I can't do stairs and didn't know you didn't have an elevator (something to think about), so we were given the only suite right off the pool. It was wonderful to be able to open our patio door to use the pool and hot tub. The room was cleaned everyday very nicely.

Some guy sleeping on the lobby couch both days we were there. The woman at the front desk was complaining about another guest after talking to her on the phone. No elevator, was told they would help with our luggage upon arrival but they didn't. Pool was freezing. In room whirl pool had spiders coming out of the drain with a web up to the faucet so we avoided using it. Front desk guy was kind enough to refund $32 of our room cost, we still paid $114 for 1 night stay. Sad because the location and property itself were nice.

I was not aware that the hotel charged 25.00 a night for my dog to stay with me.They charged my credit for my pet every other day, it was confusing that they would take out 75.00. I was there for 8 nights. I couldn’t cancel or change my reservation. I picked this hotel because they allowed pets. Because I prepaid I couldn’t get a refund. The hot tub did not work, the hotel is dated. I asked them to explain the random charges, there was no manager.

The hotel needs some serious cleaning and upgrades. When we checked in we were asked if we wanted to move hotels because they had overbooked. Stains all over the carpet of the room we stayed in.

The room was very clean and spacious. It was also very quiet. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Culver’s is right next door. The staff was very friendly. We forgot our thermos in the room and came back for it 4 hours later. Yes, it was waiting for us.

There was coffee in the lobby in the afternoon. Lobby and pool area was clean. The rooms were spacious and clean, bed and pillow comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. We forgot toothbrushes and they had them available. For the price, the service and our stay was quite nice.

Very dirty linens had stains. Crumbs all over floor. I also accidentally left my Invisalign there, manager found them told me she would ship them. Never did. Ignored my calls. Very shady. Don’t ever go here!

I enjoyed that it was in a safe area, near some quick dining options. The room was cleanly, as well as the rest of the facility. However, the room was way overpriced for being so small and outdated. Also, no elevator at all for the upper rooms, so you had to hike your bags up one accessable flight of stairs and to your room wherever on the second floor, making multiple trips to do so.

We were surprised to learn this hotel has no elevator. They orignally put us on the 2nd floor, but there was no way we two 66 year olds could carry all our stuff up the stairs. Fortunately, the clerk was able to move us to a first floor room. The room was very clean, much larger than expected, and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms are old and outdated. Paint crunbling off the bathroom doorframe,dusty old furniture, couch springs squeek when sitting on it, small tv, wooden furniture was cracked and coming apart. The location is great but thats about the only good thing.

The staff was very good and the hotel is in Jackson, where our family is. That is about the only real positives. The hotel is clean but very dated. The mattresses are old, the decor is as old as the mattresses, there is not an elevator if you’re on the second floor.

We stayed one night and chose this place based on its location to the sights we were visiting. We spent a day and half at Holy Hill and ate dinner at Fox & Hounds. All very close by. View out of room window was a peaceful field which was a pleasant surprise given our proximity to the highways.

There is no elevator at this property and my old mother can’t walk let alone do stairs. The staff is not friendly especially to a 4 year old that likes saying hi to everyone I don’t appreciate them giving him an attitude

The thing was a little unexpected was that there were 3-4 dog waste that were not picked behind the property. It is unfortunate that not all dog owners can be responsible. On the flip side was the absolutely wonderful host, Jen , who checked me in. She was just a delight, and made the whole check in smooth and welcoming. She also had a suggestion for dinner , a local pizza place which turned out to be everything she said. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay there, assuming most of the rest of yeti staff are like Jen. Thanks rm 222

Had some significant issue with checking into the hotel based on the reservation sent from Hotels.com to this hotel, but Richard at the front desk was great and helped my work through the frustrating issue. It got to the point that he just got me a room and dealt with Hotels.com with his manager behind the scenes. Shortly after getting settled into the room, he called to say that everything had been worked out and apologized for the inconvenience (which was not caused by him or the hotel). Thank you, Richard!

For a great price, this hotel is an easy choice. I had a great spacious room, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had hot and cold choices. There is easy access to the freeway to go north to West Bend, or south to Germantown, Menominee Falls, or Milwaukee. I have stayed here before, and would stay again.

We stayed one night and chose this place based on its location to the sights we were visiting. We spent a day and half at Holy Hill and ate dinner at Fox & Hounds. All very close by. View out of room window was a peaceful field which was a pleasant surprise given our proximity to the highways.

This is a nice clean hotel and everything is in great shape. I couldn’t say a bad thing about it. The breakfast was great, with a big selection. The hotel location was perfect and easy to get to. Staff was wonderful

The hotel is tucked away from busy roads making it quieter than most similar hotel. Our first floor unit over looked some trees and a small river. It is a basic Comfort Inn but I really a clean, well run hotel.

Really enjoyed this property! My housekeeper Jason kept my room fresh. Was relaxing to come back after a long day to my nice, refreshed room. Breakfast was as i expected, in a pinch it works.

the breakfast was decent, their ice machine is right by an exit door so when its warm out the ice machine tends to struggle.

The second time I’ve stayed here. The first time was better. The staff was friendly, the room was cheap, the bed was always made when I got back at the end of the day sometimes with the same sheets and I always had clean towels. My only complaints were the shower got warm not hot and the breakfast wasn’t good. But I would stay here again.

The room was nice it was on the second floor and they didn’t have an elevator which was a challenge for the dog. The room wasn't stocked like a normal room would be with towels and extra toilet paper. Had to ask the front desk for everything. The picture on the website was different from what we actually got for a suite. The picture said we were getting a fireplace and it was more of studio style but no fireplace in the rooms and the rooms were separated. Breakfast was good overall experience was good other than that.

Because of a change of plans, we added an extra night and they made the additional night easy and smooth to keep us in the same room. Breakfast was good with nice variety. Clean, quiet and a comfortable bed. Thanks!!

The pool was indoors and was not crowded. Breakfast was simple and we skipped it most mornings. Staff was kind and welcoming. Check out and in were a breeze. I would not stay there again but i would recommend it. Nothing wrong with the place but there are better hotels at the same price point. (Newer construction, better amenities, location). BONUS: Culvers is accross from the hotel.

Nice place, they are in the midst of a renovation, so I give them some room for maneuvering on it. My room was renovated, my suite was attached to the pool area, which was very nice. Plenty of space, clean, brightly painted, and well lit. Front desk staff was very professional. Parking is kinda messed up with the renovation stuff, but that cant be avoided. Would absolute stay again.

I selected this hotel because of its great ratings and proximity to an event we were attending, but unfortunately our experience did not match the reviews. Construction materials filled a large portion of the front parking lot, which initially made me think renovations were underway. They weren’t, and parking was so limited we ultimately had to park at the neighboring restaurant. Inside, the lobby carpet was heavily stained, and the stains continued up the stairs and into our room. The A/C had been turned completely off, leaving the room hot and humid when we arrived. The chair and footstool were so dirty we wouldn’t sit on them or place our belongings on them. The dresser and nightstand looked like they had been clawed and chewed by a dog…or possibly a werewolf. The hot tub was controlled by a questionable-looking wall switch, and the tub itself badly needs resurfacing. It felt more like worn concrete than a finished spa surface. In the bathroom, drywall seam tape was peeling away and there appeared to be mold or mildew on the vent fins. Breakfast was mediocre even though we arrived early, with limited offerings. On the positive side, the bed linens and shower were both clean. However, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. To top it off, at checkout no one asked about our stay. They simply took the key and asked if we wanted a receipt. Based on our experience, I’m genuinely surprised this property carries such high ratings. We won’t return.

This hotel was rated high so thought we would try it. It was not clean. Carpeting was stained everywhere and spider webs inside the building on the wall corners. Liquid air fresheners in the hallway outlets everywhere and it still had a bad smell. We did not stay. I cancelled the reservation after seeing the room. The desk person was friendly and understanding though.

We had a power outage which affected me asI sleep with a cpap machine. Also they have no elevator so you have to carry our luggage up the stairs.
