Ho soggiornato al posh club e mi sono trovata benissimo, servizi esclusivi, spiaggia riservata, un ristorante sempre a disposizione e la sera si possono prenotare diversi ristoranti a là carte, è tutto incluso. E l’ospitalità egiziana è sempre la migliore!

The Sunrise Diamond is a large resort, with something for everyone. We were a couple just wanting a “Fly & Flop” It was ideal as there was a separate Adults Only pool, with fab staff & bar. 🍹🍸There was a larger pool where all the activities were centred, we spent one afternoon there. There was also a pool with slides & another quieter pool. Food & drink was great and plentiful on All inclusive. Standard Jewel restaurant was good, but buffet style. Staff were generally attentive, but a lot of getting up & down. We took advantage of booking for the Italian, Mongolian, Indian and Egyptian restaurants on most evenings, as the service and food in all of them was lovely. Made our meals special. We used the Egyptian restaurant for breakfast as it was quieter, staff were great and it had a lovely sea view, if slightly less choice. We found the main restaurant a little hectic.Gym, gardens, 🎄decorations and entertainment good. Sports bar also shows Premiership ⚽️ The vast majority of staff were wonderful and attentive, and genuinely wanted to please without expecting tips. If you want to tip $ & € are preferred. Money can be exchanged on site at good rates, if you want some Egyptian currency.

At 56 years of age and very well travelled, I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of service anywhere I’ve stayed. The hotel is immaculate, spacious and exceptionally well maintained, and everything feels calm, organised and effortless. We stayed for 10 days in January in a swim-up room, and the pool was beautifully heated and very warm, which made a huge difference at that time of year. The adults-only pool was also heated, and there were always plenty of people using the main pool too, so we assume that was heated as well. The staff throughout the hotel are outstanding — genuinely friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of service is consistent everywhere. The food is excellent, with a fantastic choice of à la carte restaurants including Mongolian, Italian, Indian and Egyptian, and you can dine in them as many times as you like during your stay, which we haven’t experienced in Egypt before. You can snorkel straight off the jetty, and there’s also a sandy beach with a shallow area that’s ideal for paddling. The hotel grounds are beautiful and easy to walk around, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. This hotel is honestly faultless and without doubt one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. There are a few bars which were all nice, but Latitude was a great spot in the evening for music and cocktails. The beach is nice and has an adult only section. There’s plenty of entertainment, but also plenty of quieter places to relax. Overall fantastic hotel and holiday! 10/10

Hotel looked very nice and modern. Facilities were great and staff service was also good. The main pool and adults pool were great. The bars were very nice and good drinks selection. The choice was vaste to have drinks at night as all the bars had a different theme. The reason for 3 stars is the food which was a real let down for the whole stay, from the buffet lunch to dinner. Also tried the Italian and Mongolian a la carte and they were just very average, nothing mesmerising about the food.

Overall was a nice stay at the resort. Good size pool. Beach was very tight and narrow but the corals area very nice! The food was the only let down. Although they had a vast amount of selection, the quality/taste was not great and often the same food every day with only small variations. Room was small, only showers so no bath tub which was tricky with an infant. Internal taxi service was a plus, one of the drivers Mohammed was exceptional to us. One of the reception staff Fares was very sleazy. Kept giving an unhelpful look like everytime i was coming to approach he would whisper to his colleague like i will say something bad…

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool shared between 3 rooms but for our last week, we had sole use. The main pool is great too, very large and plenty of sun beds but we did notice the towels seemed to stay on the beds all day, sometimes without anybody using them which was frustrating as the sun was low in November and you had to sit one side of the pool in the afternoon to take advantage of it. Now for the staff …. they absolutely make this hotel and their attention to detail and dedication to making your holiday memorable is amazing. They recognise repeat visitors and take your happiness and enjoyment personally. Already booked to go back as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!

My wife and I spent 5 days here and had the best time! The Posh Club facilities were wonderful and everyone made every effort to make us feel as spoilt and comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Merna, Talaal, Shady, Mohamed Safwat, El Qassem, Ibrahim, Abdallah, Fathy and Zeyad, and everyone else that made our stay so nice and memorable! We definitely will be back again.
My wife and I spent 5 days here and had the best time! The Posh Club facilities were wonderful and everyone made every effort to make us feel as spoilt and comfortable as possible! Lovely resort on the sea. Beautiful pools and many activities going on. Staff is kind and eager to help. Many choices for dining. Breakfast buffet has EVERYTHING you could possibly want! My reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are as follows: 1. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and it was difficult to see adequately to put on make up. As bright as it is in Egypt in the day, I couldn't find a spot in room to see properly in the mirror! 2. Housekeeping made pretty decorations with rose petals on the beds but the pillow and bedding had some hairs and a piece of food on the second night, which makes me think maybe they didn't wash hands or change gloves between cleaning rooms. 3. The pool and beach close WAY too early! It is still hot at 6 pm and swimming in the beautiful pools and ocean should be available!

Great location where there are no cold winds in winter, the quality and variety of food is pleasant (especially fish, turkey, 10 kind of honey, yogurt and vegetables and fruits), excellent service, everything in the hotel is quiet clean and beautiful, I liked the ala carte Italian restaurant and the gym also.

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool shared between 3 rooms but for our last week, we had sole use. The main pool is great too, very large and plenty of sun beds but we did notice the towels seemed to stay on the beds all day, sometimes without anybody using them which was frustrating as the sun was low in November and you had to sit one side of the pool in the afternoon to take advantage of it. Now for the staff …. they absolutely make this hotel and their attention to detail and dedication to making your holiday memorable is amazing. They recognise repeat visitors and take your happiness and enjoyment personally. Already booked to go back as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!

Es el mejor resort en el que he estado. No hacen distinción entre nacionalidades,cosa que sí he visto en muchos otros.el personal te trata súper bien y si te surge algún problema o necesitas ayuda con algo aparecen tres para solucionarlo en un segundo . El sitio está bastante bien mantenido y la limpieza es excelente. Tiene varios restaurantes y todos están muy ricos por lo que no te da tiempo a hartarse de la comida. El muelle del snorkel está muy bien y tienen un lado para baño también. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Lovely resort on the sea. Beautiful pools and many activities going on. Staff is kind and eager to help. Many choices for dining. Breakfast buffet has EVERYTHING you could possibly want! My reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are as follows: 1. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and it was difficult to see adequately to put on make up. As bright as it is in Egypt in the day, I couldn't find a spot in room to see properly in the mirror! 2. Housekeeping made pretty decorations with rose petals on the beds but the pillow and bedding had some hairs and a piece of food on the second night, which makes me think maybe they didn't wash hands or change gloves between cleaning rooms. 3. The pool and beach close WAY too early! It is still hot at 6 pm and swimming in the beautiful pools and ocean should be available!

All the restaurants are run superbly and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are amazing! At 56 years of age and very well travelled, I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of service anywhere I’ve stayed. The hotel is immaculate, spacious and exceptionally well maintained, and everything feels calm, organised and effortless. We stayed for 10 days in January in a swim-up room, and the pool was beautifully heated and very warm, which made a huge difference at that time of year. The adults-only pool was also heated, and there were always plenty of people using the main pool too, so we assume that was heated as well. The staff throughout the hotel are outstanding — genuinely friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of service is consistent everywhere. The food is excellent, with a fantastic choice of à la carte restaurants including Mongolian, Italian, Indian and Egyptian, and you can dine in them as many times as you like during your stay, which we haven’t experienced in Egypt before. You can snorkel straight off the jetty, and there’s also a sandy beach with a shallow area that’s ideal for paddling. The hotel grounds are beautiful and easy to walk around, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. This hotel is honestly faultless and without doubt one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. I visited this hotel for the first time with my family. They had immaculate hospitality and impeccable service from all the staff members superb! Breakfast was delicious diversified and the views from their restaurants were magnificent, especially during evening times absolutely breathtaking ✨ I’d definitely recommend people to go there. Remember to book the deluxe swim up room great for the value 👍 P.S. Their hotel taxi service were exceptional thanks to Alaa, he made sure we were safe and sound wherever we travelled. Overall was a nice stay at the resort. Good size pool. Beach was very tight and narrow but the corals area very nice! The food was the only let down. Although they had a vast amount of selection, the quality/taste was not great and often the same food every day with only small variations. Room was small, only showers so no bath tub which was tricky with an infant. Internal taxi service was a plus, one of the drivers Mohammed was exceptional to us. One of the reception staff Fares was very sleazy. Kept giving an unhelpful look like everytime i was coming to approach he would whisper to his colleague like i will say something bad…

Overall was a nice stay at the resort. Good size pool. Beach was very tight and narrow but the corals area very nice! The food was the only let down. Although they had a vast amount of selection, the quality/taste was not great and often the same food every day with only small variations. Room was small, only showers so no bath tub which was tricky with an infant. Internal taxi service was a plus, one of the drivers Mohammed was exceptional to us. One of the reception staff Fares was very sleazy. Kept giving an unhelpful look like everytime i was coming to approach he would whisper to his colleague like i will say something bad…

My wife and I spent 5 days here and had the best time! The Posh Club facilities were wonderful and everyone made every effort to make us feel as spoilt and comfortable as possible! Special thanks to Merna, Talaal, Shady, Mohamed Safwat, El Qassem, Ibrahim, Abdallah, Fathy and Zeyad, and everyone else that made our stay so nice and memorable! We definitely will be back again.
My wife and I spent 5 days here and had the best time! The Posh Club facilities were wonderful and everyone made every effort to make us feel as spoilt and comfortable as possible! The check in process is not the best. Staff are kind and cheerful, but not professional enough. Mr Rafaat was helpful and tried to make things better. Overall it’s a nice experience, but not the 5 star experience you are looking for. The head chef is a very cheerful and nice person to talk to whenever you head to the restaurant.

The staff were some of the friendliest I have ever come across. The resort was clean and well maintained. The food wasn’t great but not terrible either. However … I didn’t like feeling like I was being scammed when trying to add my husband to my room or when I went to see their “doctor” which I laid a small fee for. I booked for one person because my husband wasn’t sure if he was going to join me or not at the end of my 12 day stay. To avoid paying 500 extra over the almost two weeks I thought I would just add him for a few days there at the resort thinking it would be cheaper. They wanted 150 usd a night for him to join me in my existing room. 4 days would have cost me 600 usd plus fees. I ended up booking him his own room for 113 Usd all inclusive. It was cheaper for me to book (through their own website) his own room then add him to my own. I was also doing a tech diving course while there and had suspected decompression sickness. When I went to see the doctor I had an elevated blood pressure 150/120 (im young and healthy) and severe dizziness. He had no idea why I would be requesting oxygen and ushered me out to see another patient. Any qualified doctor would know oxygen is the first thing administered. Some great staff but those at the front desk and the doctor made me not want to come back for our next diving trip.

Ho soggiornato al posh club e mi sono trovata benissimo, servizi esclusivi, spiaggia riservata, un ristorante sempre a disposizione e la sera si possono prenotare diversi ristoranti a là carte, è tutto incluso. E l’ospitalità egiziana è sempre la migliore!

The Sunrise Diamond is a large resort, with something for everyone. We were a couple just wanting a “Fly & Flop” It was ideal as there was a separate Adults Only pool, with fab staff & bar. 🍹🍸There was a larger pool where all the activities were centred, we spent one afternoon there. There was also a pool with slides & another quieter pool. Food & drink was great and plentiful on All inclusive. Standard Jewel restaurant was good, but buffet style. Staff were generally attentive, but a lot of getting up & down. We took advantage of booking for the Italian, Mongolian, Indian and Egyptian restaurants on most evenings, as the service and food in all of them was lovely. Made our meals special. We used the Egyptian restaurant for breakfast as it was quieter, staff were great and it had a lovely sea view, if slightly less choice. We found the main restaurant a little hectic.Gym, gardens, 🎄decorations and entertainment good. Sports bar also shows Premiership ⚽️ The vast majority of staff were wonderful and attentive, and genuinely wanted to please without expecting tips. If you want to tip $ & € are preferred. Money can be exchanged on site at good rates, if you want some Egyptian currency.

Easy to get taxi anywhere Shops in hotel ridiculously expensive Hardly any vegan / vegetarian options, no alternative milk, you can use 4 Al la carte restaurants but they are a bit strange. Music around pool is literally head banging house music which was bizarre It was a good hotel though

At 56 years of age and very well travelled, I can honestly say I have never experienced this level of service anywhere I’ve stayed. The hotel is immaculate, spacious and exceptionally well maintained, and everything feels calm, organised and effortless. We stayed for 10 days in January in a swim-up room, and the pool was beautifully heated and very warm, which made a huge difference at that time of year. The adults-only pool was also heated, and there were always plenty of people using the main pool too, so we assume that was heated as well. The staff throughout the hotel are outstanding — genuinely friendly, attentive and always willing to help. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and the level of service is consistent everywhere. The food is excellent, with a fantastic choice of à la carte restaurants including Mongolian, Italian, Indian and Egyptian, and you can dine in them as many times as you like during your stay, which we haven’t experienced in Egypt before. You can snorkel straight off the jetty, and there’s also a sandy beach with a shallow area that’s ideal for paddling. The hotel grounds are beautiful and easy to walk around, and everything is kept spotlessly clean. This hotel is honestly faultless and without doubt one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. There are a few bars which were all nice, but Latitude was a great spot in the evening for music and cocktails. The beach is nice and has an adult only section. There’s plenty of entertainment, but also plenty of quieter places to relax. Overall fantastic hotel and holiday! 10/10

Great location where there are no cold winds in winter, the quality and variety of food is pleasant (especially fish, turkey, 10 kind of honey, yogurt and vegetables and fruits), excellent service, everything in the hotel is quiet clean and beautiful, I liked the ala carte Italian restaurant and the gym also.

Nous avons réservé cet hotel car nous avions un vol tres tot le matin. Le check out et la navette très rapide . l'hôtel se situe à 7 mn des terminaux . Hotel tres bien entretenu dans l'ensemble mais necessite une rénovation et manque d'éclairage dans les chambres et surtout des prises. Mais je recommande

Es el mejor resort en el que he estado. No hacen distinción entre nacionalidades,cosa que sí he visto en muchos otros.el personal te trata súper bien y si te surge algún problema o necesitas ayuda con algo aparecen tres para solucionarlo en un segundo . El sitio está bastante bien mantenido y la limpieza es excelente. Tiene varios restaurantes y todos están muy ricos por lo que no te da tiempo a hartarse de la comida. El muelle del snorkel está muy bien y tienen un lado para baño también. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Hotel bellissimo, servizio eccellente . La nostra camera con accesso diretto in piscina aveva tutti i confort necessari . Bellissima la barriera corallina con accesso dal pontile . Bravissimi tutti i ragazzi dalla reception ai ristoranti ai bar e al servizio in camera . Per quanto riguarda i ristoranti ce ne per tutti i gusti sempre con il prezzo all inclusive si puo cenare alla carta in ben 6 ristoranti a tema indiano, grill, italiano, egiziano e sushi a volonta. Per gli italiani quasi tutti riescono a parlare in italiano all interno del resort .

All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. There are a few bars which were all nice, but Latitude was a great spot in the evening for music and cocktails. The beach is nice and has an adult only section. There’s plenty of entertainment, but also plenty of quieter places to relax. Overall fantastic hotel and holiday! 10/10
Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! Hotel looked very nice and modern. Facilities were great and staff service was also good. The main pool and adults pool were great. The bars were very nice and good drinks selection. The choice was vaste to have drinks at night as all the bars had a different theme. The reason for 3 stars is the food which was a real let down for the whole stay, from the buffet lunch to dinner. Also tried the Italian and Mongolian a la carte and they were just very average, nothing mesmerising about the food.

This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool shared between 3 rooms but for our last week, we had sole use. The main pool is great too, very large and plenty of sun beds but we did notice the towels seemed to stay on the beds all day, sometimes without anybody using them which was frustrating as the sun was low in November and you had to sit one side of the pool in the afternoon to take advantage of it. Now for the staff …. they absolutely make this hotel and their attention to detail and dedication to making your holiday memorable is amazing. They recognise repeat visitors and take your happiness and enjoyment personally. Already booked to go back as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!

Overall the hotel and sevices are nice. But food we had real issues with. We even spoke with chefs but after a while iit felt llke we jjst complained. Most of the foods is for meat eaters and even tbe indian restaurant only has 3 items on menus. We evnd spoke to main manager. I can write alot herer but just know you will struggle. We pay soo much money and walk away feelings like it was not holiday. Food is one of the main elements of hotels. Be warned

This was our second stay at Sunrise Diamond Beach Resort. We returned because our first visit was a very positive experience, and we were genuinely looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, this time the experience was quite mixed and overall disappointing. The most noticeable issue was that the service felt very much on autopilot. Staff were generally polite, but there was very little sense of personal attention or engagement with guests. It often felt as if routines were being followed without really seeing the people they were serving. Already upon arrival we experienced a problem. Right outside our room there was an overflowing service disposal box that normally should be emptied regularly. It remained there for more than 24 hours and attracted birds and insects, which is not exactly the welcome you expect at a resort of this level. Our swim up pool also had issues. When we arrived there was a used condom and other debris in the water, which clearly had not been removed during the pool cleaning. In addition, pool chemicals were added during daytime hours without any clear indication that the pool should not be used afterwards, which raised some safety concerns. The noise level around activities was also surprisingly high compared with the number of participants. Often there were very few guests attending the dance or gym activities, yet the music volume was extremely loud. The same applied during breakfast and late evening hours, which made it difficult to relax.
