The first day was no hot water , the bed was dirty we had to spray it down if disenfection spray , it took over 20 minutes for someone to show up in the help desk when we first came in . The eggs was not done properly not even salt added , the ice machines the first couple of days were out of service , there was no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms .

I’ve been to this hotel 2x for my son Baseball tournament. Staff is pleasant. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was they were having a family reunion and the music was extremely loud and we had to ask for them to turn it down.

Needs updated and could use a deep cleaning. Or even a vacuum in the second floor hallway. Pool also needs cleaned. You have to request new towels and beds made if staying more than one night - they don’t just bring them. 2nd floor ice machine was out of order.

My stay at this hotel was, well, flawless. It was very quiet, the room was clean and very well-kept, the breakfast was right on time, coffee made throughout night, parking very good.

It’s was fine for a last minute, not many options hotel for the beach. Although the site advertises as “close to the beach” it’s subjective. It was a 45 minute drive to Rehoboth beach. Two things- 1. the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. 2. Our key cards stopped working 1hour before check out. We discovered this after a quick, morning dip in the pool. Luckily, housekeeping was near by and let us into our room. I was furious, and wanted to say something to management but hubby convinced me it wasn’t worth it. So I’ll just say to management, If check out if at 11am, don’t turn our keys off at 10… Over all, my kids enjoyed their stay, we felt safe and it was clean. I guess that’s all that matters

the hotel was horrible. Room smelled, flys in the room, elevators not only did not work, but when you had to take stairs to the second floor, you then had to go down stairs again to get to your room. Place was old, dirty, ice machines did not work and customer service was non existent. Would never stay there or any other quality inn ever again. Expecially since they charged us top dollar for a one night stay - $279.00 was ridiculous. HORRIBLE

The staff were very polite, helpful, and friendly. The property and room was very clean. The breakfast was really good. Would stay here again. Unfortunately, the pool was closed even though it was 90° outside. The bed was a bit firm for my taste. Overall great stay and not a bad drive to the beach.

Upon entering the room it smelt like mildew from standing water or previously the carpet had been wet and it was not cleaned on top of that we had to go to Walmart to get roach spray because the room had roaches in it shaking my damn head this was the second time we have been at this hotel and we've never had a problem before

The front desk staff was a 10/10. I feel bad for the employees there. Shame on the Quality Inn and owner of that hotel. Slum lords. Smelled of cigarette butts, mildew, and mold that no amount of my perfume could hide. Hallway rugs were absolutely filthy. Bathroom growing black mold inside bathroom door, bathroom walls, and even on the hairdryer cord. Place is condemned. We were driving to outer Banks , got caught up in traffic earlier in day and was the only hotel that had a room near midnight.

BED! BUGS!!! Terrible stay, and even worse management to resolve our issue. Do not recommend. First room upon checking in had ants everywhere, so, we asked to transfer, which they did. Turns out, a room was opened up that was “on hold”— a few days after leaving, we discovered exactly why that room was “on hold”. It was either being treated for bedbugs, or hadn’t yet been treated. This was our first run in (and prayerfully our last!) with bed bugs. We checked in very late, and with shuffling rooms, we did not inspect the bedding due to our exhaustion. My boyfriend and I woke up the next morning to find little spots of blood on the sheets and a several bites on both of us that developed over the next 3 to 4 days. It was truly a foul experience. We did end up getting refunded entirely for the day, which is about the only positive thing to say. Tried to speak to the office manager, Janane, about getting our home reimbursed for treatment— after about 95 attempts of reaching out to her and her regional manager, we gave up. For the sake of your health, don’t stay here.

The hotel smelled so bad and our room was so dirty. The carpets were stained and stunk. The whole building stunk like weed. i smoke but we went outside to smoke. i won’t book again. The hotel is run down and definitely has outdated equipment, that you can smell.

This hotel seemed to be short-staffed the evening we arrived. There was another guest waiting to check i and there was no one around. He was calling the hotel to try to get someone's attention. She finally appeared and said she was alone on her shift. The room itself did not have a USB outlet to charge a cellphone/ It also lacked a digital clock. I enjoyed the waffle at breakfast, which I had with turkey sausage. The coffee maker was broken! The manager went next door to a Dunkin and bought coffee, but just purchased regular coffee, no decaf. So I went without.

Stains on the carpet in our room. The coffee machine broke during breakfast. Not really any fresh fruits at breakfast (except apples that didn’t look so good). Pool was nice for our kids, but not really shaded areas to sit. Very noisy, can hear everything in the hallway and outside the window.

Room smelled humid like it hadn’t been opened in a while. We had one of the first rooms to the lobby. The attendant tried telling me we had no reservation and since we didn’t check in at 3 pm we forfeited our reservation. After arguing he magically found our reservation.

Room smelled humid like it hadn’t been opened in a while. We had one of the first rooms to the lobby. The attendant tried telling me we had no reservation and since we didn’t check in at 3 pm we forfeited our reservation. After arguing he magically found our reservation.

This hotel seemed to be short-staffed the evening we arrived. There was another guest waiting to check i and there was no one around. He was calling the hotel to try to get someone's attention. She finally appeared and said she was alone on her shift. The room itself did not have a USB outlet to charge a cellphone/ It also lacked a digital clock. I enjoyed the waffle at breakfast, which I had with turkey sausage. The coffee maker was broken! The manager went next door to a Dunkin and bought coffee, but just purchased regular coffee, no decaf. So I went without.

Place was nice but loud. With the rooms having wooden floors everything echoed. And the rooms were not soundproof. The people upstairs were loud but not due to them doing anything but walking. Wheelchair accessible rooms...only full sized beds! What the heck?! We took a king room. More room and the toilet was accessible but not the shower. But nice hotel, nice location and friendly people

My Daughter and I stayed for the nights and went into Rehoboth Beach for the day and night it was only a 20 minute ride in the beach. The staff was very nice and our stay was great.

Overall it was decent, I definitely wasn't expecting top quality. There are people living there and they definitely make it home. There was a loud party out back near the parogola one night when we arrived back late. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although we asked for towels on the 3rd day of our stay and only got one. Its a convenient spot with tons of shops nearby, fyi this place is about 10 mins from the Sports at the Beach complex but close to 40-45 mins from the beach.

It was conveniently located for tournament but really filthy carpets, corridors, etc. I mean filthy. Room ok. Breakfast adequate. Bed was clean and it did the job but you’re paying for location. My husband would not have been able to stay here.

Room smelled bad, was somewhat dirty. Some random clothes laying on the floor on arrival. Parking lot dirty and people hanging around. My car alarm went off once outside, not sure why. Sufficient place and convenient if you are going to Georgetown. Decent food nearby. Definitely got what I paid for, but nothing more.

The hot water was not working in my shower. I called the front desk and after waiting for an hour gave up. The breakfast was not stocked throughout the morning, at 9am many things were out and the few that were stocked didnt get stocked until close to 10. The entire breakfast area was very dirty as well.

The room, bed, and bath were very good. Grab bar fell off. Front desk and housekeeping very friendly. Breakfast is poor, no eggs, fruit, yogurt, only starchy carbs. And crowded with little replenishment. Good location. Go to Dunkin next door.

I am not happy with my stay at this property as the room had a strong mold smell and I woke up the following morning with a stuffy nose and cough. In addition, the breakfast options were sparse and we ended up going elsewhere for breakfast.

The hotel environment has a musty damp smell. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the sink would t drain on the first night. It was repaired. Our room wasn’t refreshed after the first night. Housekeeping didn’t even come to the room and try to clean it

Pool was very dirty in the morning. Hallways odd dated and smell bad. Check in is at 3pm and they run your card at 11am. That's absurdity. Overall won't stay there again.

I had an amazing stay, the staff was very pleasant, helpful and kind. The room was clean and Kool. The pool was small but comfortable. Because of the friendly and very tentative staff I give this hotel 👍👍

My kids loves the pool. My only complaint was the pool towels were miniature. My very thin son could barely wrap it around his waist. The breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was like most pullout couches. The front desk lady was super helpful and very accommodating. We would definitely go back.

The hotel is a convenient location near Rehoboth beach. The rooms are clean and areas are clean. We used the meeting room upstairs - it was very spacious and useful for team gathering. We had a bathroom issue in our room and Ryan (the night shift staff) was helpful in fixing the issues and addressed our concerns when following up.
