Generous sized room with extra bed and large balcony. Buffet dinner was reasonably priced but nothing special. Serves as a good base to explore Seville but avoiding the city prices. The rooms are not found proof and there were lots of your groups - kids and rally folk… so there was quite a bit of noise and door slamming in the morning. Pool was being renovated in early April so couldn’t use it. Staff were friendly, bar and garden decent.

Grand hôtel agréable. Chambre spacieuse. Jardin autour et belle piscine extérieure. Nourriture très médiocre. Je déconseille d'y manger Hotel isolé et loin du centre ville.

Propreté génerale laissant à désirer, piscine sale, verte, impropre à la baignade, aménagement de la terrasse avec 2 chaises plastiques sales, jardin non nettoyé, parking payant pour un hotel au milieu de nulle part... bref trés cher et pas aux attendus!

Endroit est facile a trouver. Notre chambre avait de vieux meuble usée. Notre point negatif etait la piscine fermée losquil fait 37 degré et qu'elle est remplie d eau.

Nous avons passé deux jour dans cet hôtel. Pas de doute, c’est un très bel établissement avec un potentiel énorme. Mais… car il y a un mais, il pêche par manque de maintenance et d’améliorations. La literie était horrible et je n’ai rien dormi le premier soir. Idem pour l’oreiller très cheap! Le mobilier était fatigué, désuet, usé! Le pompon était un détail mortel mais oh combien gênant : ils ont voulu rajouter un bandeau en bois au lieu de la tête de lit pour mettre une bande led… moyen de faire un coup de frais à pas cher. Sauf que voilà, non seulement c’est moche et ça ne sert à rien, mais surtout cela empêche purement et simplement de s’assoir dans le lit, pour regarder la tv, consulter ses mails ou lire des vidéos sur son mobile. Vous à avez le bandeau dans la nuque, c’est juste pas possible. Et comme il n’y a pas non plus de second oreiller dans la chambre c’est mort. La SDB est dans le même ton avec des robinets d’un autre âge, même pas de mitigeurs. La deco préhistorique et les vasques mattes d’etres récurées. Les petits dej étaient corrects, sans plus. La encore les, ou plutôt la machine à café (2 en panne) marchait quand elle voulait. Les jus : tout du chimique en poudre en Espagne… Dommage pour le standing de l’hôtel et ce qu’il devrait être. Vu l’emplacement et la taille de l’hôtel, faire payer le parking est aussi abusé selon moi. Vu de l’extérieur on dirait que l’hôtel est victime d’un patron trop pingre sur la qualité des équipement et qui économise sur tout.

Muy buen hotel. Es la segunda vez que me alojo en él. Muy limpio, y personal muy agradable, especialmente en los restaurantes y desayuno. La comida y el desayuno, muy bien. Decoración árabe muy bonita. Recomendable

Paredes desconchadas, decoración de madera hinchados y abiertos por la humedad, cerradura que funciona mal (y cuatro habitaciones del mismo pasillo directamente sin ellas suponemos que por no funcionar), desagüe de la bañera oxidado y picado, tapa del inodoro con la madera hinchada y abierta, luces de la habitación que no encienden, telarañas en la parte de abajo de la mesita de noche, agujeros alrededor del espejo del baño... Lo único bueno el buffet del desayuno, que aunque era pequeño, estaba suficientemente surtido y de buen sabor y calidad, así como el personal, que hace lo que puede con lo que les Dan.

El hotel está bien, en su tiempo debió ser impresionante, ahora le falta algo de mantenimiento.

El hotel está limpio y cumple con su propósito. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son muy antiguas y necesita una renovación urgente. Los alrededores del hotel y el pueblo está bastante sucio y descuidado.

The property doesn't look as good as in picture listings. Very outdated room furniture, dirty corridors, poorly maintained pool area. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, but 2 star for sure.

The place is clean but very old.. The staff is few, some are helpful in serving guests, and some are not interested. TV doesn't work and is old. Breakfast is not diverse especially for those who do not eat pigs and drinks during breakfast their options are limited ... The view was great and the price is very acceptable

Facile d'accès, pas tres propre (une chips est restee écrasée dans l'ascenseur pendant 3 jours par exemple), la personne à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée n'a pas jugé utile de faire l'effort de parler doucement malgré notre demande de ralentir son débit vocal, c'est son collègue qui est intervenu pour nous expliquer, le buffet n'est franchement pas terrible (mauvaise qualité, tres gras). En plus pas de chance,2 mariages donc du bruit une bonne partie de la nuit avec des gens serieusement alcoolisés. Sinon le parc est joli et les chambres spacieuses, literie de bonne qualité

Hotel bello, stanza e bagno molto spaziosi. Purtroppo il letto era molto rumoroso e ad ogni movimento un gran rumore! La colazione è migliorabile! Alle 7:00 la maggior parte del cibo caldo (uova, pancetta,etc) era già freddo…

Hotel lack some very basic services. For example, It was hot the day we arrived but the hotel did not have air-conditioning in the room. They did not have iron in the room. Beds were not very comfy.

Vi kom med sykler og fikk parkert de inne. Flott. Hotellet og rommene er flott. Men det var ikke satt frem vannflasker på rommet, heller ikke vannkoker og kaffe/teposer. Det er jo litt dårlig for 4-stjerners hotell. Helt ok middagsbuffet og frokost. Vi har fått mer på andre 2-stjerners hoteller Men stort og pent var det.

Pratique pour visiter Seville à 20 minutes en voiture, stationnement gratuit en face de l’hôtel. Seul bémol, l’air climatiser fonctionne très peu. Déjeuner parfait.

Nice hotel, but airconditition was pretty cold.

Very busy hotel positioned on outskirts of Sevilla, many coach tour parties frequent the hotel, therefore, very crowded and noisy at the breakfast serving. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights to explore Sevilla and the surrounding areas. On our lastnight there was a large party of 200 young people and a function/celebration with a very loud disco/band that continued to 5am in the morning. Without any sleep, we complained to the management, to which they had very little sympathy for our privacy and peace & quiet, even though they had clearly booked this function, the staff had no concerns of the room they had put us in, which was directly overlooking the function marquee. Be aware that the hotel in not interested in individual travellers, they are only catering for large coachloads of tourists.

Nous séjournions assez régulièrement dans cet hotel il y a une vingtaine d'années, à cette époque il correspondait à un 4 étoiles. Depuis il s'est vraiment dégradé,. Manque d'entretien, confort rudimentaire, mobilier dégradé, manque de réactivité du personnel. Visiblement cet hotelfonctionne grace aux voyagistes ( 4 bus tous les jours)

One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. It is considered a 4-star hotel, but in reality, if it has 2* it is a lot! The photos of the chosen apartment do not match reality: the hotel is very old and has never been renovated; paid parking, even with a huge area without cars; old furniture (bed with loose headboard, peeling door, old mini bar unit, scratched and dirty, no chairs (we had to ask, but they changed our room), hand shower is so strong that it is uncontrollable in your hand, no coffee, tea or water in the room, at night a guest entered the room by mistake (error by reception who offered the same room!!), the following night, furniture was moving around all night, breakfast was inferior. Bad bad choice!

Stayed on the first floor and the room had a terrace also. The room was very dimly lit, would recommend getting brighter lights and hotel is in need of a renovation as it's getting tired. Staff are very courteous and attentive. There is a LIDL grocery store close by which makes it convenient.

Tried to request for a cup of ice with the bartender and she wouldn't provide as it's only provided when a drink is purchase. Front desk wouldn't assist to get this resolved

L hôtel n est qu a 20min en voiture d une place ou l on peut prendre bus pour aller au centre de Séville Il est également situé à côté d un charmant petit village Je recommande

This Hotel could be one of the best in the area considering the limited time needed to reach Sevilla by car. Unfortunately there isn’t a shuttle bus to the Andalusia’s capital city and this is a significant limit.

Faut être véhicule sinon il ya un arrêt de bus juste devant l hôtel , faut avoir systématiquement du liquide sinon ils vous laisse sur place ils ne prennent pas de carte bleue dans les bus ! Sinon hôtel 3 étoiles maximum . Mais très loin d un 4* .

Las instalaciones están bastante envejecidas, los muebles de la habitación no abrían bien, ni el armario ni la cómoda. Faltaba alguna manta en el armario. Lo peor de la estancia fue durante los desayunos, había 2 tostadores, los cuales ninguno tostaba, la gente esperaba eternidades, volvía a meter el pan y salía de nuevo blanco, se quejaron personas delante de mí, pero en los 4 días que estuve no cambió nada. Pienso que modernizar un poco la maquinaria y las instalaciones sería muy recomendable.

Hotel acogedor. Llevamos años llendo en verano y la verdad que está bastante bien. El bufett estupendo,a mejorado muchísimo,no hay mucha variedad pero suficiente y bastante bueno. Lo que hemos visto que a bajado mucho de calidad es el bar,restaurante de la piscina,calidad baja y precio altísimo. En definitiva la estancia a sido bastante buena
