MainStay Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

Staff were beautiful, room was nice sized. But the site said it was a non smoking room. It was not, I woke with raspy voice & my hair stunk like smoke. This was recent smoking. When I said something in the morning the staff apologized and stated they do have people sign no smoking but said there is not much they can do. She offered to have management look at my complaint/concern. Most hotels that

Room great, staff great and very nice

The room for the needs of my adult son. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice having a kitchenette.

The staff was amazing. However, the room was cold the majority of the time. I found several roaches and dead bed bugs in the bed.

The pool is not working
