Clean, easy parking and quiet. Has a pool if its the right time of year and there is a great oark and river walk across the road.

This Motel has all you need and is good value for money. Housekeeping is good, the small pool is clean, parking undercover in most rooms and right outside your door, quiet area and good location to town centre. Also has a bakery and Italian restaurant right outside its entrance. Would stay here again if in Albury.

Lovely staff clean and fresh room quite off the street and under cover parking

We chose The Hume Inn Motel for its " pet friendly" classification. The staff were very friendly and helpful , the room was clean and well appointed and our 2 cats travelling with us, were welcomed and felt safe. It was an excellent experience.

After reading the reviews I thought we might have a shot at a quiet room for two nights as the motel was opposite a park, next to the Murray R. This was not the case! The first night found that there were a lot of contract workers booked in. Outside the room beside us were two pairs of boots on their doorstep, with a pair of discarded socks! Great. Later, we found that the road outside the motel is haunted by local hoons in souped-up cars, who rev up their motors and scream past the motel at various times in the evenings. At 2am on the first night at a couple decided to have a loud, sweary fight right outside our room which ended up out in the carpark, with a woman discharging a fire extinguisher on the bloke she was swearing at. Someone on the other side reported it in and the cops turned up ten minutes later, but by then they had gone. The second night there was a busload of people staying, who decided to have a noisy get-together outside for hours. This was complemented by a large group of equally loud youngsters who were having a sort of 'party' at the other end of the motel. There was a lot of running about and screaming. As a result not much sleep was had by us either night! To cap it off, there was no water in the swimming pool, and our 'complimentary' bottle of wine did not appear! This is probably the worst place we have stayed at when booking with Hotels.com. The bed was OK, room a bit tired looking but a decent size. It was convenient. But that's it! Never again!

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was spotless. There was excellent air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. And tea and biscuits were provided! I would certainly stay there again.

Pity the double room was only supplied with one face washer. Carpet could have had a good clean Otherwise it was good for the price.

Despite being a little old, the rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean and adequate. Undercover parking on some levels was a nice touch. Across the road is a beautiful park area leading to the river. The lady owning the property was very pleasant to deal with.

The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Would have liked some grassy areas for toileting the dog instead of having to walk out of the property to the grass verge.

Late check in info was incorrect, basic things like room number and parking, staff spoke little English and were unresponsive and unhelpful. If they fix these aspects it would be ok and good value

We had an urgent booking for 2 nights and the receptionist was very helpful in picking a room with a car park outside the front door. I did regret not taking swimwear as the pool looked really inviting.

We were able to sleep our family of 5 in 2 adjoining rooms. It was clean. Good communication for a late check in.

This property is opposite the Murray River and an amazing public park. There is an area for dogs off leash. The motel is on a busy road but all rooms are located away from any traffic noise. There is a cafe in the park and restaurant at motel with takeaway options plus a bakery right next door.

Unbeatable parkside and riverside location for those who like to enjoy nature during their stay. Botanic Gardens and city pool complex across the road. Clean and tidy enough where it counts. Southwest edge of the CBD means a pleasant 20min stroll into town for work and shopping. Happy to stay here again.
