I reserved this room almost 4 weeks before I checked in. Upon my arrival to this property, I was informed that the water would be turned off from Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. The staff member said she apologized for not calling me to ask if this was acceptable.

Please get some people to take trash out, housekeeping etc. After 11 pm , you have to call a number, to get yourself checked in. That’s unsafe. The elevator didn’t work sometimes. It’s a big building with just one elevator. I hope you guys fix these issues.

There was no hot water the entire stay of our trip. The stove was unusable since it was entire rusted and there wasn't anything in the kitchenette to cook with or eat with. Defeated the whole purpose of getting a room with a kitchenette.

Property has abit of construction ongoing, so elements like the elevators aren’t working, so if you need help, just inquire for a 1st floor room. Property is great. In room fridge, stove top, and microwave. Aside from the construction, hotel is good, and a reasonably close distance to SEATAC and the Rental Car Facility.

The room was clean the bed was like sleeping on box springs no comfort. Toilet paper holder was broken, and the plastic drain cover on the tub was broken and could cut a foot. The AC heater was good. Staff was great. Parking fine. I was in room 238.

The water was shut off from 9am to 6 pm daily. On day one the water was shut off by 6 am

Cold water for entire week I was there. Not healthy for this kind of weather. There was no compensation for the cold water

I understand they are understaffed.Sercutity is there now. Still homeless is around stairs wells at night. Noisy people above us. As long as they keep improving,they will be a great place.

Bathroom sink in first room shot water out of the sink and the second room had a broken toilet tank cover. The elevator looked like it was held together by a whisper and a prayer.

Affordable for sure but you do get what you pay for (at least I did). Toilet was hard to flush and I had to fix the flush handle the day before leaving. Wi-Fi was janky and the elevator was out of order; my room was on the third floor. Laundry room could use a change machine.

Pubic hair on bathroom counter, poop next to bed, floors very dirty! Other guests loud all night & I could hear room above me all night crying and fighting with her boyfriend! Elevator was disgusting! I was scared to touch anything as it was all dirty! Asked for non smoking room and comforter had cigarette burns in it and was as thin as a sheet! A man was banging on my door at 11 PM and trying to open door & window to get in, called front desk and they told me to call police! Fur nice/air conditioner didn’t work either! Worst experience ever!

Dirtiest place I’ve even stayed in my life ! Dirty sheets garbage on the floor bloody rag in the sink. Never ever again. Honestly, I don’t know why I just didn’t leave and find another place to stay. They should be embarrassed to charge $100/night. Obviously, need better management!

The room was obviously not cleaned after the last person there was hair all over the bed under the blankets there was female Purfume bottle under the bed a used toothpick in the shower no plate in the microwave and the bathroom light didn’t work but that might have been a benefit the shower is remarkably identical to a prison shower I used slippers in there to be safe this was my first stay here I can’t say about other rooms my room was forsure nasty and it was close to the office there no way they could miss these things

This property looked rough on the outside, but we checked in anyways and went to our room. The sheets hadn’t been changed as there was hair and skin flakes all over them. The floor was sticky, and the bathroom wall had gunk all over it. Paint was chipping everywhere and the room itself looked really gross. The staff was amazing though and immediately agreed to refund our full stay.

I would not recommend staying here if you’re sensitive to noise or concerned about cleanliness. The bathroom had visible mold, and the toilet did not flush properly. The light under the microwave stayed on constantly, and when I asked on the second day for it to be fixed, I was told it would be—but it never was. Noise was also a major issue. At night, there were frequent loud arguments from neighboring rooms every sincle night. On my second night, the police even showed up due to a disturbance, and one woman screamed until nearly 1 a.m. Unfortunately, between the lack of cleanliness, unresolved maintenance issues, and constant noise, my stay was far from comfortable.

These rooms were disgusting. The towels were stained the bedsheets and pillowcases were stained. There were brown sticky smears on the walls and light switches. The toilet were leaking and didn’t properly flush. I rented three rooms and they were all messed up. Also, there is no breakfast, Coffee, nothing. Also, there were some very sketchy people hanging out in the rooms here. I assume a lot of drug use. I will never come back again.

It was so dirty

I looked at reviews before I booked this hotel and thought I knew what I was getting for the low daily rate. The people were nice but the rooms were run down, with both mold and dirt everywhere. The walls had food items on them and the shower had mold everywhere. Generally I was a little worried about being safe because of the location and clientele. Just be aware this is $100 or so a night for a very very good reason. I am all for run down but not disgustingly dirty. The bed was comfortable.

Sheets and pillow covers were stained. Had to ask for clean ones. Room Had a bad food smell upon entry. Broken lamps and slow draining sinks. Hairs on floor and Shower. Overall bad experience 😒🙄😢

The photos definitely give a different view but it was close to the places I needed to be so I wasn’t upset. Also the microwave didn’t work at all.

Not well maintained

Decent hotel overall. The bed was horrible but everything else was good. Not really close to anything. Front desk young man was super nice. I would stay here again.

Off a busy street, hotel is older and not fancy. Also small bathroom and an old stove in room. It was nice to have a large fridge n microwave n table with chairs. But the shower was hot and the towels were decent, so that was good

Disgusting! Bed hurt me so bad, that i was sore for an entire 2 days. The suite was so dirty, bugs everywhere.. crackheads in the middle of the night screaming and banging on walls. I woke up every 2 hours. To top it all of, airplanes landing every 15 mins. Horrying place to lay ur gead at. Pick something better elsewhere.

Room is spacious. It also have a kitchen with frigeratar, with basic amenities. There are long-term residents living here. It was quiet .Will stay here again ,for the cost

You get what you pay for! Our bed was quite uncomfortable and extremely unstable. The day before we were to check out, we received a call from the front desk saying there was a work order for our room. The maintenance guy attended to tell us that our bed only had 3 legs … explains why my husband became a projectile at 2am when I went to the washroom. Why would they give us a room with one bed, and 3 bed legs? Elevator had cigarette burns in the wall & there were multiple people living in the hotel (and screaming at 2am, assuming drunk). Stains on sheets… Will say has great location to Rapid A bus to get to the train system to take you downtown but lots of homeless surrounding the hotel fence line. Would not recommend for kids but for a couples trip, it’s a budget friendly option if you don’t care about comfort.

When we booked this hotel, we knew we were going to be checking in at around 12:30, so we contacted the property to let them know. I spoke with someone (didn’t catch their name) who said that was fine, we just needed to call the property on the day of our reservation to remind the night clerk that we were checking in late. I called day of our reservation (again, didn’t get told a name of whoever I was speaking with) and was told that we wouldn’t be able to check in that late because “our system resets at 12:30-12:45 so all prior reservations are cancelled.” When I asked what we could do about this since I was informed prior that we could check in late, she said “I can’t do anything. Our system reboots at 12:30-12:45 so you can’t check in that late.” I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not currently on the property. When I asked what she was going to do about getting us a room, she said “I can’t check you in that late, and I can’t take credit card info over the phone to check you in either.” I said okay, and as I was about to ask for a refund, she hung up on me. I wasn’t able to adhere to their cancellation policy and I was still charged by both Expedia and the hotel for the room, and neither company is willing to give a refund. Do not recommend booking this property with Expedia and do not recommend this property period due to the customer service and lack of professionalism that accompanies their booking through 3rd party sites.

I made a reservation at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been cancelled because, according to them, we didn’t confirm it—despite never being contacted or informed that confirmation was required. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had to search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. I ended up visiting over ten hotels before finally finding a room. To make matters worse, the hotel later charged me as if I had checked in, even though I never stayed there. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place to anyone—it was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel.

I was called 4 hours before check in and was told you cancelled my reservation due to overbooking. I have traveled a lot in my life and that has never happened before. What was I suppose to do? I was already in town and I booked my room the Tuesday prior to my arrival and you just figured out 4 hrs before check in that you were overbooked. I will never book one of your hotels again.

Never got to stay. Arrived and was told our reservation had been canceled and that they had left a message letting us know. We never got a phone call. We left very frustrated.

I didn't know the office closed at 11pm as we booked the room around 10pm on hotels.com and still had a few hours on the road until we got there. This wouldn't have been a problem if we were given the after hours number the lady at the front desk informed me of..... The next day after sleeping in our car. I was also unaware of the $100 deposit for the room. The same lady on day 2 at the office told me she would accept only $50 for the deposit for our troubles. I said ok... But when we got back later in the day to check in.... Again.... The $50 deposit offer was not honored and we were refused our room. And then we were refused a refund even though we had never checked in and still had a night left on our stay. And this is just my issues with the administration. This isn't to mention the urban warfare conducted throughout the neighborhoods every evening. Gangs, gunfire, and all. This also doesn't include the prostitutes and crack heads swarming this building. Silver lining, I'm kind of glad that our reservation didn't work out because I'm sure we would have either been shot, got AIDS or tetanus from being stabbed by a discarded needle, and std from touching anything in our room, or an unwanted high from 2nd hand crack smoke.

Great staff

My plane was delayed. I called hotel numerous times, no answer. I finally got rental car, drove to hotel in dark of night. Called as I drove. Nobody answered just an automated system of choose this option if … etc. I never got a person! I got there and they are closed! The area is deserted, there are a few cars, including one on hubcaps only. There is no Red Roof Inn sign, just home suites. Very scary, alone in a dark parking lot that has chain link fence around the property. I called again. No answer! Sobbing I called Expedia, who suggested I wait in my car until morning to check in!! I was alone and afraid in a city I’d never been to. No, I couldn’t stay in my car. So I drove to the hospital parking lot in downtown Seattle where my sister was having major surgery in the morning. I felt a bit safer spending the night there in my car, at least there were security cameras! Needless to say very little sleep. I called in the morning. No answer. Expedia emailed me a denial saying no refund, even tho they never reached the hotel either! Money before people, this 72 yr old will never trust Expedia again. The hotel kept my $$, and Expedia kept there share, too. Never again, not this location OR any Expedia location, never.

Considering the location. It’s a decent spot. The staff is usually great. The new manager is awesome

For the price it was ok, but there were a lot of homeless people in the area and even hanging around at the property.

The promo photos provide a much better image than the real thing. The room we were allocated had a hole in the bathroom wall and also had plaster falling off the walls, and while the kitchenette was an advantage there were no pots, pans, plates, cups or cutlery available to be able to cook and eat anything. Free parking and the location however was perfect.

For what it is, it's fine - reasonably priced place kind of near the airport. Kind of a sketchy neighborhood.

It’s a bit outdated and a little worn down and it’s location makes it okay for accessibility if you are staying any length of time. We stayed before heading on a cruise and it is a bit of a drive to the dock area. Locals told us not to turn our back on luggage because it will disappear quickly. There were people hanging out all around the hotel all night even in the small wooded area behind the property. For a short stay it’s fine.

I reserved with them for an emergency trip, and was relatively satisfied with the stay! The room was functional and clean, and check in/out was an easy process. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and it would be nice if they unblocked one of the property exits, but otherwise it was a basic stay that kept me comfortable!

A very clean unit which is near shopping and a major road that has everything you need.

First things first, do your research about this accommodation - whilst we encountered no real issues, some of the clientele left a lot to be desired. Then there was also the staff member who shouted at me for parking the wrong way, with no one explainat? Dafuq was that about. Beds very comfortable though and good sleep. 15 min drive to the light railway

Room was small but very clean. Checkin was slow but not fault of clerk. Garbage can was as missing from room but wasn’t in room lots and I’m sure I could have gotten one if I’d asked. Area around hotel does feel mildly unsafe but felt safe in room.

No cups no coffee property needs repair. You get what you pay for.

The site says it serves coffee and tea but they don't. But other than it is good

My stay was terrible. I checked under the bed and there was trash and receipts from whoever was there before me, the kitchen was filthy (oil splashes still on the wall), and the kitchen cabinets were rotting. There was no iron or hair dryer in the room so I went to the front desk and they said they don't offer those amenities which is ridiculous for a hotel. The laundry is also trash (many of them out of service), The ones that did work, didn't do a great job because my clothes were still wet. To top it all off, while I was doing laundry I read a posted sign that said there was free coffee in the main office. Upon arrival to the main office for my free coffee, they told me they do not offer coffee and that the sign was there since pre-covid. Overall terrible experience.
