The Hampton Inn & Suites in Alexandria was really great! It is very clean, comforting, and had everything I needed. They provided breakfast and did a nice happy hour. The staff was SO wonderful and went above and beyond. Their airport shuttle broke down and they found accommodations to get me to and from the airport safely and in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was great, the only issue was our first room. When we walked in, it looked like someone had laid down in the bed, comforter folded down, pillows messed up. We took a picture and show the front desk lady and asked if that was normal. She immediately apologized and gave us a different room. She was so nice about it. We were not upset, laughed about it. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Staff was rude and short with attitude. Room was dirty and smelled. We went and purchased Lysol. Mold/mildew in bathroom, also wasn't clean. Bed was not properly made. Carpet on first floor was never vacuumed in quite some time, and certainly not while we were there. The same crumbs were on the floor all weekend. This hotel should be embarrassed as well as Hotels.com and Hampton Inn ownership. Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed.

Booked a suite on Tuesday prior to stay on Saturday. When I got there I was told they were booked up and only had a double room. I had 4 kids with me. They front desk was extremely rude about it and we made a pallet on the floor with pillows for my son. Incredibly aggravated and will not be booking future softball trips there.

We were there for a church retreat and it was over 50 people and we all had a very nice time. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The rooms were very clean and nice and cool. The staff were more than welcoming and very friendly. The front desk was very professional and always greeted us with a smile. The clean up crew was very understanding when we just needed towels and no cleaning of room at times due to the late night church service and late sleep in. We were helped in more than ways then I can count. We were treated like royalty and talked to a new friend. We Thank you ❤️

Wonderful staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Made our stay a very pleasant one. The only problem is when we took our shower the water would not completely shut off and it dripped all night. Over all a very nice stay

I knew it was downhill when I couldn’t even get into the room. The door was jammed. Had to have the front desk staff open the door. The room had a faint smell of cigarettes. The bathroom was not clean! Hair all over the toilet seat. Sitting water and soap scum in the bathtub. The lamp bases were dirty. Just overall a very dirty room. I’m very disappointed with my stay. The other reviews were misleading. The staff was pleasant the only good thing about this stay.
