Please note that an automated hold will be placed on your credit card equivalent to the total amount of your reservation. This hold will be automatically released and the amount will be returned to your account upon checking in and paying us directly at the property. Failure to arrive for your booking without prior cancellation will lead to the cancellation of your reservation and a charge for the full amount of your booking will be applied to your credit card. If you miss your booking date without notice and arrive a day late, we cannot guarantee room or bed availability. Our hostels are typically full, and your reserved space may be booked by others. To avoid this, please verify your booking dates carefully. Cancellation Policies: - If you have booked the standard rate, cancellations are only accepted 7 days prior to arrival. In case of a late cancellation or a no show, the property will charge the full amount of your stay. If you have booked the non-refundable rate, any cancellations at any time will result in charging the full amount of the stay. We do not issue refunds or accept modifications for non-refundable reservations. - No refunds will be issued for guests who decide to shorten their stay after check-in. Terms & Conditions: - Our rates include taxes. - Breakfast is complimentary for all our guests. - Our reception is open everyday from 8AM to 11PM. To reach us outside of reception working hours, please send us a message on Instagram. - Checkout is at 11AM. - Check-in starts at 2PM. - Each dormitory bed is for one traveler only. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - Drugs and any illegal substances are not allowed inside the hostel. - Our pool and rooftop area available and open from 8AM to 11PM everyday. - While we do host our own set of activities and events everyday, we always maintain a low noise level out of respect for our neighbors. - We ask travelers to always let us know if they want to invite friends to our hostel, especially during events. - There is a free luggage storage service on site where you can leave your items as you wait for check-in or for your departure time after checkout.
