Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was in very poor condition. Room has cobwebs in ceiling in corner by door. Floor was dirty. Trash cans around building were routinely overflowing, cigarette butts in several locations. On first walk to our room (upstairs), rough group of guys sitting on stairs drinking beer, cussing, smoking. Light switch in room non-operational, known to turn on lamp missing. Hair on bathroom floor in corners upon first arrival. Shower was very nice though.

The elevator was scary. Wasn’t sure if it was going to make it. The sheets on the bed were very wrinkled and I found a hair in the bathtub.

The king size bed was about 5 years past replacement they raised their rates to double on the weekends the washer was broke and there was only the one machine in their laundry. They come up in a search for extended stay buy they arent one they only offer a mini fridge and microwave for food prep so a lot of my food went to waste.

I enjoy this hotel when I need to stay for work. The rooms are always clean and cozy as long as you are on the upper floors. This hotel is older and needs updating. The elevator is ancient too.

Older property; doors open to outside, rooms are quite small. Moreover, while I realize that a motel can't select its clientele, this facility seems to have been chosen by a large number of certain motorcycle types. So if you like to be awakened at 2:00 am by inconsiderate LOUD Harleys, then this is the place for you.

Overall hotel was in good shape. Our room was very clean, linens smelled fresh, and it was pleasantly quiet at night. The pool looked fabulous, but probably too cold at this time of year. Great value for the price.

Mediocre at best. Underneath the bed and couch was filthy (old food, not just dust). It's only three floors, so the elevator isn't super necessary, but the elevator was in terrible shape (I used it once to get to the ice machine, the ground floor one was broken). Definitely felt overpriced for the state of the property.

They dirt under my sock indicated that the floor was dirty. An earring fell and went under the bed. When moved back, under yhe bed was full of dirt, dust and crumbs. One of the bedspreads had two cigarette burn holes in it. I killed 7 green flies in the room. There was a trash can near the steps by room which may account for this.

Upon entering the room it had a terrible sewage/stale cigarette smell in a non smoking room. One the of pillows still had makeup on it from the previous guest. We informed the front desk that we need new sheets because of the makeup covered pillow and left again for the evening. 5 hours later we returned to the bed remade but the pillow with the making STILL HAD THE DIRTY PILLOW CASE ON IT. Went to front desk to get another pillow case and they said they didnt have any at the front desk, she reluctantly then gave me 2 pool towels. There were burns marks in the comforter as well. There was hair in the shower and the drain was in disrepair. The mirror looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. Unfortunately the staff I encountered werent all that friendly to top it all off.

The hair dryer was covered in brown splashes of dried liquid. The couch was stained with white streaks. I had to leave within 5 minutes and get a different hotel room. Was not given a refund, credit, or any sort of accommodation from the hotel.

Booked a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the bedspread and office chair. The room was dirty and smelled awful. The water in the pool was green. We are not hard to please. When driving 10 hours one day then 10 hours the next you just want a clean room to sleep for 8 hours. We tried to last the night but woke up at midnight and left. The guy at reception was very nice.

I'll start with the positive. Beds were comfortable and basic breakfast was great to take on the road. Close to UT. Very outdated hotel-not worth the price paid. Needs major updates. Only two outlets in the room. Paint peeling and bathroom needs attention-lots of cracks and just felt unfinished.

The bed was amazingly comfy!! Slept good. Theres a lot of sketchy activity all around the place, and the room was lightly cleaned. For sure run the ac nonstop or the room will be sopping wet, floors and all.

I booked this room on the wrong day. I canceled it on the very next day. I still have yet to receive my refund for the room. I called quality Inn about my refund and I was called dumb by the person who works there. I will never use Expedia again and I definitely won’t ever book a quality in.

Roach in room and the male housekeeper walked in while I was naked an hr before our time ended. He did not knock or make himself known, he let himself in at 10am and our check out time is 11am.

Stay Away from this property! Upon check in the 1st thing was a strong smell of weed. After getting into the room floors dirty, 2.lighys not working, mold on the AC & it.wasn't working. This isn't the worst. My son as he was bringing up some luggage found used needles & empty drug baggies around the property. This combined with the weed smell made me decide to for the 1st time in my life check out of the property before.even staying a night. When i went to the front desk and told the MOD that I was checking out she did ask why. I told her all of the above and ahe just.looked at me & started to process my check out. I attempted to contact the hotel manager for.the next 2.days and i couldn't even get a person to answer the phone. Do yourself a favor pay a little more $$ and stay somewhere else.

Check in was easy. Clerk was professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were sufficient with all the basic amenities. Breakfast items are available, but we did try it. Overall we were happy with our stay, and will probably book here again in the future.

The night clerk was awesome. I cannot remember a time when I came across someone as friendly as this lady. I do not know what she gets paid, but I definitely would say that she deserves a raise or a bonus from her employers for the way that she makes you feel. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for you.

We stayed here as part of a business trip. The staff are lovely but the area in which the hotel is in is very run down with lots of transients coming and going, rummaging through the bins outside the room etc. The Police are doing frequent drive-bys, but even so, i had my car broken in to outside this place. My room was very run down with the toilet and bath tap constantly running, the ceiling was hanging down in the corners and was black with mold. There is plenty of parking here, but seriously, the whole area is quite dodgy. Short walk to some nice restaurants and fuel station. Id rather stay a few more miles out of the city in a safer area and better (and more up-to-date) next time.

Would not recommend. Probably one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. And, really it's not a hotel -it's a motel which was not in the description. Pretty sure the guy before me rented a room and had a prostitute with him. Crowds hanging out in the parking lot blaring music. Definitely do not feel safe.

We have stayed here many times the last 10 years. It's not a fancy place but good value for your dollar. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Convenient to the highway and several restaurants are nearby.

Completely overpriced due to outdated facilities, everything is in distress, water stains on the ceiling, unmatched tiles and moldy smell. Breakfast area smelled of heavy industrial cleaning chemicals. Most importantly, there are drug sellers and other suspicious characters wander around right at the parking lot. Book elsewhere for the same price.

The breakfast was very limited. The coffee creamer in the room was hard as a rock,you could tell that it had been there for a while. The room was clean but the sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. The rooms need to be updated . The woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly and i appreciated her asking about our stay.

Staff was friendly but beyond that it was nothing to write home about. Glad we were only there for a few hours to sleep. Not a nice room and breakfast was sorely lacking.

For the money a decent deal. Tiny TV of course, but had a microwave and fridge in room, along with a desk. Shower was very good, light over bathroom sink could have been brighter. 4 very soft pillows was a nice surprise. Could have used a blanket, none in the room. Good breakfast, not great. Waffle, cereal, plain Bagel.

the breakfast was lame and unwelcoming. Normally Quality Inn offers decent bfast, but not this one, just waffles and bagel and muffins to load carbs no protein I guess people who come to these hotels gives a crap about proteins. Glad Waffle House was steps from the hotel. Bed was awesome, very comfy, quiet, shower was weak, coffee as well but at least they offer coffee once during 3 days of stay, lack of good service they empty trash daily so is that good service? it was good but next time in town going somewhere else.

Liked it had motel style door for each room. Small room but clean and comfortable. A bit noisy at night. Reviving cars nearby. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just carbs basically.

This hotel is very outdated and simply not very clean. The room I booked smelled like raw sewage upon arrival to the room. We arrived late at night after a very long drive and was exhausted. There was only one front desk clerk at the time and there was a very long check-in wait time. Also an unexpected deposit of $100 upon check-in for incidentals which I know isn't unusual but you also expect a certain standard when this is charged. They did not meet that standard. When we got to the room and we immediately noticed the smell, I was afraid to set on the furniture or take my shoes off. I called down the front desk to report the problem and she said she was completely book and didn't have another room to offer but that she would be up as soon as possible to investigate the smell. Once she arrived she could smell it as well but had no idea where the smell could be coming from and stated that she would put a work order in for maintenance to check it out the following day. Magically, she was able to find another room for us to stay in. The second room was cleaner and didn't have an odor thankfully. Our other family members that booked an additional room also had a very outdated, dirty feeling room. Will not book here ever again and definitely would not recommend.

The room itself was clean and nice. The staff we encountered were great. We just had some issues...This was the first night my wife and I were able to get away from home in almost a year. One of our top things we looked forward to at the hotel was to utilize the swimming pool. I even called the day before our stay to check on the pool hours. They failed to tell me that the pool was out of service. We arrived and we couldn't check in for about 45 minutes past the time because the rooms were not ready. We were going to swim while waiting and found out the pool was green. We left for the evening and upon returning back, the only ice machine in service we were told was on the 3rd floor and it was empty. We had to leave to buy ice and upon our return there was a bug in the ice bucket in the room. We ended up checking out at approximately 2:00 a.m. and returned home. I have disputed the charges for the night.
