Very convenient very clean

Overall, the apartment was great and everything was clean and comfortable. However, the check-in process was quite confusing and could definitely be improved. We did not receive all the check-in details in full. It was supposed to be a self check-in, but we could not actually enter the building without contacting someone, and nowhere was it clearly explained that we needed to call. We also booked for 4 people, but there were no bed sheets provided for the sofa bed. I left a message requesting the sheets, but was told that the chat box is not monitored 24/7. Since the booking was clearly made for 4 guests, I believe this should have been prepared in advance, rather than requiring us to call. It would also be much more convenient to have WhatsApp as an option, especially for international guests who may not have an international calling plan. Apart from these issues, the apartment itself was good.
