The property owner and ZenBreak assume no liability for accidents or injuries. (2) Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times in or near the pool area. (3) Non-swimmers and young children must wear appropriate flotation devices. (4) Do not swim alone. Always ensure another person is present. (5) No swimming under the influence of alcohol or medication. Pool Conduct (6) No running, pushing, or rough play on the pool deck or surrounding areas. (7) No diving unless the pool is clearly marked as dive-safe. (8) No glass, crockery, or breakable items in or around the pool. (9) Please shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality. (10) No food in the pool. Drinks in non-breakable containers are permitted poolside. Pool Care & Access (11) Please ensure the pool gate or barrier is closed and secured when the pool is not in use. (12) Do not tamper with pool equipment, chemicals, pumps, or filters. (13) Pool hours are 7:00 Am – 10:00 Pm
