The hotel was very clean and safe. The beds are great and so are the pillows. The closet was broken --one side of the shelf and hanging bar was disconnected from the wall, it seemed to be propped up on the ironing board but still too crooked and fragile to hang our clothes. We just hung them in the bathroom. Also, we did not have any conditioner in our shower. They have bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash connected to the wall in the shower. The conditioner bottle was empty. Other than that, it was all good.

Hampton Inns’ just aren’t what they used to be. I booked this hotel and immediately when pulling in, I regretted it. Lacks parking, shares a side of the lot with Burger King, and door were propped open around the hotel due to faulty door scanners—which would not work for guests if the doors are closed. Hotel had a generally “muggy” smell. Housekeeping came at almost 5pm, after we had been gone most of the day and were now back napping. Pool out of service and this was best because it was outdoors and dirty. Rooms need new bedding and platform base cover was frayed. It just was not a comfortable stay. I am glad we were only there for the weekend. Had I needed to stay longer, I would have tried another place. Hilton must do better!

The staff is extra friendly and very helpful, the facility is very clean. Great ac. Breakfast is good coffee and little bit to weak, and thats the only complaint. But Honeybee coffee on the square fixed me right up

The location was perfect for an Ole Miss game day, but the hotel itself was mediocre at best. Calling it "in need of TLC" is a generous understatement—it desperately needs maintenance, a deep clean, and a serious update. Our room was a parade of DIY mysteries: The A/C: Disconnected from the wall thermostat (luckily, we cracked the code). The Sink: Faucet wasn't actually attached to the countertop. The Toilet: Operating on its own unpredictable phantom-flushing schedule. The Walls: Featuring unpatched, unpainted scars where a mirror used to live. On the bright side, we did spot a diamond earring dangling from the fire sprinkler. Sadly, it turned out to be fake. The ice machine was out of order, and judging by the weathered state of the "Out of Order" sign, it’s been retired for a long time. The front desk staff were wonderfully pleasant, but at $300 a night? Ouch.
