The place is under construction and wasn’t warned on website, no pool, the keys don’t work properly have to wait 5 minutes numerous attempts to get the door open, at check in was told breakfast will be from 6:30-9:00, guess what no breakfast. I’ll never go there again!

Poor area was dirty. Pool was freezing. They havexa 8.2 rating I dont know how. Pool in the picture is not what is there. There were no towels in the pool room. Glad i took my own. I didnt scroll all the way to last year when someone said the hot tub was closed. They could atleast ckean it up.

We weren’t told the hot tub was broken before we came so that was disappointing. The pool area was dirty with globs of hair everywhere, along with broken chairs.

The hot tub was not only closed, but boarded over, so don’t expect it to be reopened anytime soon. We book based on hot tubs for soaking after driving all day, so their pictures and ads are a lie and we were greatly disappointed. The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices, another thing that’s important to us.

First, the bed comforter had a large brown stain. After peeling off the comforter revealed 2 blood stains on the sheets. The sink was cracked. Floor tiles were dirty. Not a good experience.

Dirty. Was looking forward to relaxing with my wife in the jetted tub room. Upon filling the jet tub a ring of filth formed at the water level. Needless to say we never entered. The entire room looked like it had a quick once over done to it. Filters in the AC/Heating unit I cleaned out myself. TV remote didn’t work other than channel down. Complimentary soaps were used and nasty. This was supposed to be an Anniversary getaway for a few nights. We checked out after the first night instead of staying the booked 2 nights. Very disappointed

We were very disappointed in the property. The beds were fine but did not feel that the room was clean. It desperately was in need of repairs also. In the shower area there was black duct tape on the wall and lots of holes in the walls. Upon entering the room it smelled like someone had been smoking in there at some point. The chair in the room had spots on it and the overstuffed chair did not look clean. We felt that what we were charged was way too much for the quality of the room. The carpets looked dirty and the door to the room did not fit well. We definitely would not stay here again. It needs a deep cleaning and lots of repairs.

The bedding and the beds were clean and comfortable. The floors and carpet were dirty. There was black mold? In the tub. Not enough towels in the bathroom. The fitness room was all in disrepair. There was a cockroach and large spider in the breakfast room.

The entire place was filthy, old, not in good repair … I could go on and on. Only working ice machine I could find was on the first floor—no grate, filthy machine and doubt the ice dispenser had been cleaned in ages. Was actually afraid to use it or to eat the breakfast that was included because I could only imagine what the kitchen was like. Carpet in the room was stained and torn. Curtains were stained. Lamp shades were stained and askew. Refrigerator was dirty. I will never stay there again!

This hotel should have been renovated 20 years ago. There are only two to chose from in Chelsea. The other one had reviews that suggested bed bugs. That said, we selected this hotel. We didn't see any bugs in the room, but the whole place is incredibly ragged and run down. Wallpaper peeling from the bathroom wall, strong mildew smell, patched up holes in the hallways. It's rough. That said, the hotel desk employee did tell us that in the next year, it's going to be renovated and will become a Hilton. So, there is that silver lining.

The Jacuzzi in the room was great. Really loved it. However, the Wi-Fi was sluggish and a little intermittent. And you could easily hear conversations from guests in the next rooms. That annoyed me.

The room was clean and friendly staff. We got a jacuzzi tub room but it didn’t do any good since there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Was barely even warm when full with turned on full hot the whole time. And the shower is a tiny and dark little pod. If your over 5’9 or so you’ll have to duck to wash your hair

Nice lobby, easy check-in. Room was clean but the shower was TINY!!! Dropped the soap and had a hard time bending over to pick it up. WIFI worked but not that great. TV was rather strange because the menu of stations was choppy and hard to read. A couple of minor maintenance items - holes in chair arms and security lock on the door missing a screw and was basically useless. See pictures below. Free breakfast - blah.

I had to pay an addition $50.00 to check in 2 hours early. The entire price to stay for a day was only $80.00 and I felt that $50.00 was really disrespectful to someone who travels alot to ChOICE hotels. I will not stay here again. Phone was out of order and they never fixed it. And the room was so DARK I could barely see even with all the lights on. The windows were not locked when I checked in and the hallway was incredibly dirty and the entry door was not secure. Someone had broken the lock and it's not safe for us who travel alone because anyone can enter. This property is poorly managed and insensitive to their loyal customers, for which I am NOT longer loyal.

Friendly staff. Only complaint was when I went to get coffee in the morning, the creamers were all defective. They were impossible to open. Any customer and I were both trying and both failed after 6 attempts. Mgt should put out a new batch and complain to supplier. No way to start the day.
