ias within walking distance of a conveniwnt store that had everything you might need and then a delicious Italian restaurant, Duran's, right next ro that. The property managers were super nice. There was a continental breakfast but i didn't get a chance to try that, although it did smell super yummy! Its easy to get in & out of due to being off a side road along the exit ramp from the highway. I would stay here again if i come back to Centerville! 😊

Place was good for a quick overnight one night stay. Clean room. Staff were very nice. Nonsmoking room had been smoked in previously. Good parking for truck and trailer. Breakfast is very limited, just muffins and two kinds of cereal, no bread, no bagels. No electric car charger.

It was a nice halfway point between Houston and Dallas with a super easy Off and On ramps to the highway. Next to a very new, big, 24-hour gas station and 5 restaurants in walking distance. On the other side of the overpass there were a few more fast food and gas stations. Other than this it felt very much like being in the country.

Place was good for a quick overnight one night stay. Clean room. Staff were very nice. Nonsmoking room had been smoked in previously. Good parking for truck and trailer. Breakfast is very limited, just muffins and two kinds of cereal, no bread, no bagels. No electric car charger.

Old property - poor property maintenance, poor water pressure, furniture dated, lamps in poor condition, torn lamp shades, beds not made properly with sheets loose on beds, dated linens and spreads. Check in easy and good customer service. Good coffee.

This was a nice property. I was here for 2 nights & the room was very comfortable. It ias within walking distance of a conveniwnt store that had everything you might need and then a delicious Italian restaurant, Duran's, right next ro that. The property managers were super nice. There was a continental breakfast but i didn't get a chance to try that, although it did smell super yummy! Its easy to get in & out of due to being off a side road along the exit ramp from the highway. I would stay here again if i come back to Centerville! 😊

Sweet staff. Room was clean and great for our needs. My only complaint was the TV. Would not work. Called the front desk and they walked me through to make sure remote was working. Remote batteries were pretty beat up and the back kept falling off. The TV would not change channels. Gave up and turned off.
