Lakeside Country Club - Apartamentos Turísticos

I have stopped at the Lakeside around 6 times previously and always enjoyed it. The location is great however I stayed in apartment 42 and I feel it was very tired and in need of updating. There was no tv on the wall in the main bedroom and the bathroom vanity needs replacing due to wear over the years. The bathroom was clean but s separate shower would have been better instead of a shower over the bath. The apartment had an ant infestation in the bedroom and bathroom, I did report this to reception and they did treat the issue but it was back again the following day.

Fantastic location, spotless accommodation, fantastic indoor pool. Decor a little outdated and beds very hard.

Lovely indoor pool and very clean rooms, already looking at coming back next year.

Un bel appartement avec tout le nécessaire. La navette n'était pas disponible le weekend et les jours de fêtes. Aucun transport publique. Le déjeuner offrait une bonne variété d'aliments. Les aliments chauds étaient généralement froids et le service ordinaire.

We were massively impressed with this resort. The apartment was so much better than we had anticipated. It was spacious and immaculately clean. It also had lots of amenities that we hadn’t expected - washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board etc. There were also 2 x sofas, and dining tables inside and on the balcony. We didn’t want for anything. (It even had sky sports!) The apartment was cleaned every day which was lovely. The breakfast was included in our holiday price and was eaten at the ‘Sena’ restaurant which was on the complex and the food and choice was incredible. We also booked an evening meal there which was delicious! Further added bonuses were the under cover heated pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna, plus a little gym. Honestly. Nothing to fault. Our friends have now booked for next year and we are looking to book again too…
