ESA used to mean that you had a kitchenette with utensils and a peaceful, clean place to stay during a transition. The manager tells me this property is a tier that does not include dishes or even a coffee maker. You have to buy a set of everything that you have in a storage space or other location. Cabinets damaged by water and fire. Dog walking areas covered in filth. Tobacco and weed smoke in stairwells. Police, fire, and ambulance visits.

Didn’t have room reserved. Had to break our family into rooms. Loud partying, drug dealing, dog fights throughout the visit. Asked for a blow dryer. They didn’t have one. Didn’t get shampoo, conditioner. No new towels. Housekeeping once every two weeks. Office closed when we needed it the most. When I made the reservation, breakfast was included, but no breakfast. Front desk said they stopped that…….

The chain has been going 30 years and I think this is the first one they opened. Location was good but the room was dated. Reception were helpful but cleanliness of the room was poor. We did not expect to have to purchase items to be able to eat and prepare meals as every cupboard was empty. If we had known this before we would not have booked. We felt as thought we were in a hotel for work people and shelderd accommodation and not a hotel for a holiday stay as we we're lead to believe from your website. Would not book again

They charge for useable internet

I liked everything, but there was no soap or shampoo

This property should have cost $75 a night. Not $225 There were NO amenities. NO tissues. NO soap. NO hairdryer. NO coffee machine . NO ice machine. And A fee if you didn’t take out your own trash. The exhaust fan was so loud you couldn’t turn the light on( both on same switch of course)

There were no amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap. Nothing in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean.

The room had not been cleaned at all it was like we walked in on someone else staying there , my friend was so appalled that we left and got a room elsewhere.

Waited an hour out front for someone to open the office door to check in. Floors, shower curtains, carpets all covered in stains. Smell of smoke in the room. Slept on top of the bed and not in the sheets.

My stay at this hotel was horrible! I thought being in Glendale Colorado that the hotels there may be appropriate for my stay. I was staying close to the Rose general hospital because my husband was there for a major surgery and we live up in the mountains so the hotel seemed to be the right one. It was in our price range and had what seemed like the accommodations I needed. When I arrived I found out that the floor has never been cleaned in the history of the past year. I'm a housekeeper and this was despicable. The room was filthy, including the walls, including the cabinets, behind the fridge, in the corners, up the baseboards and more. This hotel room did not have any cold water coming out of the tub. I complained immediately the next morning when the office opened and brought with me toilet paper pieces that had been wetted and then wiped on the floor to show how black the floor was. I was quickly offered a 25% discount. I am supposed to contact you at hotels.com to get my 25% discount from the manager at the hotel. I was told that room would be spotless and the floor would be clean by the time I got back. When I returned 8 hours later, that evening, the floor was just as dirty as it was when I left. I couldn't take a shower because there was no cold water to mix with the hot and it was boiling hot water so I took the towels off the rack and what did them down and scrubbed the floor myself. Dirty room, shady flop-house vibe.

Disgusting room. Floors were black from dirt. Trash under bed. Dog poop everywhere in parking lot. Fridge didn’t work and a lot of our food spoiled. Steaks, fruit and toddler yogurts.

There was dog hair all in the covers. The shower did not work and it also had dirt in the shower. The room had a very bad smell. I couldn’t even sleep. The room was not clean at all and not comfortable.

Definitely not like the pictures and not like any Extended Stay I have stayed at before. The floors were dirty and sticky, the bathtub was gross. The microwave didn’t work but they placed another one in the room fairly quickly. The refrigerator didn’t stay cold. The cabinets were falling apart.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, to the point it made my throat hurt in the morning. The door didn't seal all the way so I could see outside with the door closed.

Tv remote was missing. Had to go to the office to borrow one. The back of the remote does not have a cover. No closed captioned for my hubby to watch TV. Beds were not comfy. Flat, no softness on the mattress. Shower knob hard to turn on like it was stuck.

Air conditioning was in and out. Basically had to sleep in a sweat. Would work for 10 minutes than shut off regardless of the setting. And when it did work, was extremely loud. No toiletries at all except for one bar of soap. Had to use for showering and at the sink. Tv would go in and out. Almost unusable at times.

Front desk was unhelpful and has very limites hours. They couldn't tell me hownto get to my room. The room was dated, dirty, and run down. The water barely got hot, there was no coffee maker, cutlery or plates. The TV didn't work. Sketchy sorts of people hanging around outside at all hours. And given all of this, it was very overpriced.

My room was nearby the Target loading dock; so trucks started showing up early. Also, the neighbors were loud through the wee hours of the AM - but that is not necessarily under the hotel's control.

Asked and paid for a specific room. Couldn't get it. Room we got had mega problems. Lamp cord had no plug. Kitchen outlet didn't work. Kitchen sink leaks, water in cabinet. Hole in bathroom ceiling where fan should be. Refrigerator didn't keep food cold! Gap in door let cold air in! Shower scalded then froze you, back and forth. Beds were the only good thing about the room!! They transitioned into weekly/monthly rooms as we were there. Terrible place, wouldn't want to spend weekly money there!!

The hotel is very run down and in disrepair. Ceiling is bulging from water leaking. Cabinets are broken and pealing. Fan vent cover missing in bathroom, broken tile, dirty towels. Noisy neighbors fighting upstairs, and what I can only assume was a prostitute looking for a hookup in the parking lot.

Run down property. Poorly maintained.

I was not able to check in. My flight arrived late and when I arrived they were closed. I rung the bell and was turned away from checking in stating that I was a "no-show". I had to find a place to stay in the middle of the night.

Would not let me check in late and proceeded to kick me out of lobby because their system updates at midnight and would not let me check in due to a late flight coming in from out of state

Stayed 2 weeks, and found the staff and accomodations to be nothing short of amazing. Great value at any price. Location is great. Rooms clean and comfortable. Throw in a friendly well trained, accomodating staff and you have a Bingo. You win.

Upon arriving at the hotel around 11:45 PM, after a long day of travel, I was informed that the front desk could not process my check-in because their computer system was undergoing an overnight update. Despite calling the hotel information line earlier in the evening (10:30 PM) to ask specifically about late check-in, I was advised simply to use the outside phone to reach the front desk, with no mention of this potential issue. When I arrived and used the phone, the staff member was unable to complete the check-in due to the system being down. I again called the operator line and was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to find another hotel. No alternatives, accommodations, or assistance were offered. This left me stranded late at night with nine pieces of luggage and equipment bags, forced to arrange last-minute accommodations at another hotel. I ultimately paid over $400, plus the added expense of an Uber ride. More significantly, I lost valuable rest, managing only about four hours of sleep before beginning an intensive two-week work commitment the following morning. This unnecessary stress, expense, and loss of rest were unacceptable. I did not receive any prior notice online, during booking, or on the day of travel that check-in could be denied due to system downtime. Had I known, I would have made alternative arrangements. I was not offered any type of compensation. Very disappointed with experience.

Very friendly and attentive staff.

I needed a room change and the desk agent was very helpful. A few times I extended my stay for more days and the desk agent calmly did the process. The desk people are very helpful with Amazon deliveries

They told us the property was oversold on arrival and put us out on the street!

Perfectly fine place for a night to crash. Service is iffy to nonexistent - had to wait over 10 mins for anyone to show up in the lobby to help with checkin after 5 different guests were lined up with nobody working in sight.

The hotel was oversold when we arrived we didn’t have a place and my kids and my wife had to. We all had to sleep in the car for the night.

I prepaid for a 3 day stay (May 12, 13, and 14) on May 4th. When I arrived at the hotel the evening of the 12th, they said they didn’t have a room for me. I was…and still am…very upset about this. I don’t understand how any hotel can have a reservation and then ‘sell’ the room to someone else. I will never use this service again!

Run property. Good location but a bit sketchy after dark. Room was very dated. The outside walkway to the room was filthy. There was an empty booze bottle in the stairwell that was there for over a day before someone picked it up. One morning the front desk was not staffed for over 30 mins. Could not find anyone from 7 to 8 am.

Everthing was clean and comfortable. The area was behind some corp truck area and didnt feel safe.

This is a low-rent extended stay property. While it has its share of work trucks guests, I suspect the city houses indigents there. There was a lot of pot smoking and people wandering the premises late at night apparently without any reason to get up early. Also, be aware that the front office closes at night. Otherwise, the place was fine. You get what you pay for.

Great room in a desirable location at a budget price. Loved it, and it's pet friendly.

I actually didn't stay. The area didn't seem safe and my room was tucked in a corner that would be easy for a would be attacker to hide and was on the ground floor. Upon entering, the room had several flies and smelled bad. I called to ask for a different room and there weren't any. The front desk was very understanding and let me leave with a full refund. I really appreciated their understanding and customer service.

It was my first experience staying at an extended-stay hotel. It was a comfortable and quiet stay. The lobby staff ladies were friendly and helpful and supplied me with items I needed for the kitchen. I liked that the area was well-lit, adding to a safety feeling. This hotel is located close to grocery shopping and gas stations. Very convenient!

Very satisfied the staff was very accommodating, bed comfy, walking distance to several stores and restaurants enjoyed my stay while visiting Denver will definitely be back.

Lack of housekeeping even offered, when requested was told they were either completely out of an item or staff was unavailable. Surrounding area felt unsafe with entrance to hotel being down back alleyway, frequent and multuple police units on site nightly.

Only positive is convenience. For the problems, the police presence, the cigarette smoke and the questionable activities on property, one is better off at a Marriott or Hilton. It’s around the same price and at least there’s restitution if a bad stay occurs like this one. Night staff is not great. Day staff is absolutely AHmazing. No disrespect. Housekeeping should be retrained and should mop the floors properly instead of spraying a can of FeBreeze across the room (wiped something that spilled on the kitchen floor and rag turned black).
