Personnel aimable et accueillant . Chambre pareille à toutes celles de la chaîne , quand est ce que ces hôtels vont se décider à enlever cette horrible moquette au sol ce n est ni hygiénique ni joli . Petit déjeuner correct mais du plastique partout et après on nous demande de ne pas user trop de serviettes pour protéger la planète … Piscine intérieure froide avec une horrible odeur chimique . Environnement peu sécurisant , des sdf partout se promenant avec des caddies de supermarchés Lit très mou mais chambre propre .

Everything was excellent. The one exception is as follows: When the maid came to clean the room after the first night, I asked her to replace the towels. Later, when we came back, we found she had deposited the fresh towels on a shelf by the door. She did not pick up the old towels we had piled up in the corner of the bathroom, or emptied the trash, or any other tasks in the room. I asked at the front desk and she said I had to ask for each of those task to be done. Strangely, she did come to make the beds on the second morning, but did nothing else.

The first few times we stayed at Holiday Inn Express, it was great! Clean rooms and maintained. Every time we go back, it gets worse every time. The bathroom was so stinky, I had to go to the store and buy bleach spray to get the odor out. The pillows and comforter smelled like pee, and we had housekeeping in our room one time during the 4-night stay. We love the hotel, and were trying to give them grace, but we are finding a different place to stay from now on. We go to Klamath Falls at least 4 times a year, so it really makes it frustrating to find somewhere else to stay.

Wonderful and pretty hotel. Very clean and modern. Breakfast very good - they even provide you with little “grab and go” bags, to take food away with you if you want. Very comfortable bed. Great place to stay in Klamath Falls!
